Green Arrow and Prometheus were locked in an intense battle with a fury that Green Arrow had only ever felt from fighting one other opponent. The only other man he'd once considered a brother turned enemy. Slade Wilson.

And he was determined to make sure that this encounter ended the same way that one did. Since while Tommy may have been his friend once, Prometheus was a clear enemy now. And a threat to his city. And threats would be dealt with accordingly.

"Where is my mother?" Green Arrow demanded from his enemy as he dodged one of Prometheus's sword strikes.

"I'll die before I tell you." Prometheus said, since he had to admit, that was a likely option, since Green Arrow was far more skilled than almost any other opponent he'd ever fought before. It was almost as if he had league training himself.

"You're not dying until you tell me what the hell is going on here?" Green Arrow asked as Prometheus managed to punch him in the face.

"I suppose it's already too late for you to stop me. I'm finishing what my weak father started in making the Glades pay for what happened to my mother." Prometheus snarled as he lunged at Green Arrow, who ducked out of the way.

"Is that what all this is about?" Green Arrow asked.

"It's what started Tempest. Our fathers attempted to clean up this city in a legitimate way, using their wealth and influence to force the city's worst to do what was best for it. But my father grew impatient and saw that the Glades were too far gone to be saved. So he came up with a plan to tear it all down and rebuild it into something better." Prometheus said.

"How?" Green Arrow demanded.

"You recall how Merlyn Global Group recently purchased Unidac Industries? They've developed a device that can cause an artificial earthquake." Prometheus said, much to Green Arrow's horror.

"You're going to create a natural disaster that you can't possibly believe you can control to kill thousands of innocent people?" Green Arrow asked.

"They deserve to die for letting my mother die on that pavement and doing nothing to help her, even though she begged for it. My father has already paid for ignoring her when she called him for help." Prometheus said, much to Green Arrow's shock.

"You killed your own father?" Green Arrow asked in shock.

"He was dead weight, holding me back, trying to temper me, control me and he was taking too long. The device was ready, so there's no point in waiting any longer." Prometheus said.

"Where is the device?" Green Arrow asked.

"You don't have time to get to it and even if you did, I doubt that you learned how to disarm that kind of ordinance in the military." Prometheus said.

"I'm scanning for any trace of this earthquake machine now." Luke said in Green Arrow's earpiece, since he'd been listening to the conversation during the entire fight.

"Focus on scanning underground in the subways, likely during already existing fault lines. Most logical place to put it." Green Arrow said.

"I'll see if Argus can spare any manpower to help with the search." Luke said, since Sara had managed to bring in some new recruits.

"Waste of time, reach out to the League, let them know that we've got a potential earthquake situation in my zone and I could use some of our super fast super smart members to help find and disarm the device or devices if there's more than one." Green Arrow said.

"Copy that, sending the SOS now." Luke said.

"What did you do?" Prometheus asked.

"I called in some backup. The kind that even you can't stop. Now tell me, where is my mother?" Green Arrow asked, right as he got a message.

"It took some work, but I finally broke through Arcane's cloaking spell. I found her." Abby said over the comms.

"Great, but now I'm a little busy and he's got to know that you broke that spell. We don't have much time before they move her." Green Arrow said.

"No, this is all falling apart." Prometheus said as his former best friend kicked him to the ground.

"It's over Prometheus. Give up." Green Arrow said.

"No, I will not lose to you again. This isn't over for good. Just for now." Prometheus said as he dropped a smoke bomb to make his escape.

"He's gone. What's the status of his troops?" Green Arrow asked his team.

"They've either left or are captured. What's the move?" Black Canary asked him.

"Find the devices and Luke will walk you through disarming them. I'm going after my mother." Green Arrow said as he ended the transmission.
