Guys, I'm not dead wtf.

Thomas PoV

It was 3:36 am in the morning on a Friday. I looked back at my laptop and squinted. The semester had just started and I was already flooded with work and papers to write. I looked down from my bed at James and noticed he had fallen asleep on top of his pile of papers. I quietly crawled down and grabbed the covers. I layed them on James as he snuggled into them. I sat down and felt my eyes close and drifted off to sleep.

I woke up to the ring of a message from Laf. I looked at the clock, 9:23 am, not bad.

LafBAGUETTE: 'Bonjour Thomas! Would u and James like to come over to me and Herc's dorm later? We are having some friends over!'

TomTheTrain: 'Sure Laf! What time?'

LafBAGUETTE: 'Around 8ish.'

TomTheTrain: 'Ok cya then.'

LafBAGUETTE: 'Bye mon ami.'

I sat up from James' bed and walked to the kitchen. I found James humming as he made himself a cup of coffee. 

"Mornin' Jem," I said and rubbed my eyes. He looked up from the coffee machine and smiled. "Goodmorning Thomas!" He said happily and pecked me on the cheek.

"Wanna go to Laf and Herc's place later, they're having some friends over to hang out." James thought for a second. "Sure! I just need to finish up an essay for Mr. Adams class." I nodded and sat down on the couch and grabbed a magazine.

We walked into Laf's room and sat down on the couch. Soon, the whole gang was there, Angelica, John, Eliza, Maria, and of course, Hamilton. We all began to talk and laugh when we heard the door slam open.

"I DONT GO TO ONE HANGOUT, AND YOU GUYS STOP INVITING ME?!" Peggy yelled at us. We all looked down apologetically.

"Jeez, Pegs, we thought you had stuff going on, our fault..." Hercules said.

She scoffed, "No shit it's your fault," she sat on down on a pillow and smiled cheerfully, "Now where were we?"

James rubbed the back of his neck, "Oh if you guys don't mind, I asked a friend if he could join us tonight." Laf clapped his hands. "Ze more ze merrier!" He said happily and we all laughed. I was wondering who James had invited when I heard a small knock on the door.

"I'll get it!" I said and ran to get it. I opened up the door and was face-to-face with none other than Aaron Burr himself. To the corner, I heard Hamilton let out a quiet growl at the sight off Burr, but I decided not to dwell on that.

"H-hi everyone. I'm Aaron, James' friend." He said, completely disregarding me as he took my spot and sat down next to James. I annoyedly sat down next to Angelica, who I began chatting away with straight away.

"Damn, you better watch out for Aaron over there Thomas, he's all up in James." I looked over to see James and Aaron laughing and noticed that Burr had a small blush on his cheeks.

"Whaaaat. No, Angelica, it's fine I'm not jealous or anything. I mean, why would I be? Right? Righttt?" I said as I quietly started freaking out.

She placed a hand on my shoulder and smiled, "Look, Jefferson, James loves you, don't worry about it alright?" She put her hand down and squeezed my hand.

"Yeah... Thanks, Ange..." I gave her a half-smile.

"Anytime dude." She stated and walked over to her sisters.

A few weeks had passed and Aaron and James had gotten much closer to each other. Of course, James and I still hung out all the time, but I couldn't help but notice every time James and Burr got together. The last straw was when I asked James if he wanted to go on a picnic with me. Obviously, he agreed. I had set everything up and waited for him at the park we'd chosen. For about an hour I sat and tried to choke back the tears I felt rising up. Finally, I had packed up and went back to the dorm. I opened the door to find Aaron and James watching a movie on the couch. James saw me and realized what he had done.

"Oh my god, Thomas I-" I cut him off.

"James, meet me outside." I seethed as I pointed to the door. He looked at Aaron nervously and scurried outside with me.

"You can't keep hanging out with Aaron, James."

"What..?"
