Chapter 10
Jungkook
The bar lit up a dark blue all over and the bass of the music was shaking glasses of alcohol all over the place as people danced carelessly. Jimin and I were having a lowkey dance-off, but we are both competitive and good at dancing, so we decided to just dance together.
Jimin laughed as we danced and something across the room caught his eye and he frowned. "Jungkook, let's just leave." He grabbed my arm and started pulling me towards the other direction. "What? Why?" I said as I looked at the place that he was glancing at before.
Oh.
Yoongi is here.. with someone else..?
"What the fuck?" I said to Jimin. He pulled at my arm and whined with a pouted lip.
"Jungkookie, please.." He said.
"Let's.. Let's go.." I said with an angry tone.
——
"So he used to start fights because he thought other people liked me, but he's already going out with other guys?" I said as I parked in the parking lot of the apartment complex.
"I'm sorry.." Jimin said as he fiddled with his seatbelt and unbuckled it. He looked up at me and sighed. "Maybe you should move on."
"Oh, I'll move on." I said with confidence. "He's not the same person he was before. He isn't the same Yoongi as before, it won't be hard to move on." I unbuckled my seatbelt and looked down at Jimin who was smiling.
"Good," He said to me. "You deserve better than being treated that way anyways."
I look down at Jimin as he held onto the car door handle and he let go of it as he looked back at me. "What is it?" He asked.
I leaned over and grabbed Jimin's legs, pulling him towards me and placed him on my lap. I then began kissing his neck and sucking at it, earning a small moan from him.
"J-Jungkookie.." Jimin breathes into the air. I smirked against his skin and trailed my way to his full lips, kissing them roughly. He started grinding his ass against me and I felt myself go hard as he did so. I never thought Jimin would have this effect on me, but I couldn't help it.
A sudden tap on my car window caught our attention and we looked out of it to see Seokjin standing there with a disgusted look on his face. I rolled down my window and we stayed silent for a moment.
"What the hell is going on?" He asked.
I looked up at Jimin and he looked down at me with slightly flushed cheeks.
"Honestly, I'm not sure." Jimin said as he got off of my lap and sat back in the passenger seat with a shy look on his face.
"Whatever," Jin shrugged. "You do you. I'm gonna go wait in the apartment." He said as he walked away from the car, leaving us alone.
"Jimin, I'm so sorry if I made you uncomfortable," I said quickly. "I didn't mean to make you feel that way." I said to him. He looked down at his hands and he rubbed them against his thick thighs and sighed.
"No, I'm sorry." He said to me as he looked outside of the window. "I've liked you for quite some time, and I knew you wanted to be with Yoongi, so I tried to help you. But.. you're right. Yoongi has changed, so I took that as a chance to get closer to you even though I really, really wished for you and Yoongi to be happy.."
Jimin sighed as he looked back up to me. "Sorry for rambling.." He said cutely.
The fuck is that?
"I- It's fine.." I said to him as I placed my hand on his. "You're too cute to not forgive."
——
"What does your coffee taste like?" Jimin asked me from across the table. I grabbed my cup and lifted it in his direction for him to take a sip. "Ew, what the hell?" He spit it out.
I laughed and grabbed his cup, taking a sip of it. "This tastes kind of good." I said to him.
"Who said I wanted you to drink my coffee?!" He whined and stole his coffee back from me.
"Who said I wanted you to drink mine?!" I said back to him. He pouted and looked up.
"Touché.." He squinted his eyes and sipped his own coffee with a little smile. I picked up a sugar packet and threw it at him, causing him to duck in the seat. "You wanna go?" He said.
I nodded and he threw a packet at me as well. Then, we continued our game until Jimin finally gave up while laughing. "You're such a kid." He said to me as he sat up to face me.
"I'm a kid at heart," I said. "So are you."
"True," Jimin said and looked to the side. He looked down with a frown and sighed.
"Hi Jimin.. and Jungkook.." I heard the familiar voice say. I tensed up at Yoongi's voice because it had been about a week since I had heard it. "Can I join you guys?" He asked. His voice sounded more harsh and lower than usual. He sounded.. different.
"Sure," Jimin said and patted the seat next to him. "Whatcha been up to Yoongs?" He asked.
"Just.. Uhm.. Nothing." Yoongi said as he sat next to Jimin. He set his coffee down in front of him and then sipped it. All I could think about was Yoongi rubbing against some guy at the bar and I frowned as I looked at him.
"Oh, well.." Jimin stuck out his lip. "Where do you live?" Jimin asked Yoongi. He tensed up before clearing his throat quietly.
"With an old friend." He said weirdly.
"Minie, why are you asking him so many questions?" I asked Jimin. He smiled at me and then looked at Yoongi. "I'm just a curious guy." He said and kicked me from under the table. "Besides, he's my friend." He said.
"Minie?" Yoongi said in confusion. "What that hell is Minie?" He asked me in particular.
"It's a nickname, Yoongi." I said as if it were obvious. Well, actually.. isn't it? "Just like Jimin calls me Jungkookie. It's a nickname."
Yoongi squinted his eyes at me and looked at Jimin. "Why are you two even here?" He asked.
"I wanted to hang out with Minie," I said and intertwined my fingers together. "Is that a problem? Because last time I checked, I wasn't on your list of things to worry about anymore."
"Whatever, Jungkook." Yoongi said and stood up to walk away. Jimin looked down and frowned sadly as he left. "I'm sorry." He said.
"It's not your fault, Minie." I said with a small smile as I looked at him. He looked up with his big eyes with a sparkle in them.
"I don't understand what happened to make him so different," Jimin said. "I mean, he used to be kind of a tough lover, but now he's just extreme to the point that he lost such a loving person in his life.. I don't understand."
"Nobody does." I said to him. He looked up at me and smiled before walking over to my side of the table and leaned his head on my shoulder with a sigh. "Jungkookie, you're a great guy. I hope you know that." He said, making me smile as I played with his hair.
"You are too, Minie."
