"Cough..!"

"Shoyo?" Inuoka looks at Shoyo who was sitting on the bench.

"....Yes?"

Inuoka went to Shoyo's side, then he looks at Shoyo suspiciously. "Are you okay? I thought I heard you cough."

"...I'm oka- cough...!"

"OH MY GOD, HINATA IS SICK!" Yamamoto screamed in distress causing the other teams to stop playing as they look at Nekoma's direction.

Bokuto let go of the Volleyball he was holding "WHAT?! HINATA IS SICK?!"

Naoi-san touches Shoyo's forehead. "Yep, he is indeed sick."

Kenma looks at Shoyo whose face was a bit flushed, in worry..

"Shoyo!!!" Inuoka cried out. "I'm so sorry!! Its because of me that you're sick! I didn't take care of you enough!..."

Shoyo covered his mouth and silently coughed. "You're overreacting, Sou-chan.."

"Chibi-chan! You should go and sleep.." Kuroo said, he touches Shoyo's neck to feel his temperature, then patted his head.

Shoyo didn't complain and agreed quickly. Fukunaga volunteered to escort Shoyo to Nekoma's room.

He carried Shoyo. "We'll be going now." Then Fukunaga walks away with Shoyo in his arms. Shoyo pops out his head from Fukunaga's shoulder. He then waved goodbye to everyone.

"HiIiNnAaTtAaaAa!" Lev and Shibayama called out dramatically.

"Hey, is Hinata alright?" Sugawara asked with worry in his tone.

"Yeah! Is he okay?!" Hoshiumi asked. He also didn't forget to add "I'm definitely not worried!"

Hirugami side glances his friend 'You are.'

All the teams were worried about Shoyo, they kept asking if he was okay. How sweet.

"Yeah. We'll just buy him a medicine and take care of him until he's okay." Yaku made Lev run to the convenience store to buy a medicine for colds.

Inuoka was distressed. "Ahhh...How did this happen...I thought I took care of him enough...How did he get sick??"

"I think its because we made him practice too much..." Kai uttered out with a guilty look.

Nekoma: "........."

"ITS OUR FAULT!!" Yamamoto cried out with anime tears.

"Yeah...Its definitely our fault..." Kuroo muttered.

Sakusa who was leaning cooly on the wall looked at them "Hinata is a lazy person. And he probably don't exercise until he joined the Volleyball club. So he over exercised and got sick later."

"Yeah..." Inuoka was sad and disappointed at himself. It was his job to take care of Shoyo....But Shoyo got sick..

Kai patted his shoulder "Don't blame yourself."

"Yeah! Don't blame yourself Inuoka! Since Hinata is sick. We can take care of him until he gets better!" Bokuto said with a bright smile.

Akaashi nodded "Bokuto-san is right."

"Since all of Hinata's friends are here. He will DEFINITELY recover quickly, I feel relieved." Naoi smiled. "But you guys go and practice first, Hinata will feel bad if he knew he was the cause of disrupting you're practice. And you guys don't want that right?"

"Chibi-chan.." Oikawa muttered with a sulky aura.

"Yeah, we understand." Daichi nodded.

-Step step step

"Oh? What happened here?" Coach Nekomata asked with Coach Washijo and Ushijima beside him.

"Coach....Hinata got sick..." Naoi-san explained.

Coach Nekomata widened his eyes "What?! The child is sick?! Well you guys better get him some medicine and let him rest!"

"Fukuanaga already took him back to our room" -Yaku.

"..Thats good. I hope the kid is okay."

Lev joined in the convo "Don't worry Caoch! We'll take care of Hinata!"

"You're back already?" Kuroo tilted his head.

"Yeah! Here ya go~" Lev placed the medicine on Kuroo's palm.

"I'd better give this to Chibi-chan. Kai, fill in for me!" Kuroo then ran towards Nekoma's room. Kai nodded in understanding.

"When can we visit Hinata, Akaashi...?" Bokuto asked when he saw Kuroo ran out of the gym.

"When Nekoma allows us to."

"...I hope Hinata-kun is doing okay....His face looked very red.." Yamaguchi looked at the distance as he imagine's Shoyo laying on bed with an uncomfortable expression.

"He will be fine. Kuroo is going to give him medicine" Sugawara patted his kouhai's shoulder.

"Yeah..."

Kageyama stared to where Kuroo ran out. He frowned his brows in worry. He's gonna buy milk for Shoyo and give it to him later.

Fukunaga went back to the gym. Nekoma bombarded him with questions about Shoyo.

"He's fine. Kuroo-san is going to feed him the medicine. He said he'll watch over Hinata. So Inuoka-kun. Don't worry and relax for a bit."

Inuoka nodded weakly "...I-I'll try..."

Kenma was very restless. He also wants to go to Shoyo...But he has to stay. How regretful..

"Chibi-chan...?" Kuroo went inside the Nekoma's room.

He looks at Shoyo who was tucked in his futon. He closed the door behind him then went to Shoyo's side.

"Chibi-chan. Here, I brought you you're medicine. Please drink it" Kuroo sat on the floor.

Shoyo slowly opened his eyes. He glanced at Kuroo. "...Kuroo-san..." he weakly called out.

"En. I'm here." Kuroo touches Shoyo's forehead and felt it was hot.

"Please drink you're medicine so you'll get better"

Shoyo nodded. Then slowly sat up with the help of Kuroo. Shoyo looks down at the tablet on Kuroo's palm...

Then he looks at Kuroo. Kuroo looks back with a question mark ontop of his head.

"..Kuuro-san....I...Don't know how to swallow a tablet..."

"What?"

Shoyo doesn't know how to swallow a tablet. Because last time he swallowed, he choked on it and almost died. :T....
So Inuoka had to dissolve the tablet.

Shoyo slowly explained to Kuroo. And Kuroo understood. Kuroo actually thought it was funny how Shoyo still doesn't know how to swallow a tablet.

But he still likes Shoyo the way he is.

And so, Kuroo dissolved the tablet and let Shoyo drink it. He saw Shoyo's face break because of how bitter it is. He wanted to laugh, but he dare not to.

He let Shoyo sleep and rest. While he's there guarding at his side.

He patted Shoyo's stomach until he fell asleep.

Kuroo's POV:

Chibi-chan is asleep now.

Thats good.

I hope he gets better soon so that we can hang out again with the others.

I look at his sleeping face.

He looks so peaceful and cute. Hehe

I pinched his soft cheeks gently so that he won't wake up of course.

-Sigh...

I hope it stays like this...Because this is the only time I can be with you, alone.
You are always surrounded with people.

I'm happy that you're happy.

But I always have this selfish thought...That I want you to only be with me. And not with anybody else.

But thats a normal thought when you have someone that you like.

I poke his cheeks.

"Chibi-chan...I really like you...Do you feel the same way..?"

"I need to go the bathroom.." Kuroo stood up then walked away.

Shoyo slowly opened his eyes. He looks towards where Kuroo went, then he closed his eyes once again.

I got sick for almost 1 week so I was inspired to make this chapter xD

And fun fact about me. Like Shoyo in here, I actually don't know how to swallow a tablet xd...

So my mum had to dissolve it. So I had to taste the bitterness of it. It was torture for me T0T...
