Breathe in deeply, feeling the air expanding your lungs

Breathe out, feeling it flow out easily

Good.

Remember:

- drink water regularly throughout the day

- eat something at least twice a day if not more

- people love you, talk to them about your worries

- don't change yourself for others; if you want to change, do it because you want to do it for yourself

- there will be bad days, weeks, months, but it does get better

- check that both you and the person you're talking to are stable enough to talk about serious/emotional things, to prevent hurting each other

- let others be there for you, let them help you

- reach out to your loved ones; it may be nerve wracking, but if they care as much as you, it won't matter

- don't walk the streets at night alone, and always have a weapon/make shift weapon on hand

Be safe kiddos, remember take care of yourselves!
