Cole gets attacked by a werewolf on a mission, but it isn't an ordinary werewolf.

While Cole is recovering, the others leave the bounty to find some tea and other medical stuff to help Cole get better but leave Kai so Kai could watch Cole.

Whenever Kai is in a separate room, he suddenly hears a growl and a crash. Whenever he goes to find Cole, he discovers the bed and walls scratched with big claw marks, the window crashed, and Cole missing.

Whenever he goes out to find him, he get surrounded and cornered by a pack of wolves but soon get saved by another wolf. Who's identity he finds shocking.
