Cuddle up under some cozy blankets/comforters, because it's time to block out the world and relax.
First, get into a comfortable spot.
Second, b l a n k e t s
Now, allow your mind to drift.
Let it move across your thoughts, never stopping for long on one.
Once it's calm, gently bring forth a comfort image.
The beach, perhaps?
Or maybe the stars.
Or a smooth body of water.
Or the kind abyss that simply wishes to hold you softly.
Whatever you choose, let it drift to the front of your mind.
Watch as the scene creeps into your sight, watch as your surroundings turn into the scene.
Allow it to draw you in.
Sink into it, feel it wrapping it's warmth around you.
Feel it comfort you, feel it accept you as you are.
It is here for you, to be here for you.
Let yourself relax, it's safe here in your haven.
Relax, and breathe.
Your muscles are unclenching.
They feel much looser now.
Feel the air move into and exit your lungs.
Feel your chest rise and fall with every inhale and exhale.
Stay here as long as you wish, it is yours.
Stay safe and remember to drink some good old H2O!
