The past two days have been really hectic for both Layla and Aaban

It's really a hard task to move into a house even though they are not taking their present furniture to their new house

"Lulu,did you leave anything behind?" Aaban asked.

"Stop calling me that and yes! I didn't leave anything behind" She rolled her eyes.

Yeah the name is really cute but she won't admit it!

Layla looked at the house one last time before she locked it and handed they key to the apartment's manager

They stopped in front of a big black and golden electronic gate

Aaban brought out a golden remote and pressed a button and the gate made a sound like it was scanning the car before it opened

"Woah!" Layla muttered under her breath as their car stopped in front of a grey three storey building and it had a big balcony on top which has a golden and silver rail.

"Come out will you?!" He glared at her.

He drove the car into the garage which had 3 cars including the one he just brought.

He came out with one guy like this behind him

"The white jaguar is your car and this is your driver" He pointed at the huge white guy with a wide smile.

"Hello ma'am I'm Jake your chauffeur" He introduced.

"Hello to you too Jake you can call me Layla" She smiled.

Aaban opened the huge door and Layla's mouth was wide open.

This house is beautifulllllll!!!! She screamed in her head.

"Please can you give me a tour?" She asked and he glared at her

"Do I look like a tour guy?"

"Sorry please" She pouted

"Please stop pouting you look so ugly" He said and walked upstairs

"Arrogant man!" She hissed before dropping her clutch on the couch to have a  tour

In the living room,the two one-sitter white couches are facing each other while the three sitter is facing the tv and the fire place

She moved to the beautiful dining room that had silver cutleries in the middle and a vase.

The kitchen is huge and beautiful just her taste! It has almost if not everything a toaster, coffee maker,blender,juice maker, dishwasher, grinder,mixer, microwave,freezer,fridge filled with chocolates,drinks, marshmallows,cookies, Skittles,m&m's etc lastly,a big store with many shelves and cereal containers.

Their is a door close to the staircase she opened the door and she was welcomed with the smell of detergents it must be a laundry cause it has three washing machines and a pressing table with a pressing iron on top at the far end of the laundry and they are three cabinets on top filled with different types of detergents.

She opened the door close to the laundry and saw many gyming items I've always dreamt of having a house with a gym!

They were three beautiful guestrooms tho one is already occupied cause she saw a black suitcase.She looked inside before moving upstairs.The stairs were almost 25

Their a three doors in the corridor the first door in the corridor is an office their are two doors in the office and one is a toilet

Layla's Pov

This house is just so mashaAllah!

The second door in the office is a room a very beautiful black and white room.

I was checking the room out when I heard sounds from the bathroom oh my goodness it's Aaban's room! He really has a very good taste

I quickly rushed out to continue my tour.

At the end of the corridor,their is a big glass door

I walked to the place and saw that it was an upstairs living room everything in the parlor is royal except the tv and air conditioner of course and their are two doors in the living room as well the first door is a toilet and the second guess what!? It leads to the basement!!!!!

My house has a freaking basement!

I walked down the stairs and their were black curtains covering the place I turned on the lights and it's a freaking theatre it has five air conditioners and almost 40 chairs for who?

"Where's my room?" I asked myself as I walked back upstairs

I opened the third door in the corridor and ooooo mmmm geee! This is beautiful!

And I have a walk-in closet!!!

The room is soooo beautiful! By the side of the room is a coffee table for two,a big TV hung on the wall,a beautiful vanity,a big walk-in closet and I have a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool

I dipped my legs on the soft and fluffy carpet

I sauntered into the bathroom the right side is a shower,the left side is a bathtub and the front side is a big mirror

Everything in this house is beautiful

"How will I come and start arranging my clothes? 7 boxes!! Woah" I said.

I took a shower and dressed up in a black tights,a blue off shoulder top and covered my hair with a black turban

I walked downstairs and I saw a pretty girl in her late twenties dusting the couches with a towel.

"Uhm hey?"

"Hello ma'am I'm Elle your maid" She said in her thick british accent.

"My name is Layla dear nice to meet you"

"Nice to meet you too ma... Layla" She smiled pronouncing the name weirdly

"Since when did you move here?" I asked.

"I came here when your clothes were brought and I dropped my clothes as well"

"Oh" She said

"Elle you're not going to clean my room or my husband's okay?"

"Yes Layla" She smiled and continued her work.

"Elle uhm in case I forget,you should remind me tomorrow we'll be going for food shopping"

"Sure ma'am" She gasped realizing what she said

"It's okay Elle but please this should be the last time because you're clearly older than me" I said

I sauntered into the kitchen a and picked a bag of cookies and cranberry and headed to the backyard.

I sat down on of the pool chairs and ate my food then I called Falisha

Layla:Hey gurll whatsup?

