Y/N's pov

"What do you need to do in lab?" Austin asked as he was walking next to me

"Nothing, I just wanted that Camila and Shawn would talk eye to eye, you can go home for today" I gave him a light smile, he just nodded and walked away. 

"Hey! Hey!" I heard a shout behind me and not long after felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and saw one of the girls we just welcomed to our community.

"Al-?" I stuttered, trying to remember her name.

"Ally" She said with a smile on her face, which I gladly returned and said yeah under my nose "I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay here and giving us a place where to live" browned girl continued. 

"It's no problem, that's what we do here. I just feel like I have to apologize for your friend, that guy, who was infected, Ty? Wasn't he dating that Lara girl? How is she doing?" I asked concerned, knowing how it feels to loose a loved one.

"Her name isn't Lara, it's Lauren and she isn't doing so well, they dated for 2 years, but it's not your fault, he got infected and you did what you had to do. I and Laur wouldn't be able to kill him, so Ty would of just turned us too after some time" 

"I get that, I couldn't kill them for a straight year, until something happened and that made me a different person" I said almost tearing up, but blinking them away and my memories that still haunt me at night. 

"I just have a question, where did you take him? Or did you just kill him?" She asked me with a straight face, staring right into my eyes.

"After someone gets infected here, we take them as far as possible from camp and kill them, so people that live here wouldn't be scared after they hear gunshots" not breaking the eye contact I lied. I couldn't tell her the truth. She could be one of them. We just welcomed her and Lauren here. Maybe they will get to know the truth, but not now, not from me. People change here after they know what happens to those who get infected. 

"Okay" She smiled "Sorry for bothering you, just wanted to thank you... What's your name?" 

"It's Y/N" I gave her my hand to shake which she gladly took.

"It's nice to meet you Y/N" She smiled "I should go to check up on Lauren, if she didn't do anything stupid" 

I replied with a quick 'of course' as Ally started to walk off. 

I came back to my lab and as soon as I stepped in my eyes met with Camila's brown eyes who looked really pissed

"You left me with Shawn!" she stated really angrily, I gave her a 'so what?' look, Cami just rolled her eyes at me "You know how awkward that was! He has feelings for me and I just.. I just feel pity towards him" I sat on me chair and spun few times in it before stopping and looking at Camila

"But you slept with him?"

"Ugh stop reminding me that! I was drunk and he just was there and.. ugh!" She stopped and covered her face with a pillow. Few seconds later she looked at me  with guilty eyes "Plus while we were having sex, I moaned out another name" 

"Oh no! You did not!" I looked her with shock written all over my face, bu quickly it turned into a smirk, while she just nodded "Who's name did you moan out?" 

"I can't and won't tell you" She said and I gave her a death glare "I asked Shawn not to tell anyone either.. Okay, okay let's change the subject, what are we going to do with Ty? I mean we still haven't found any new medicine and all previous mixtures didn't work or help at all" Camila asked me like I knew the answers. At this point I wish I was one of the lucky ones who don't know about the warehouse and what kind of shit happens there. 

"I wish I knew, he has about 2 weeks until he will start starving, so we have to act quick" I sighed "Cami... what happens if we don't find the cure? What if all those people, all those infected ones, who we tortured, we should of just killed them and put them out of their pain" I look at her with tears in my eyes and she just looks at me with concern "What if I turn one day? Will I be there too?"  As soon as those words came out my mouth  Camila came and squatted down in front of me and cupped my face in her hands.

"You won't, not on my watch" I look up to her eyes

"But if I will, promise me that you will kill me without a second thought" Cami started rapidly shaking her head "Promise me! Or do you want me to be one of those in the warehouse?" 

"I promise, but that day won't come, because you will live and you won't get infected" 

"Thank you" I said, after a minute of silence, she pulled me into a tight hug, that I needed for a long time. "We should go to our other base soon, maybe Lindsey and Katie found something" even how much I don't want to go there and face my mom, we have to go, maybe they found something that we have missed, plus I know how much Camila wants to see her little sister Sofia.

(IMPORTANT A/N: First of all hello and second I hope you like this imagine, it's not finished yet (if you couldn't tell already), I think it will have about 6 parts or something like that, I haven't decided.
