Yoongi entered the house after the long day he had. After only a few hours spent at the library couldn't couldn't concentrate on his books anymore. So he decided to invite his friends out to eat out at their favorite restaurant.

Even though he was surround by people, he couldn't help but think of his little brother. He didn't want to kick Jungkook when he was already down, but..but this secret was eating him up inside. Yoongi wouldn't be able to look Jungkook in the eyes again I'd he didn't say something, or at least get his father to.

"Hey, Yoongi. I made some lunch. If you want I could dish some up for you. You just be hungry after studying all day." Yoongi sighed as he watched his father pretend that everything was just fine. He rubbed his temple in frustration.

"Dad. How long will you continue lying to Jungkook like that?" Jaesun stopped placing the bowls on the table for a second. Jaesun smiled bitterly.

"Yoongi, now's not the time to-" Jaesun tried to speak but Yoongi cut him off and he was angry.

"Then when is the right time to talk about this. Never? Do you know how hard it was for me to find out, now inagine how Jungkook will feel." Yoongi said in one breath letting his frustrations out. Jaesun wanted to say something more but silence enveloped the two as they heard the front door open.

Jungkook walked in shortly after taking a brief moment to state back and forth between the two. He immediately understood that what they were talking about was none of his business and headed up to his room without uttering a single word.

"Listen I will talk to him..." Jaesun spoke as soon as he heard the door to Jungkook's room close.

"I really hope that you mean soon. Each day that passes only increases your chance of him drifting away from you. Keeping this part of humanists locked away in some drawer won't bring you two closer together." Yoongi wanted to cry, but right now he felt he didn't deserve to cry.

"Well, don't you think it's been hard for me too?! Do you know how long I've wanted to tell him, but couldn't because I was too scared? Right, because you don't know-" Jaesun raised his voice but Yoongi wasn't fazed.

"Tell him right now..." Yoongi's voice was laced with venom at this moment. ".....or I will." He walked off. He wasn't going to let anyone hurt his own brother. He had to protect him.

~~~
It was around 4pm by the time Jungkook got back home. He was sure that Yoongi and his father were talking about something before he came home because they both became silent when he made his way past the living room. He halted his steps for a moment before continuing on, their eyes following him as he walked past.
Whatever they were talking about they obviously didn't want him to know about it. But it's fine. Jungkook had a lot on his mind already.
He laid on his bed whilst on his stomach, his arms were crossed out in front of him allowing his head to propped up. The iced lollipop packet was laid out on his pillows completely untouched, and all he could think of were the people he met earlier on. Deep down in his heart Jungkook knew he was meant to meet those people.
He hummed happily when he glanced at the object on his pillow. It looked too good to eat, but it had melted by now so it was just fruit flavoured water with a wooden stick floating around in there.
"Should I eat this...i mean drink it?" He laughed softly when he realised his small mistake. He slowly sat up and grabbed the packet from its position on the pillow.
He stopped when his door flung open revealing a rather nosy older brother.
"What is it, Yoongi? Here to bother me with even more questions or something like that?" Jungkook asked annoyed. He opened one of the drawers by his bed side and placed the packet inside wanting to avoid being asked any more questions.
"Can you come downstairs for a little bit? There's something dad and I need to talk about with you." Yoongi spoke with a low tone, not liking the outcome of him possibly agreeing to.
Jungkook groaned before laughing sarcastically. "Well that's just great! More secrets." "I think I'm okay for now." He laid down on his bed, his back towards his brother.
"Jungkook, just come downstairs will you. We're making an effort to talk to you here. Don't mess that up." Jungkook sighed before abruptly getting and headed for the door determined to get this over with. Yoongi grabbed hold of his arm before he could fully make it out the door.
"Before we go down...just..." He paused trying to find the right words. "Please promise that you won't freak out or anything. Just listen to what dad has to say first. And just remember that nothing has to change." Jungkook furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.
Seriously, what was going on with his brother. His sudden change in behavior was starting to really scare him. What was really going on with him. Jungkook slowly peeled off his hand from his arm before taking a few steps back.
"Seriously, what's going on with you lately? You've gotten way too sentimental over the last few days." Yoongi looked down feeling a little guilty. Many possible scenarios ran through his head and neither were good.
"We should get going." He said simply turning to walk out through the door leaving the boy even more confused.
"I know I said we would see each other on Monday, but I just couldn't help myself." Lisa spoke happily as she slung her bag on the back of her chair before grabbing a seat. Eunha smiled sheepishly taking a seat beside her.
"You know, it's not actually a bad thing. We can eat all our favourite foods free of charge!" Eunha squealed out of excitement causing some of the nearby customers to turn over to look in your direction. Lisa bowed apologetically while muttering a few sorry's here and there.
Eunha picked up one of the menus already placed by their table and started flipping through looking for something they could eat. Lisa sighed as she propped her head on the back of her hand, looking over her menu as well.
"Except I'm the one who has to pay for everything." Eunha smiled widely before patting Lisa's back.
"That's because you volunteered to." Eunha turned back to look at the pictures under the different sections of food. She licked her lips before pointing out. "The fried chicken looks tasty! Oh, and there's also different kinds of noodles to choose from as well!" She pouted cutely as she turned to Lisa. "But do I have to choose?"
Lisa scrunched her face at the girls' weirdness. "Yes or else one of us walks out of here with an empty belly and a black eye." She balled her hand in to a fist and playfully shook it in front of Eunha. The two girls burst into laughter not long after.
Lisa jabbed her elbow in to Eunha's side stopping her laughs. She grunted before looking up at her with a 'wtf' look painted on her face.
"Hey, Y/N? You've been awfully quiet ever since we got here." Lisa asked worriedly when she saw you drawing circles with your nail on the menu. Eunha noticed that there was something off about you as well. You were normally quite peppy so seeing this quiet side of you was unusual.
"Yeah. Is something wrong?" Eunha asked, frowning a little. You took in a deep breathe before letting it out. You smiled widely replacing your sad face, to let them know that you were doing alright.
"Let's just order. I'm feeling a bit hungry too." You picked up the menu and scanned through it for a little while before calling for the waiter. You ordered a hot pot large enough for the three of you to share and a couple of drinks.
It was difficult for you to say your orders. Your voice cracked, your throat hurt a lot and you were on the verge of tears. You could tell the waiter wanted to say a few words but ended up keeping them to himself.
"You see it too, right?" Lisa whispered worriedly to the girl beside her. Eunha nodded frantically trying to stop herself from crying as well.
"How could I not? She's literally right across the table." Your head hung low. You didn't want them to see the tears welling up in your eyes. You wanted to cry, you really did and you did when you felt two hands envelope yours.
Your gaze ran from the hands around yours to their owners. You smiled softly while giving their hands a slight squeeze when you saw their reassuring smiles. They cared about you and they wanted to show that they did. You couldn't have been happier to have them by your side in this moment. Who better to confide in than these two girls?
~~~

