Soon word somehow spread fast of the messiah's arrival, she was as in shock and confusion to how people knew, maybe one of the meigi got away and ended up spreading the news, either way, not only through rumours but certain people saw her when she brought little rations she could, they knew they were safe to eat since they were cleaned by the messiah

Over time nana had began to set foot on her journey, thanks to the lessons from her new family, she had learned to talk normally, she knew her way around, and because of her power, she was able to cleanse any plants or animals from the voids effect and manage to stabilise her food supply, however she gained a few unpleasantries which made things a little difficult for her

It was a pretty night too, the moon was out, the stars shimmering, she was a little disappointed she was on her own, but everyone had other important things to do, while she looked for a safe place to make camp, she had climbed a fairly large tree, and made herself comfortable for the night ' I really need to get this problem sorted out, ever since I got it...it's been effecting me greatly...' she thought looking at a bandage which was wrapped around her arm with a grimly expression

After woulds she turned and rested her head against her bag like a pillow and fell asleep, using her cloak like a blanket

Morning

After she awoke, she gathered her things and continued onto her destination, the village of Kira, where she was going to share food rations with, just then, she heard the distant sound of bushes rustling

she materialised her sword and stood in her defensive position " my my~ defensive as ever~ little rose~ even to little old me~" the person revealed themselves to be the little annoyance

"You..." she glared, raising her blade in front of her" oh don't be like that~" he snickered waving her off " I like seeing you with a smile on your face" he said tracing his fingers up his cheeks, smiling

" there's nothing to smile about, especially if your here" she glared, he sighed and she flinched when she behind his presence behind her, and that he had flung down her hood, letting her long hair escape "Wow your absolutely, Tantalising~"He moaned as he lifted a strand of her and letting it slip through his finger tips

She swiped the sword behind her, but he dodged it, jumping back into the tree  " ahh~ its fun teasing you!~" he laughed

She grit her teeth " unless you got something important to tell me from your boss! Get lost already!"

" oh he just wants to see how the little rose was doing, she's still striking people with her thorns" he smirked mischievously " but he was curious if your still feeling those burning sensations."he grinned maliciously

Before she could reply, She gasped from the feeling of the burning sensations in her entire body, it was so Strong she collapsed to the floor, clenching her chest, grasp on the hilt of the sword, which was stuck into the ground increased "Wow, I guess you are, Huh?" Firi smirks, seeming to enjoy watching her suffer " you've been using your power to help those around you, you've been neglecting your own bodies limits" While she grunted in pain from the burning, he heard some rustling in the bushes "Oh? he's here already?" Firi looks ahead' nana looked in confusion to who he was talking about

out from the bushes, came a guy, a ribika like her family, he had black pointed ears, and a matching black crooked tail

He wore a short sleeve black shirt underneath with a teal blue vest over it, with black hooded cape along with black pants and brown boots, along with black gauntlets and had a sword attached to his hip

"Hey, Konoe you made it!" Firi called out waving, the guy called Konoe narrows his eyes at him

  " perfect time too~" firi says walking around the girl and violently pulling down her hood, making her fall on her butt, still gritting her teeth " take a look at this, here's something you don't see everyday." Firi smirks

Konoe was quite shock and surprised at what he saw "A real decedent from your ancestors."  He coed, she tried to swat him away, be did another flip, evading it and started to walk away in the sky.

"Well, my master expect great things from the both of you, after all~you cannot escape from him." Firi said then vanished, leaving the two alone

Nana grit her teeth,  disappointed she couldn't slice the prick up, however she was too focused on her pain and firi

She had almost forgot the other person only a few feet away from her

He stared at her with with the Same shocked expression plastered on his face

She panicked and scooted back, accidentally dropping her sword and back pressed against a tree, she had never met a male around her age, not only was it out of fear, but nervousness

He freaked cause he scared her and tried to calm her down"It's okay," He looks at her softly, "I won't hurt you" he raised his hands up in surrender

He then slowly lowered his and and lent it out to help her up "here let me give you a hand."  He reaches his hand out

She stared at him, then at his hand, debating on whether she could trust him or not, she began to think, she and him seemed to share the same hatred towards firi and whoever his boss is, but....

She groaned in her head and slowly reached out, slightly flinch before she took his hand then he pulls her up from the ground

But let's just say it was to much force and he pulled her so hard up, she fell into him and both with a Yelp, fell to the floor

They looked at each other awkwardly, before backing away from each other " i-I'm s-sorry....." he stuttered

She cleared her throat, she was still a little flustered, but kept her cool " it's fine...just an accident..."

