L: It was...about Cadenza. She had been in the hospital.

A: S-She was?

L: Yeah..I would've told you but...I thought you'd freak out.

A: No! Laurance you should've just told us. 

G: C-Cadenza was in the hospital?

L: Yeah...she was in a car crash and-

G: I-Is she ok?

L: She's stable. They said she had a major leg injury and might become paralyzed.

G: At least she's alive..

K: Garroth? Do you have something to tell us?

G: U-Um no! It's just- I-

A: Garroth...do you have a crush?

G: N-No! I um- i'm just concerned!

A: Sure...you're just "concerned"

G: I-I am!

L: Wait Garroth, do you like my sister? Be honest

G: N-No! I mean, I don't- I don't know! What business is it any of yours?!

L: Well...she's my sister. So I will find out eventually. 

G: That shouldn't even matter!

L: Well it does. Garroth, you can trust me.

G: Huh, weird coming from the guy who has recently been hiding EVERYTHING from us

L: I have my reasons!

G: Then what are they? Laurance, you used to feel comfortable sharing your mind with the world! Now your just hiding from it

L: Maybe it's for the best

G: You hiding from us isn't the best thing right now. It never was! You cant hide from your emotions. You'll just drown in them.

L: It seems to have worked so far

G: YOU THINK IT'S WORKED? LOOK AT EVERYTHING YOU CAUSED! IF YOU HAD JUST STAYED WITH APHMAU NONE OF THIS WOULD'VE HAPPENED!

L: No. You know what would've happened? If I had stayed with her and acted as if everything was normal, I would've ended up dead. I knew that I had the choice. I could've stayed with Aph and become mentally ill, or I could've left her and given YOU another shot. I KNEW you would be NOTHING without Aphmau. So I made myself CORRUPT for YOU! I gave up everything I had, for YOU! I forced myself to let her go, just for your sake. But it appears I was wrong. Maybe your not the brother I once knew. 

Laurance walks off, nearly in tears

A: Laurance wait!

Aphmau runs after him

L: What do you want? Are you just going to, calm me down, or make everything ok?

A: Laurance...I..

L: You what? Are you just going to look at me and start yelling? Or let me guess, your going to say "that was uncalled for!" like you always do when someone's distressed or raises their voice.

A: Laurance...I wish I could say that everything is ok. However I cant. I want to be here for you. But I cant do that if you don't let me.

L: I-I

A: You don't have to hide from me..and..I wish you never felt the need to

L: Aph.. I should've never allowed you to see me like that.. i'm so sorry..then I took it out on you..i'm such an idiot

A: No...you were just human. Laurance I know where your coming from, I get it. I just wish I was able to help you through it

L: Aph...

L: By staying out of it, even if for as long as you did, you did help. You let me get my emotions out and that's what I needed

A: L-Laurance I-

They hear the ground shake and Laurance stomps his foot

L: SHUT UP! WE'RE HAVING A MOMENT HERE!

A: Hahaha! Laurance I don't think that'll-

They start falling

L: Aph, you ok?

A: I-I'm fine, you?

L: W-Well I mean, between falling about, let's say 10 feet, and having a beautiful woman landing on me, yeah i'm good

A: Oh! Here let me get up

Aphmau tries to get up but feels a sharp pain in her leg, making her arms give out. She falls flat on Laurance

A: Gah!

L: Aph..you don't...have..to get up

A: W-What?

L: I'm sure the other's will come find us soon. For now..

Laurance picks Aphmau up

L: Let's look around, shall we?