"What am I going to do now? I don't want to tell him anything, but Yoongi's forcing my hand." Jaesun mumbled to himself as he slapped his cheeks trying to determine whether this was real or not. Nothing could be closer to reality than this.

"You got this..just...just break it to him gently. That's all you have to do." He nodded reassuringly, but the nerves struck as he waited for the two boys to emerge from the hallway. His leg shook continuously, the suspense killing him.

He slapped his thigh before getting up and grabbing a glass of water to drink. For some reason his throat felt drier than usual.

Yoongi emerged a little while later and took a seat at the dining table with his arms folded across his chest. Jungkook followed behind him not long after and took a seat beside his brother. Jaesun felt his heart stop beating for a split second.

This was it, he thought to himself. This is where you tell your son that he's been living a lie his entire life. He scolded himself immediately. Jungkook didn't live a lie at all, just a twisted truth, that's all.

He glanced at Yoongi for a short while before looking away. The boy was serious about honouring his word. If his father wasn't going to say something then he would do it for him. Jaesun sighed before slowly approaching the table.

The next few minutes were definitely a rush. Jaesun finally told Jungkook the truth though it was painful to see the estranged look if his sons' face. Jungkook didn't say a word. That was more than enough to show how hurt he was feeling inside.

Yoongi looked over in his younger brothers' direction. He was worried, and honestly scared of the reaction he would give. He expected an outburst like last night but his silence was enough to fathom that he was really hurt.

"Jungkook-" He turned to look over at Yoongi, tears welled up in his eyes. Jungkook remained silent but Yoongi could read his expression perfectly.

'You knew about this...and you didn't think to tell me,' Jungkook sniffled letting the tears run down from his eyes on to his cheeks. Yoongi hung his head low feeling guilty. He had plenty of chances to tell him the truth but why didn't he?

Jaesun tried to hold his hand from across the table but Jungkook shook it of and ran to his room where he cried his heart out.

~~~
It's okay." He whispered against her hair. "You're okay now..i promise." She softly nodded burying her head even more into his shoulder.
"Hyebin!" A boy shouted to the little girl as he ran over to the two kneeling on the sidewall. The girl, Hyebin wiped her wet cheeks with the sleeve of her shirt before running of to hug her brother.
"Jongho.." She cried as he crouched to her level gently wiping off the tears that she missed with the top of his thumb. He scanned her face before looking over the rest of her assessing if she had an injuries.
He softly pulled her out of his chest before cupping her cheeks still looking over Hyebin worriedly. Jungkook smiled softly before getting home from his crouched position happy that the girl was safe. That he stopped something bad from happening to her.
"What happened out there? And why did you wander off without telling me, huh?" Hyebin sniffled. She still couldn't talk properly after what happened. Instead she allowed more tears to run down her face before snuggling in Jongho.
"I'm sorry, Jongho. I won't do it ever again. I promise." She cried into his shoulder before picking her up and placing her on his hip.
Jungkook cleared his throat attempting to grab they boys' attention. Jongho hummed in confusion before turning over to look at Jungkook. His eyes softened.
"If I could say something..You should keep more of a close eye on her." Jungkook spoke, looking over at the little girl now and again. Jongho smiled before approaching Jungkook. He gave him a gentle pat on the back.
"Thank you for stopping her before she...you know." Jungkook smiled softly as he felt tiny arms wrapping around him. Hyebin whispered a small 'thank you' before letting go.
"Dont worry about it. I'm more than happy to help." Hyebin waved as they both made their way in to a building right across from the road where they stood before. Jungkook looked up admiring the building.
"Jeon Enterprises..." He read out as he glanced at the sign on the side of the building. He smiled before walking away.
~~~

"Jeon Enterprises.." Jungkook read the characters on the card out loud before turning to look at the familiar building just in front of him. He sighed before stuffing the card in to his backpack before making his way in.