"Um, sorry if this is straight forward, but are you really Two Canes?" He asks curiously, she went into thought about how she was to explain without revealing her identity of being the blue star Messiah

" yes and no...." she replied rubbing her arm

" I'm sorry? What?" He looked at her confused

" it's...hard to explain..." she sighed ' really hard to explain....' she groaned in her own head "but it has to do with guy you saw earlier's boss" she says with was partly true " so how did you get trapped by that creepy prick?" She asked,

The two then sat down and he began to explain his situation " and so I'm on my way to Ransen to try to find a way to get rid of my curse" he finished

" I see..." she said in deep thought

She didn't notice him staring at her, to him she was the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen, Her skin radiant with the sun, her red hair like a rose, her eyes sparkly like fireflies in the night "Wow," He says in amazement

"What?" She turned and looked him confused, He turned his head away coughing " n-nothing! Nothing at all!" His fist against his mouth ' what the hells gotten into me?!...' he cleared his throat again "anyway....my name is Konoe, what's yours?" Konoe asked in a kind voice.

"O-oh um...it's nana" she answered

"Wow that's a....Nice name.....Um...."he says smiling like a dope, there was one thing that he was tempting, but having to hold himself back

"What?" She asked

"I'm...sorry if this is weird but...Can I...touch your ears?" Konoe asked hesitantly, She shyly nodded, then he reached for one of her ears, being careful with his claws, She kept her cool, even though it ticked as his fingers traced over her ear, Feeling the shape, and the edges

She was curious about his ears too, which he must've noticed cause he then takes her hand gently and placed it on one of his

His ears were soft and fluffy, she started scratching him behind the ear, which Caused him to start purring, she couldn't help but giggle a little

He really seemed to enjoy having his ears scratched, but when they're eyes met, something strange happened, A strange feeling that the other felt within the heart, a swirling, a warmth and giddy, a electric feeling through the veins

Both freaked out and backed away from the other, him in a daze while she freaked  "a-ah! W-Well i-it was nice meeting you!" Nana exclaimed in a panicked flush, collecting herself " b-but I have to get to g-going now!" But as she reached for her sword

She stopped when she felt the same painful pulse from before, she collapsed on her knees, which caused konoe to snap out of his daze and witness

" h-hey are you..alright?..." he asked but his eyes widened at her state, which reminded him of the state he was in before ' just...like I was...when I felt the burning...'

"Hey! Are you okay!?" He kneed down to her side " are you feeling a burning sensation?" He asked

" y-yes...but why is that?..."

" have you had a dream about four coloured snakes?" He then asked, that made her eyes widened " y-yes...but did you know?..."

"Well, this may come as a shock but I too had the same dream and experience the burning sensation you just did few days ago. And like I said the curse changed the colour of the fur on my ears and tail, they weren't naturally black." Konoe explained, while she look at him with wide eyes

"I also have these marks on my arms and feet that are not naturally too." Konoe removes one of his gauntlets to reveal the dark tattoos

He noticed her shocked expression turned to fear " what's wrong?....."

He watched as she removed a bandage she had wrapped around her arm, and when it was fully removed, his heart dropped, she had similar tattoo's from the wrist to her elbow " y....you have the tattoos too?!...."

" I don't know what happened, I can't really remember how I got them" she said, then gripped her head from a slight pain " and when I try to remember I keep getting these headaches

" umm....can I ask...where are you heading?"

She looked at him confused " the reason I ask is, well..." he rubbed the back of his head " I'm heading to Ransen to find a cure for the curse." Konoe said " you seem to have the same curse as me so, if you want, do you want to come with me?" Konoe asked

" b-but Ill just be dead weight..." she stated with a frown

" I-I don't really have a problem...it's up to your really..." he said, even through for some reason part of him desperately wanted her to come with him" well...if it's okay...then I'll take you up on that offer" she smiled

'alright!' He cheered inside his own head " but first I need to get to Kira"

" Huh?"

"I have to drop somethings off there" she explained

" that's fine" he smiled " first we drop off Hera you need to at Kira, then we head for ransen!" He said pulling his hood over his head, as she puts her sword away and lifts her hood back up then followed after Konoe, But what the two didn't know, was they're meeting, wasn't just a Coincidence, it was fate

The two had finally met, and the key of fate  began to turn
