I came out of the room and stood with my back leaned towards the wall. Tears uncontrollably fell down from my eyes. I slowly moved downwards and sat on the floor with my legs pressed against my chest. I cried the hell out of me, my eyes had started burning but my tears still flowed  unaffectedly. My whole world flipped within seconds. I never thought that I'll vitness this day, I couldn't imagine what my condition would be in a few hours, or maybe minutes. I badly wanted the ceiling to fall on me or the part of the floor, I sat on, to be swallowed by the Earth before something happens to Aaruhi because I'll not be able to withstand that. "Why God? Why are you doing this to a pure soul like her? Why can't you see her happy? Earlier when she was happy, you took away her happiness by parting us, and now again when she was a bit happy, you are doing this... Can you please exchange her place with that of mine", I said between my sobbs and buried my face in my hands.

After crying for continuous 15 minutes, I was numb enough to even let out a single drop. By that time, my heart had settled at the seabed of unhappiness, and it was stabbed by so many knives that it didn't have place for even a toothpick to enter. I wiped my face to remove the marks of dried tears, stood up and took deep breaths before going inside again.
"Didn't it take too long?", Shubh asked the moment I entered the room. I stared at him because I knew that he knew the real reason of me going out. "There were many forms", I lied. He gave me a weird look and stood up from the stool for me to sit. I sat down but didn't had the courage to look towards Aaruhi. She slowly moved her hand towards mine and held it. "Mr. Rich dad", she called making me look towards her with a jerk. She had called me by that name after ages. "If possible, can you please do something for me", she pleaded. "Anything Ms. Go green. I can go against the world for you", I said. "Ms. Go green, umm.. So that was my name", she said and I could notice a small smile on her face which really made me smile. "What do you want?", I asked sandwiching her hand between mine. "If you'll have a girl child, can you please name her 'Naina', I always wanted to give that name to my daughter, but now that seems impossible", she said. I looked towards her for some time without reacting. "Will you?", she asked. "Of course", I replied and nodded my head and she broke out into a smile. We had an eye contact with a constant smile for a brief moment but within seconds, my smile faded away when I noticed that she wasn't moving even an inch, she wasn't blinking, there were no vapour in her oxygen mask. I looked towards Shubh, he was already seeing me and tears rolled down from his eyes. Priti called the doctor, he declared that Aaruhi was no more as soon as he saw her.
