Are you ready for a brand-new contest that combines writing, reading, and art? Don't look anywhere else: We've got you covered! During the next four months, we will look for the best of the best that our Indian community has to offer. Are you a writer? This contest is for you! Rather be reading? No worries, we've got some interesting awards for you! Are you passionate about art? This is the place for you!

What is the Language Awards?

The Language Awards is a big contest that's aimed at Wattpad's non-English communities. Following the unique formula of the Language Awards, we will offer several prizes and awards that are not just for our marvelous writers, but also for our amazing readers and mind-blowing artists. By hosting three different contests with their own awards we will look for the best that our non-English community has to offer! And we won't be the only judges of that... You will help us out! Yes, that's right. You will help us determine our winners by nominating fellow creators for the "fan favourite" award.

We won't embark on this search for talent alone. We will kick off our first edition of the Language Awards with no less than 9 participating languages. Would you rather not write in Hindi? Why should I participate?

Here at the Language Awards, everyone's a winner! With our different awards, we aim to recognize and celebrate the diverse talent that the non-English community has to offer. In collaboration with the global Ambassadors team, we can offer some amazing prizes. So, what are you waiting for? This is the moment to start preparing because the Language Awards will officially launch on September 1st!
