Denial: Stage 3
Elias enters the pawn shop and Isaac looks at him out of the corner of his eye. He pulls back the cash on the table in front of the customer he's serving.
"Hey, let's pick this up in a minute."
The customer looks at Isaac confused, then sees Elias who flashes his badge at them, and then pulls his merchandise off the counter and cradles it protectively as he passes Elias on his way out. Elias watches them with concern for a while before turning to Isaac.
"So... what can I do for you Elias?"
Elias slowly walks around the store, looking over the merchandise.
"I'm guessing you already know why I'm here."
Isaac watches Elias suspiciously before answering, "I'm not a mind reader El. You're going to have to fill me in if you want me to help you."
Elias crouches down and looks at the carpet, running his hand over the carpet and noticing the depression in the carpet where Lazarus leaned on his cane.
"Where did he go Isaac?"
"Who?"
"Russ was leaning on his cane right here." Elias declares as he points to the floor, adding, "I know he was here. Where did he go?"
Isaac seems annoyed by the question, "I'm not his keeper El, that's your job, isn't it?"
Elias sighs, standing up and making his way right up to the counter in front of Isaac, "Let's not do this. These games are really tiring man. Just tell me where he is."
"How would I know?"
"You're not the kind of person to just let something go without a way to track it. It's why Russ keeps you around. In case we need to find someone on the run." suggests Elias.
There's a silence between them for a moment.
"I know you know where he is. Tell me." Elias insists.
Again there's silence between Elias and Isaac as they stare each other down.
"Don't make me do it." Elias says, slightly threatening.
"Do what?"
"Russ isn't the only one who can threaten to bring in detectives to take a closer look at what you do."
Silence continues for a few moments before Isaac turns to a tablet behind him, opening it up and seeing the blinking light on a map screen.
He turns back to Elias, "He's near the old church on Bethany Avenue. Do you know it?"
Elias turns for the exit, "I do."

A phone notification goes off from the shadows and Martha looks toward the sound from her position looking around the wall for an exit.
"What's that?" Martha questions.
"He has come."
This makes Martha turn to the shadow, "Who?"
"The saviour."
A shifting of the shadows happens, there's the sound of a door opening and that has Martha running towards the sound. Just as she get there, the door locks automatically.
