The whole crew was flipping excited, why? You may ask? Let's find out.

"Ahhhhhh!! That island looks so cool!!" Luffy leaned off of the rails and admired the mass of land only a few hours away.

"That's not all everyone! Apparently there's a festival going on there today!" Luffy's, Chopper's and Ussop's eyes lit up.

"A FESTIVAL!?"

The three shouted, Robin nodded her head with a pleased look on her features.

"Mnm, it's called the moon celebration, while the cooks of the island gather around in the town square and prepare a feast, everyone changes their clothes into yukatas and kimonos! Then at nightfall, when the moon is full, all the couples come together and do the traditional dance of the island's culture, it's supposed to bring the couples good luck, and if their moon goddess takes a liking to a particular couple, she grants them eternal love"

Nami looks quizzically at Robin, "eternal love?"

He raven faced Nami with a tiny smile, "when she does that, the couple is blessed with an ancient spell that allows their love to never die, and it even makes sure that the couple is never separated, even in the after life!"

Franky let's out a long whistle, "SUPER! Does that means that couple will stay together with each other, like, forever!?" Robin nodded.

Sanji's eyes burst into hearts, "AHH I HOPE THE LOVLEY GODDESS-SWAN WILL BLESS ME WITH AN ETERNITY OF LOVE WITH YOU ROBIN-CHWAN!!!"

Sanji continued to swirl around until a familiar voice growled, "swirly-brows"

The cook whirled around with an irritated look on his face, "What was that? Is the shitty swordsman looking for a fight!?" Zoro sat up and flicked out his sword, "WHAT WAS THAT ERO-COOK!?"

As the two started to spar Luffy drifted off with this distant look on his face, "I'm gonna go ask Torao to come with me".

Luffy's POV

'Hmm, a festival, that sounds like the perfect date for me and Torao!'

I smiled widely and ran into the Sunny to search for the surgeon, ever since Torao asked the crew to help him set up a date a few days back, I vowed to myself I would give him an even better one, because Torao deserves the best!

And today is the chance!

"TORAO!!"

I busted into the room which was deemed Torao's office, the walls were covered in papers with battle strategies, research and medical notes since Torao refused to give up on being a damn great doctor just because we already had one.

The mentioned surgeon shot up at the unexpected outburst and fell out of his chair, loudly hitting his elbow onto the desk, which was covered in tons of books with different topics.

Law glared at me with a not-so-happy look in his eyes as his wound started to bleed, 'uh oh'

"LUFFY-YA, HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I TOLD YOU NOT TO BARGE IN HERE I HAVE SOME HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS IN HERE!"

'Oops, Torao's really mad'

I was about to explain until he growled at me again standing up, "leave! I have some very important things to work on, tch! And now I gotta treat myself, I can't do it with you here!"

I felt a bit crushed, sure I shouldn't have ran in here so recklessly...but what about the festival?

"But, Tor-" "NO LEAVE! WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO CAN WAIT THIS IS TOO IMPORTANT RIGHT NOW!"

I heart sank a little more, "More important than-"

"YES! NOW GO!"

I immediately fled the room before he could see the pathetic tears starting to brim in my eyes, 'can't cry in front of him'

A dark and gloomy aura surrounded me as I sighed out loud, 'I'm so stupid, annoying Torao for a stupid festival when he's busy'

I finally made it into our room and sat in the corner clutching a pillow feeling a bit...sad.

'I'm not gonna go to the festival without Torao though, I was so stupid...I should leave him alone today' a tiny tear made it's way down my face now remembering the wound I gave him.

"I'm sorry Torao"

Law's POV

A sickening feeling clutched around my heart and I shivered a bit, 'why do I feel like I did something terrible?'

As the chill slowly left, a bit of guilt waved over me again as I recalled me yelling at Luffy-ya earlier.

'I really shouldn't have been so harsh on him, I guess the pain just fueled my fury a bit too far..'

That was actually a fact, I've always found myself more hostile and aggressive when injured and I kinda lashed out at people from time to time when I accidentally harm myself during failed experiments.

'I should go apologize'

As I scurried down the hall I recalled his excitement as he busted in with that damned huge smile, 'maybe he had something important to say'

I slightly quickened my pace a bit, still not shaking off the sudden feeling of unease that washed over me.

When I opened the door to the deck I scanned the mass of grass and other vegetation..Luffy-ya was nowhere to be found.

'What the?' I noticed God-ya working on Nami-ya's weapon near the stairs and approached him.

"Where's Luffy-ya and what was he so excited about?"

The sniper looked up at me with a confused look, "He went into the captain's quarters..I saw him head to your office to ask you out to the moon celebration for a date...wait..he didn't ask you?"

My eyes widened and I stiffened.

'CRAP THAT'S WHAT HE WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT! DAMMIT I'M THE WORST!' I face palmed and God-ya unfortunately took notice.

"Hey what's up?"

I blinked remembering his presence but immediately shook him off, "nothing, gotta go" I swiftly strutted off heading towards our room with haste.

Feeling anxious, I roughly swung open the door revealing a small looking figure huddled in the corner who whined in recognition of my frame.

"mmggh..."

My heart ached at the sorry sight, 'what have I done?'

I slammed the door shut and ran right to his side gently cuddling his figure, "Luffy-ya?"

The boy twitched at my voice and slowly looked up with guilt filled eyes making my aching heart worsen, "I'm sorry Torao" his voice sounded weak and distressed, I hated it.

"NO, if someone should apologize it's ME! I shouldn't have been so harsh on you!..And I heard what you wanted to ask me.."

His cheeks shifted into a rosy color as he looked away, "Sorry I bugged you about something so stupid"

I blinked and deeply scowled, 'Damn, I really did it' I thought feeling bad, this was not the Luffy-ya I've came to love.

"It's not stupid, I really want to go to that festival with you...If you still want to go..."

His eyes bugged wide as he stared at me in awe, like he couldn't even believe it, "Y-you wanna go?"

Then I smiled and gently kissed those soft lips I was so fond of, "absalotely" that damned grin made it's way onto his face as he lifted me up and jumped out the door, now twirling in circles on the deck.

"YAAAAAAYYYY TORAO WANT'S TO GO TO THE FESTIVAL WITH ME!!"

I smiled, instantly relieved to have my spunky little ray of sunshine back, he stopped spining around and suddenly looked right up to me, knocking me out of my daze.

"Luffy-ya wha-" he grabbed onto my coat and dragged my lips to his silencing my words.

Without any complaints I latched onto his waist and started to play with his mouth enjoying the little sounds he would make.

He finally broke away staring into my eyes with a passionate, happy stare warming me up on the inside.

"Let's have fun tonight Torao!"
