Okay so I was thinking...

...that the car number plates have numbers on it, right? And if on the road, the car number plate neighbors meet, do the car wave?

Imagine a car with plate "ABC123" and another car with plate "ABC124" or "ABC122" roll by, they should technically say hello to each other right? They're practically siblings!
