~Y/N's P.O.V~

I was finally in Laurence's arms after an entire year. I didn't want to let him go, i didn't want him to leave and not be with me. I couldn't stop hugging him, me being in his arms soothed everything that i had running in my mind.

I looked up at him still in his arms.

Y/N: you're actually here in my arms

Laurence: I've been dreaming about this moment, I'm so happy that i don't know what to say

Y/N: i do

I let go of the hug and grabbed both of his hands.

Y/N: Laurence... I'm sorry, I'm so so so sorry for how I made you feel. For not realizing that i was hurting you with me being gone. Almost dying without seeing you

Laurence: Y/N...

Y/N: everything that happened was my fault. I wouldn't have made you feel like that if i was more careful. I didn't deserved to be saved-

Laurence placed his index finger under my chin, making me look at him.

Laurence: you have nothing to be sorry for

Y/N: but I-

Laurence: what you did was to help Aaron and your friends, yeah it would've hurt a lot if you died but you're not and that's the good thing. You're here in my arms where I can hold you close to me

Laurence hugged me again with his cheek resting on the too of my head.

Laurence: I'm sorry you had to live with that guilt

Y/N: all i wanted... after all this time... was just to hold you

Laurence: then we could do this... for as long as you want

Y/N: I'd like that a lot, just to hold you without saying anything

Laurence: is that because you don't know ehat else to say?

Y/N: basically, I'm at loss for words. I can't even describe how happy I am right now

I felt the vibrations coming from Laurence as he chuckled.

Laurence: same, I'd rather just spend time with you in my arms

I cuddled more into his chest with tears still coming down my cheeks, wetting his shirt a little.

Y/N: please...

We stayed like that for a while until we decided to sit down on the sand and look at the sunset. Laurence put an arm around me and had his other arm supporting his weight.

Laurence: does it feel... different?

Y/N: to be with you again? It kind of does, but maybe that's because I'm really nervous right now

Laurence: nervous? Why?

I stood up and looked down at Laurence.

Y/N: i was afraid you wouldn't find me attractive anymore

Laurence: why?

He stood up and looked up me. I felt my face hot. I looked to the side and I felt my ear twitch.

Laurence: oh?

Y/N: I'm this, I've never really accepted this side of me, even now I'm... still having problems and after all these years I've never told you

Laurence: Y/N... heh truth be told I was afraid of the same thing

Y/N: huh?

Laurence: i was afraid that you wouldn't like me because I'm a human

Y/N: are you kidding me Laurence? First of all, you were the hottest guy in the entire high school. Second, I've been a werewolf my entire life, meaning I always liked you even if you didn't know what I was. You've always been you and that's who I fell in love with

Laurence: Y/N... I feel the same about you, not the werewolf part but please. It doesn't matter what you told me about this, this would've never driven-

Laurence: huh?

Laurence: and that's all I ever wanted to show you. That's the message i left for you on the recorder I sent

I took out the recorder with the ear buds.

Y/N: i would listen to ut every night, i haven't forgotten

Laurence: then why would you think i wouldn't want you?

Y/N: i-I guess I sometimes go back to those moments... this helps me, it gets me through that pain. But it still hurts

Laurence walked closer to me to the point he was hovering over me and put his hand on my left cheek.

Laurence: we'll get through this together, there is still some healing we have to go through now that we're here and I want to help, Y/N. I want to protect you

Y/N: just hearing your voice makes me feel better and safe

Laurence: are you ready to be with me?

Y/N: i am

I started blushing and looked down.

Y/N: can i- umm... can I give you a kiss?

Laurence: only if you're ready to be protected by me... wait

Y/N: huh?

Laurence: is... there a certain way werewolves kiss?

Y/N: w-what?! What do you mean?!

Laurence: i want to do it the way werewolves do it. Is there one?

By this time my face was really hot. He saw my blush and he smirked at me. He used his index finger to pull my chin up to look at him.

Laurence: only if you're ready

I cupped his cheek and went on the tip of my toes t give him a quick peck on the lips.

Y/N: I love you Laurence

Laurence: i love you too Y/N, so much

Y/N: I'll try to open up more, Yandere Laurence

Laurence: yandere? I love you so much I can't let anyone see you or breathe the same air as you so I have to cut the air from their lungs

Y/N: you can't even hurt a fly

Laurence: well how am I supposed to kill a fly when it flies? Do i look like a man with wings?

I was laughing while Laurence folded his arms and pouted.

Y/N: i missed this a lot you know

Laurence: let's take this one step at a time also, do werewolves like a man with muscles and brown hair with sky blue eyes?

Y/N: yeah only the stupid ones

Laurence: aww that's- hey!

Y/N: can... we stay a little longer here? Holding each other

Laurence: whatever you want sunflower, we can go back later for now I just want to be here with you

We started heading back while holding hands. When we got to the house we went to the back and see everyone outside. I see my dad talking to Melissa when Silvana turns to us.

Silvana: Y/N!

Dad and everyone turned to me and Laurence.

Melissa: see! Told you they found each other! They were probably making out and-

Y/N, Laurence: Melissa!

Melissa: did I say that too loud? Oh haha! I'll just jump into the water now

She took off her sandals and jumped in the shallow water.

Rachael: Laurence, Y/N! I'm so happy to see you two found each other, how are You?

Y/N: we're fine mom, we just wanted some alone time

Melissa: ha! Told ya!

Derek: ughh!

Lucinda: why don't you two come sit by the fire? We could all just enjoy the night and talk

I looked up at Laurence.

Y/N: well?

Laurence: I'm all for it, as long as I'm here with you
