HINDI NIYA HINAYAAN ang sarili na ma distract sa pangungulit ni Castiel sa kanya. Devi shoved him away and don't let him meddle with her business, she's heart is beating so fast that she can't properly move nor work!

"Asawa niyo po si Engineer, Ma'am?" Tanong ng isang matanda na nag-aayos sa mga furnitures.

The interior materials were already done and had it check already. So far, so good. Seems like her team was doing a great job, hindi din niya pinalagpas na maikot ang buong hotel, ngayon siya nagsisi na may takong ang sapatos na naisuot niya. The hotel was big and there's a lot of rooms and open space to check.

"Boyfriend ko po," namumulang sagot niya rito.

"Magiging asawa ko soon, manong!" She smiled when she heard Castiel's voice, kasunod noon ay ang pag-akbay nito sa kanya. Nakatingin ang mga nagta-trabaho sa kanila pero mukhang hindi 'yon pansin ni Castiel.

"Ang ganda naman ng mapapangasawa mo kung ganoon, Engineer." Panunukso pa nito.

Castiel shrugged and kissed her temple. "Magaling po ako pumili e," pagyayabang nito na ikinatawa lang ni manong. "Babalik ka pa ba sa office?" He asked and face her.

Devi licked her lower lip and roamed her eyes around the lobby area, napaka ganda nito, and she's sure na mas gaganda pa ito kapag nailagay na lahat ang mga ibang interior materials and furnitures.

"It's already time to go home, Castiel. Okay naman na dito, pero papapuntahin ko pa rin si July bukas. And Xyrish will go with the owner's secretary to buy furnitures for its space." She explained and sigh. Tumingin siya kay Castiel na nahuli niyang deretsong nakatingin sa kanya.

Devi arched her brow and covered her face with the back of her hand. Ramdam niya ang pag-init ng mga pisngi pababa sa leeg niya. Ang puso niya mukhang sanay na kay Castiel. It was calm and beating normal.

"W-what?" Nauutal na tanong niya at halos hindi na makatingin rito.

"I just realized that I am a lucky bastard." Castiel whispered and give her a small yet genuine smile. "I love you, Liam Devora."

Naibaba ni Devi ang kamay niya ginamit niyang pantakip sa mukha niya. She already knew that he loves her. She already knew and she can feel it. But his words still stunned her. Devi blinked her eyes and slowly looked at Castiel. Nakataas ang kilay nito sa kanya at nakataas ang sulok ng labi nito.

"I... I love you too," she whispered.

Castiel chuckled and wrapped his arm around her waist. "You don't need to say it back, little bee. Kiss lang sapat na!" He said and made a kiss sound.

She pouted her lips. "Later." Sagot niya na ikinatawa lang ni Castiel.

"Hey, Architect Perez! Uuwi na kami at wala kang magagawa!" Castiel yelled. Wala itong paki-alam kung may nakakarinig sa kanila na kasama nila sa trabaho.

Light on the other hand just raised his hand and showed his middle finger up to Castiel, hindi man nag-abala na tumingin sa gawi nila dahil may kausap na trabahador.

"For dinner, let's go to Yves and asked what's on his menu tonight." Castiel said as he open the car door for her.

"Can we cook for tonight?" Alanganin niyang tanong kay Castiel.

He raised his eyebrow. "Do you know how?"

"No, but we can try?" She suggested.

Castiel pouted his lips and shoved her inside the car, he made sure that she's sitting comfortably before fastening her seatbelt on. Namumula ang mga tainga nito which Devi found it cute.

"So?" She asked and cocked her head a little.

Castiel sighed and leaned her hand against the dashboard, habang ang isang kamay naman nito ay nasa hita niya. Castiel looked at her lazily. "Tell me, how can I say no to that cute face of yours while asking me to cook our food for tonight? Damn, I'm a sucker for you, little bee."

Kinagat niya ang pang-ibabang labi para pigilan ang mapangiti sa sagot nito sa kanya. "Get in, Head Engineer. Masyado ka nang maraming alam."

She chuckled softly. Castiel shake his head and brushed his lips against her before closing the door, umikot naman ito para sumakay sa driver seat. Devi was watching him maneuvering his car while humming. Her eyes settled on his arm down to his hand, fit na fit sa kanya ang button down shirt na suot nito, but Castiel looks more professional engineer to her when he's wearing the Perez-Caguiat Construction company's polo uniform. Mas hapit kasi 'yon sa makisig nitong katawan.

