Welcoming in the Wattys2018!/Thank You!
An elaborate party set up decorates the usually bare and bland council room. People from all over the literate universe now walked about, meeting and greeting while the celebration commenced. Data's blue glow brought attention to the center of the room.
"Welcome one and all! Roleplayers, Characters, and Followers, thank you all for coming to a wondrous event! We are all gathered here today to celebrate Leadbomber's entrance into the 2018 Watty's!"
Several individuals clapped their hands, while the less energetic and less caring simply gave a small nod or cheer. Data seemed pleased with the responses.
"We are proud to tell you all that two of our stories have been thrown into the ring this year: our paranormal mystery story, "Justice of the Dead", and our Fantasy Adventure, "W.I.S.P." I am just so happy that our stories now have a chance to get out there and catch the eyes of so many readers...
After all, that's the reason we are all here isn't it? We are here to entertain, to make and share new experiences with our so many others. This site isn't just to share stories, its to also make new ones, and discover something new.
As a final thank you, we have four people we would like to thank and then mention all of our lovely followers.
First, to NatureStorm, thank you for all of the support you have given me. It is so nice writing lovely tales with you while having some nice conversations on the side. I don't think I could have gotten confident enough to enter without your comments and motivation.
Second, to mayadgasf, thank you for helping me get my start on this site. While we don't talk much anymore, I still am glad I got to make your acquaintance.
Third, Crimson_Scythe , thanks for all the fun with your battle games. They really helped me flesh out my characters quite a bit and helped me meet so many nice people.
Finally, RODXZX, thanks for all the fun with my first real real RP I participated in on this site.
