It was quiet. Too quiet. Everyone was working, so you thought, let's break the silence.

"We were both young when I first saw you..." you sung softly, swinging in your chair.

The task force all looked over at you.

You expected to continue the song alone, but a certain monotone voice jumped in.

It was L... he wasn't even looking away from the screen, he just sung.

You slowly got out of your chair as you sang and looked over at L.

L turned his head toward you and slowly stood up, not caring about the task force.

You were surprised at how well he could sing, it was so calming, you clouds listen to his voice all day.

"So I sneak out to the garden to see you."

He holds out a hand, you smile and happily take it as you pulls you away from the desk and into the open area.

He placed a hand on your waist and intertwined his fingers with your left hand.

You smiled as he gave a reassuring look and began to lead you around the room as you danced.

He spun you around as you both sang, surprisingly dancing really well dispite your two left feet.

"Romeo save me, they're trying to tell me how to feel;"

He lifted you up slightly and spun you around.

"This love is difficult, but it's real.

You could see all the task force members had dropped what that were doing to watch. Matsuda was filming it and Misa looked like she was about to explode as the clung to light.

"I got tired of waiting,
Wondering if you were ever coming around."

Even Light had stopped to watch this.

When I met you on the outskirts of town,

Most of the task force had smiles on their faces at the sight, Misa looked like she was going to kill Light for not doing this with her.

"SO CUTE!" Misa squealed as L began to sing the next part.

"He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring and said,
"Marry me, Juliet, you'll never have to be alone.

You jumped in and wrapped your arms around his shoulders as he wrapped his arms around your waist, you gently rocked back and forth as you sang.

"I talked to your dad, you'll pick out a white dress,

He pulled back, took your hands and started directly into your eyes and smiled.

"We were both young when I first saw you..."

You smiled widely and gabbed his head, pulled him toward you and smashed your lips onto his.

"FINALLY!" Matsuda yelled.

"AHHHHH SOOOO CUUTTEE" Misa added.

L was shocked at first but melted into the kiss quickly, he snaked his arms around you and kissed back. You slowly pulled away and saw his red face, with a smile plastered on his lips.

"Romeo" you said.

"Yes Juliet?" He replied.

"I love you" you whispered and hugged him.