"Grocery muna tayo. Piliin mo 'yung pinakamalayong grocery store ha?" She asked and started to tapped on her phone, researching what was the easiest dish to cook. At 'yong hindi sila papalpak dalawa ni Castiel.

"What? Why?" Naguguluhan na tanong ni Castiel sa kanya.

"What's your favorite food?" She asked.

"I'm not that picky when it comes to food, 'wag mo lang akong lapagan ng ampalaya at okra." Castiel answered and when he said the 'ampalaya and okra', his voice was dripping with disgust.

Umangat ang kilay niya rito at bahagyang napangiti. "Same. So, give me a food you like the most!" She demanded.

She'll try her best to cook it.

"Ahm, I like lengua, the beef tongue but it's not easy to cook. Let's cook corned beef and add some veggies?" Nakangiwing tanong sa kanya ni Castiel.

Devi chuckled and shake her head. She give up. Hindi talaga para sa kanila ang pagluluto. She's thinking if they can have a quality time together by cooking his favorite food after burning his stomach with liqours.

"I quit, Castiel. Let's go to Yves restaurant, doon nalang tayo kumain." Utos niya kay Castiel at itinabi na rin ang cellphone niya. It's not like she's going to used it anyways.

Wala naman tawag mula sa mama niya, nor text from her sisters and cousins.

"Okay, then we'll stay inside my unit and cuddle until we sleep. Deal?" Castiel asked and glance at her.

May pagdududa siyang tumingin kay Castiel, hindi mawala ang ngisi nito sa labi, she raised her hand and playfully slapped his shoulder, natatawa lang na tumingin sa gawi niya si Castiel.

"Fine, I won't do anything aside from cuddling you. I promise!" Castiel whined.

Nang makarating sila sa restaurant ni Yves, ang mga waitress nalang nito ang nag-asikaso sa amin. When Castiel asked the waiter what was Yves doing, babae palang ang narinig ni Castiel ay tumayo na ito at iniwan siya. Nanliit ang mga mata ni Devi sa boyfriend niyang papasok sa pribadong opisina ng kaibigan nito.

"One shot of espresso, please." Aniya at agad naman tumalima ang waiter.

Nawawalan na siya nang gana pero pinilit pa rin niya ang sarili na kumain kahit wala si Castiel sa harapan niya. She was torturing the beef with the knife she's holding. Hindi maganda ang pakiramdam niya at hindi din niya 'yon nagugustuhan. When she saw Castiel walking towards Yves private office, especially when he heard the word 'woman', her heart ache for a reason that she didn't knew she's capable of feeling.

She started to count in her head kung ilang linggo na ba silang magkasama ni Castiel, was it been a month? She's not sure. Nagawi ang tingin niya sa pintuan ng opisina ni Yves at hindi pa rin lumalabas si Castiel. Devi dropped her utensils and picked up her phone to check her calendar, her jaw almost dropped, higit isang buwan na nga silang magkakilala at ilang linggo palang silang magkasintahan.

Devi massage the bridge of her nose. They didn't used any protection while doing it. She's regular, kaya madali lang ma track kung kailan siya dadatnan. No sex until then. Or not. It depends. She sighed heavily.

"Oh, you didn't wait for me?" Castiel asked smiling innocently at her. Devi glance at him for a second, before dragging her gaze back on her phone. "What was that? What kind of attitude was that little bee?" Natatawang tanong nito sa kanya. He was amused at her, hindi man lang siya nakaramdam kahit kaunting pagka-asar sa boses nito.

Hindi niya pa rin ito pinansin, she's busy thinking and praying silently that she's not yet pregnant. Castiel was capable of providing her and the baby needs if ever, pero ayaw naman niyang i-asa ang pamilya niya rito. Not gonna happen.

"Hey, do we have a problem here? Okay ka lang? May masakit ba ulit sayo?" Nag-aalalang tanong sa kanya ni Castiel. Bahagya siyang nag-angat ng tingin dito at umiling.

"Kumain ka nalang," she said and sighed.

"What about you? Hindi mo pa ubos ang kinakain mo." Pansin ni Castiel.

Umiling lang siya at ininom ang espresso na inorder niya kanina. "I lost my appetite." Pag-amin niya.

The jealousy she's feeling was not yet leaving her. At kapag nakikita niya ang mukha ni Castiel na inosenteng nakatingin lang sa kanya, for some unknown reason, Devi was pissed. Mahina siyang umingos at nagawi ang tingin niya sa pintuan nang office ni Yves, indeed there was a woman, and Yves was caressing her back.

