Takaya was asleep on tenka's back. Both of them walked back to town.

Sousei: now what?

Tenka: we can flip a coin to see she goes to whose house tonight.

Sousei:not that. Home... that's what I said to comfort her. I have an order to move to the outskirts of Tokyo to eliminate a case of rampant monsters. I'll be there for a while hearing how serious it is.

Tenka: you want to settle who can take takaya?

Sousei: um. She probably wants both of us. We are all she has got.

Tenka: we'll wait till she wakes up.

Takaya wakes up early in the morning and runs to tenka's side ' ohaiyo!! '

Tenka: you seem very energetic today.

Takaya: hehe. Will tenka teach me how to laugh today?

Tenka: teach? I can't teach you something like that. It comes from the heart. It's a feeling.

Takaya: I'm not... Good at feelings.

Sousei: ohaiyo.

Takaya: sousei!!!  Daijobu?

Sousei: about what?

Takaya:....  You're... Leaving... Aren't you?

Sousei: you heard?

Takaya: I couldn't really sleep. I only closed my eyes.

She ran to him and hugged him ' must you leave? '

Sousei: you can come with me. But that would be a decision you have to make.

Takaya: hmm....

He turned and left heading for the entrance of the shrine. Takaya was a little confused though she knew what to do. She... Couldn't make up her mind.

Sousei pov:

There were knocks on my door.  Who could it be this late. Better not be tenka asking me for takaya. I opened the door 'takaya?'

Takaya: can I sleep here tonight?

Sousei: are you coming with me?

Takaya: are you going to chase me back if I say no?

Sousei: no.

I pulled her arm in ' you're going to miss me aren't you? ' I close the door behind me and looked and her nod her head.

She looked to my luggage and sighs ' I... Hoped...the impossible. '

Sousei: its not the impossible. It's just this wasn't the time for you to be greedy. I would have let you until you were ready to decide but I couldn't. Me leaving... Tenka will sure have you. This is the only chance I have of maybe having you.

She hugged me ' sousei... Ski... '

I patted her head ' takaya. Ski. '

She pulled my arm to my room and looked to me ' one last night. I won't have you by my side anymore. '

I get on the bed right beside her than tugged her stray hairs to her ear ' tenka huh? I don't blame you. He's like a bright sun to people. '

Takaya: gomen... To me... Sousei ski(like). Sousei ai(love) . But... Takaya loves tenka more.

I take her waist and bring her in,she blush slightly ' to me... Takaya ski. Takaya ai. I'll always be waiting if you want come find me. '

Takaya: sousei...

She kissed my cheek ' arigato. '

I wrapped my arms around her to sleep that night. It was the usual of how I cuddled her to sleep. But that night was different. I treasured her more than usual.

Tenka: where's takaya?

Sousei: not with me.

Tenka: what do you mean? She slept with you last night.

Sousei: she did. She dissapeared early in the morning. Maybe she had gone to you over there.

Tenka: oh. Neh, let's go for a drink. You're leaving today isn't it?

Sousei: no. I don't drink on the job.

Tenka puts his arm around sousei ' come on. Its just travelling. '

' wine? Beer? Sake?' both of them turned around to the voice and shocks a little.

Tenka: ta... Takaya.

Sousei: you look... Beautiful...

She was wearing a dark blue yukata with small flowers nicely decorated at the left end of the yukata. Her hair was combed intp a nice bun with hair accessories holding it up.

She laughed at the shocked expression of their faces ' hahaha... Do you guys have to be exaggerating? '

The both of them silently laughed at themselves. Tenka grabbed onto her waist from the left side while sousei grabbed her waist from the right. She blushed deeply 'eh.... '

' you look beautiful today. ' they both whispered to her ear. She blushed even deeper.

Sousei took the bag from her hand and entered his house.

Tenka: you learned to laugh takaya.

Sousei: and its beautiful.