Falisha:The sky.Layla so you moved in today and you didn't even bother to tell me till Aaban told Baffa Fadoul

(A/N):Achaaaa! So they are now friends *wiggle my brows*

Layla:Sorry babe I completely forgot and all the packing kept me busy

Lisha: It's okayyy rate your house from 1-10!

Layla:If I could say,then it's 100!

Lisha:Are you serious!? Wowww! I'm coming now then I'll help you arrange your closet thank God the cold is reducing

Layla: Thank you sooo much I'm even outside I'll send you the address

30 minutes later,

"The house is not even far from ours yayy!!" Falisha squealed.

"Shurrup let's go I have alot of clothes to arrange even though we can't finish them today unless you're sleeping over"

"How can I just come and sleep over when you're just moving in today?" She rolled her eyes and I dragged her inside.

"Elle meet Falisha my cousin and Falisha meet Elle my new friend"

"Hey" They waved at each other before we headed to my room.

"My shoes should be arranged in this shelves" She pointed at the shelves under the closet.

5 hours later,

"Thanks Elle" I smiled as she folded the last veil and put it in the closet drower.

"You're welcome Layla" She said.

Falisha left an hour ago because her dad called

"Bye Layla see you later" Elle said and was about to leave when I called her back.

"Have this" I gave her a perfume I noticed she's been looking at.

"No ma'am sorry but I can't take it" She ambled towards the door.

"Elle if you don't take it then I'm never going to talk to you"

"Sorry Layla" She collected the perfume with a smile and I smiled as well.

I sat down on my comfy bed and turned on the Air conditioner and just then,the telephone on my nightstand rang

I answered the phone and Aaban's rude voice filled my ears.

"Bring me coffee now!" He said and hung up.

"Arrogant man!"

I sauntered downstairs and walked out of the house to the café I saw when we were coming.

I bought his coffee and went back to the house.

"Where did you get this from?I thought you said shopping will be tomorrow" He asked sipping the coffee

"I bought it" I answered

"I thought you will come and say we don't have anything to make coffee for you" He mimicked my voice

"Shut up" I walked out of the office.

"Ehemmmm" I walked back

"My sister's wedding date has been set so I will be going to Nigeria soon"

"I know and you're not going"

"What do you mean I'm not going? You must be craz."

"Didn't you say you want university? I've spoken to the university management and your admission letter will be out soon Law student!"

"Thank youuuu And yes I will still go since the wedding is next year" I smirked

I went back to my room and prayed maghrib then I ordered food for Elle and I"

Waittt a minute I'll ask him if he wants anything

I sauntered into his room and met him praying Maghrib even though he was late.

He said his taslim and started his adhkars when he finished,he turned to me with a questioning glare

"Are you hungry" I asked

"No! I'm not going to eat anything you cook bye" He pushed me out even before I said I was ordering the food

"He's such a fool doesn't he know that we don't have any foodstuffs?" I said

"I know what to do!" I smirked

Some minutes later,my order was brought and I payed for it before Elle and I dug in

"You're such a nice woman Layla in the house I used to work in,the woman is very wicked sometimes she'll throw me out even when it's cold.The night I can never forget,the owner of the house came to my room and tried to touch me I thought I was lucky when his wife came in but the opposite is what I am.

"She tied me up on a tree and beat me up" She sobbed

"It's okay Elle,stop crying just be patient do you know how many things I went through? But I still forgive and forget even though it's hard to forget,I still try to do so and face the present"

I heard the door bell ring then I checked to see who the intruder is

Aaban's delivery guy!

I collected the food and warned the guy before did what I did and I took the food to Aaban.

Aaban's Pov

I took the first bite of the burger and sipped my drink and I spat everything out immediately

I picked up my phone to call the delivery guy but he didn't answer.

I immediately rushed into the toilet and brushed

"What the hell!? Sugar in burger and Salt in juice!?" I barked

"Layla! She is the only one who can do this I'm sure it's because I refused to eat her food! But wait they are no foodstuffs right? So she ordered as well! I'm a big fool" I said to myself

I'm not going to eat her food I rather sleep with an empty stomach

1 hour later,

I kept turning and turning on my bed as my stomach made a loud sound which you know what it's asking for

I walked downstairs then I switched on the lights and walked to the kitchen

I opened the fridge and I saw a pack of pizza I quickly brought it out and saw five slices

I placed three slices on a plate and warmed it before I ate everything with a glass of juice.

I washed the plate and cup quickly before switching off the lights

I prayed Isha and read the Qur'an

Ever since Layla forced me to pray,I started feeling at ease and I promised to try and continue even though I don't like the way she posed as my mom.

Layla

"I knew that he was going to come and take the pizza I left for him" I said

"Good job Layla!" Elle said

"I pray that your husband will love you just as much as you do" She prayed

"I do?" I asked no one in particular

"Yes Layla I can see it cause if you don't you won't even care if he eats or not.Good night tomorrow we have a lot to do" She left for her room

Hello guysss! How was the chapter?