"Why are you looking at Yves?" Castiel asked smiling, but his voice was low and scream danger. Tumaas ang kilay niya rito.

Devi shrugged her shoulders. "He's just handsome tonight, I can't help but to stare." She answered to tease him.

He clucked his tongue and shake his head. Pinagpatuloy ang pagkain nito na may kasamang pagdadabog, his utensils were creating a loud sounds and because of that some customers were looking at us. Tinakpan niya na lang ang mukha gamit mga ang kamay at pasimpleng ngumisi. Now he knows how she felt earlier.

After he finished his food, agad itong tumayo at nagpaalam kay Yves. She did the same thing pero agad siyang hinila palabas ni Castiel at agad na pinapasok sa sasakyan nito.

"Sa unit muna ako uuwi." Devi blurted out.

Castiel glance at her and nod his head. Hindi man lang nag-abala na sumagot. Gusto niyang tumawa ng malakas dahil sa pag-iinarte nito sa kanya but she choose not to.

She was biting and playing her lower lip to prevent herself from laughing. Hanggang sa makarating sila sa tapat ng condo unit niya, she missed to be alone but she will also misses the warmth of Castiel's body. Devi punched her code and open her door.

She turned around and smile innocently at Castiel. "Good night, Castiel. Sleep well!" Devi said and close her door.

Nakita niya ang panlalaki ng mga mata ni Castiel sa ginawa niya. Oh God! It was fun teasing him.

Devi dropped her things on her sofa and slid herself inside her bathroom to shower, hindi siya nagdala ng maski kahit na anong damit because she's free to roamed around naked. Solo niya ang unit ngayon.

"Hmm, looks like I need to clean up. Napapabbayaan ko na ang unit ko." Naiiling na bulong niya sa sarili nang makalabas siya sa banyo.

Nagbihis muna siya ng red velvet night dress at pinatuyo ang buhok niya, itinutok niya sa kanya ang electric fan habang nagsusuklay.

She almost jumped in her seat when she heard her door bell ringing like there's no tomorrow again. Tumaas ang sulok ang labi ni Devi, it's been a long time since she heard her unit door bell rang. They always woke up together, having breakfast together, and going to work together.

Nasanay na siya sa ganoon. Kinuha niya ang bathrobe at sinuot 'yon sa kanya para matakpan ang red velvet night dress na suot suot niya. She wore her slippers and walk towards her unit door. Sumilip muna siya sa peephole kung sino ang nasa labas.

"Oh God, he's so cute." Devi whispered to herself and chuckled.

Castiel's outside her unit, holding a pillow, wearing a pajama and a sando shirt, his lips were pouted, kaunti nalang din ay mag-iisang linya na ang mga kilay niya. He was pressing her door bell button continuesly. She scoffed and open her door a little, sakto lang na makakasilip siya.

"What are you doing here, Castiel?" Painosenteng tanong niya rito.

His forehead crease, iritadong iritado ang mukha nito. "If I did something wrong, I'm sorry. Can I sleep beside you? I can't sleep."

Bahagyang natawa si Devi sa lalaki. "Is that how you asked for forgiveness? Bakit parang hindi taos sa loob mo?" Mahinang tanong niya rito habang kagat kagat ang pang-ibabang labi.

Bumuntong hininga si Castiel at lumambot ang ekspresyon ng mukha nito. He stared at her for a second before kneeling in front of her, in front of her unit.

"Huy!" She exclaimed as her eyes widened.

"Fine, I know what I did. I'm sorry if I left you earlier without saying anything, I'm sorry if inuna ko pa ang pagiging tsismoso ko, I'm sorry little bee. Please let me sleep beside you? I promise I won't do any funny business, my friend and my hand will not do anything stupid tonight. I just really want to sleep beside you."

He looks sincere.

"Damn, bat ako lumuhod? I was supposed to be kneeling down when I'm eating you or proposing to you. But anyways andito na e."

Wala sa sariling suminghap si Devi at hindi makapaniwalang napatingin sa lalaki. She shake her head and open the door widely.

"Come in, let's sleep." She uttered under her breath. Agad naman na tumayo si Castiel at masayang umakbay sa kanya.

Castiel kissed her head and pulled her towards her room. Ingat na ingat pa ito na ihiga siya sa tabi nito.
