Phil calls Dan in the middle of the night. "I hope you aren't sleeping." Phil worries. Dan chuckles a bit as if to say 'I don't sleep' then answers, "No, I'm awake, are you ok?" Dan worries about his boyfriend. "Well, I have a huge pain on my side and its been going on and off most of the week and it's been here for a long time right now. So I just wanted to talk to you until it's over." This worried Dan. "Is it on your left or your right side?" Dan asks very nervously. Phil answers during a big pain "Left." This calms Dan because that means it is just cramps. "Alright Tomorrow we will buy medication for cramps and you will get better. And if not then we will go to the doctor's" Dan says very calmly because he is relieved that it isn't a deadly disease. "Thank you Dan! I'm so sorry to be calling you like this but my family is all asleep right now and I assumed you were a night owl like me." Phil says. Then Dan thanks the lord he is a night owl because he feels so very close to his boyfriend. Their one month anniversary was a few days ago and they had a really nice dinner. "So Phil Lester so you want to be distracted so you don't feel the pain as much?" Dan asks. And Phil nods forgetting that he's on the phone. Then he answers, "Yes please. What a great boyfriend." Dan's heart fluttered at the word. They never called eachother boyfriends out loud so this was sentimental. "Let's binge watch anime boyfriend." Dan says with a huge smile on his face. So all night they binge watched anime until they forgot why they were on the phone in the first place. Little did they both know that Phil was in too much pain to differ left from right and said the wrong one.
