Tyler groans loudly as he kicked through couple trees.

Ethan panicked before taking a deep before seeing a skunk. He quickly grabbed it and sprayed the evil man. He groans in pain as he stumbled backwards.

Tyler was quick to pick up Ethan and alena and ran as fast as he could away from the empty camp and the evil man

Ethan dropped from Tyler's arms and led his Alpha off to a secret path that he had know about for a while. Tyler narrowed his eyes but didnt say anything as he followed his omega of a path to the right. Off the camp a few miles south was a hut, it was small and starting to rot but it was warm and provided shelter from the rain.

They get inside and Tyler was quick to rip his pants and wrapped it around alena injury before laying her on the couch and rubbed her her chest before turning to Ethan. "are you okay?" He asked as he goes to him and and pulls him close checking over him. "No," Ethan turned to Tyler as his features softened. He wouldnt cry, no. Ethan was furious, with himself mostly. Why couldn't the pups have been with him.

"None of this is okay, Alena is hurt and our puppies...." Ethan couldn't eve finish the sentence but Tyler knew as he cuddled Ethan closer.Tyler held him close. "I promise. I will get them back. I promise" he whispered as he kissed his head and lays him down next to alena. And held them close and kissed their heads.Ethan shook his head as he got up, he paced the floor. His hear hurt and his mind link to his children was not working. His mind started to wonder. What if... what if.. Just the phrase what if seemed to run on repeat in the back of his mind.Tyler grabbed his hand and tilts his head up. "They are fine. Don't start thinking of ifs. You need to stay positive Ethan. Like you say. Don't worry of the ifs, or what happens." He says as he cupped his face. "We need to be thinking of ow to get them back. How to get stronger to defeat this man."Ethan nodded as he walked out into the rain and ripped over his sleeves on his shirt to make rags. He quickly soaked them in rain water before walking back in. Ethan began to clean off the blood from Tyler's skin and patched up his scratches the best he could.

"babe I'm okay." He says with a chuckle as he gently pulls him away. "I want you to rest. Go lay down with alena." Tyler soak hair cover one of his eyes

"Okay," Ethan bowed his head as he crawled over to Alena and laid on her stomach as a pillow. Tyler sighed as he crawled up beside them as the three mates cuddled listening to the rain.Tyler hummed softly of their favorite song as he rubbed Ethan head with his right hand and his left hand rubbed alena back gently.

Alena held on to Ethan and fell asleep as Ethan smile alena before turning to Tyler and cupped his cheek with one hand. "Please don't leave me. Don't leave alena either. We have your back now." Ethan says.
"Never my sweet omega," Tyler kissed around Ethans faces as he held tight onto him. Alena wiggled in Tyler's arms but she stayed silent.Ethan nods as he held on to him and alena before falling asleep with alena and Tyler right after.

The next morning Tyler was up early making breakfast when he heard a small knock

Tyler growled before slowly approaching the door. He took a long sniff but couldn't smell anything besides moss and dust. Tyler quietly held onto the door nob and quickly flung it open while getting into a fighting stance."well then young man. Why so tense?" The old man says with a smile as he stood there holding on to his cane and shakes slightly

"Oh it's just you," Tyler sighed as he relaxed.

"Its good to see your face elder," Tyler smiled as he invited the older man inside. The man nodded his head respectfully as he stood aside to let the older in."I see that Ethan and alena made it out alright." He says as he looks over at Ethan and alena before looking up at Tyler. "I assume you know something about all what happen, am I right elder?" Tyler asked as he looks at him.The elder simply tilted his head before going to side on the stone and crossed his legs.

"You know the moon was always jealous of the sun," the man spoke as he pushed his cane away, his eyes simply landing on the wall. "that's doesn't make sense." Tyler says with a frown.

"The sun was full brightness and so much of life to the day." The elder spoke "as the moon came in at night to only let the creature of the day sleep peacefully at night."Tyler tilted his head in confusion but the elder just tilted his back. The elder smiled as Tyler blinked with confusion and sat down next to the elder.

"You wouldnt remember, you were only a child," the elder though as he rubbed circles into his knees. Tyler shook him head with dismay."elder is this all important?" He asked. Elder chuckled "of course it is important. As you are the sun and the mystery man is the night."Tyler snorted as he looked down at the floor.

"You know the sun and night were brothers once," the elder raised his eyebrows and waited for Tyler's to look up, his blue eyes sparkling."I was the only son in my family. " He says with a frown as he thinks a bit and gasped. "I remember my mom briefly talking with my father about a kid name Jackson?'The elder nodded as he closed his eyes to feel the wind on his beard. Tyler leaned forward with a frown as he let out a faint growl.
