It's been almost a year since I ran away and stumbled upon Castle Dimitrescu. Alcina Dimitrescu, the mistress of the castle, took me in as her own after hearing why I ran away.

I walked downstairs, to the kitchen, dressed in (image above with some thigh high stockings, held up with a garter belt cause thicc with matching flats). "Good morning, little sister." I hear a voice behind me. Turning slightly, I see Cassandra. I wave and continue walking.

Once arriving, we all sat down and began eating. Bela and Daniela were talking about hunting while Cassandra and Alcina were discussing something about tomorrow. Probably a meeting or some shit.

"So, Ronnie, you're turning 17 this year. Do you want any presents?" Lady Dimitrescu asks. I think for a moment. They could literally get me anything I wanted, not only because the other Lords and Miranda could make stuff, but they're rich. Really rich. I shake my head no. "I couldn't ask for anything, even if I had something in mind. You've all already done so much, I'd feel bad asking for more." I say.

"Don't say that, dear. If you think of something, ask. It's alright. I promise." Lady Dimitrescu says in a motherly tone. "Yeah, no worries! You want a sword? We can get you one! Want to kill someone? We'll help!" Daniela adds to the conversation with enthusiasm. I chuckle as do the other women. "Daniela, I think that's what you want." Bela says, still laughing. Dani shrugs which makes us laugh more.

After the laughter dies down, they talk within each other as tears roll down my face. I quickly wipe them away, hoping no one would notice but of course, someone did. "What's the matter, dear?" Alcina asks causing my three older sisters to look at me. I look up at Lady Dimitrescu. "Oh, nothing. I was just thinking about how life is so much better here. I'm treated differently, in a good way. I actually feel safe here..I can actually call this place my home, not just a 'house'. I'm finally free from that toxic household. The only ones I miss are my dogs." I explain. Silence.

A moment of silence goes by before Bela speaks up," I'm glad to hear that." Her younger sisters nod. Lady Dimitrescu smiles down at me. A smile that's sympathetic but genuine. "I, too, am glad. We wouldn't want to make you uncomfortable in any way." Alcina said still smiling. I smile back. "You're family, Ronnie." They all say in unison as we head upstairs to sleep, seeing as it's 10pm.

"Goodnight!" I say happily, waving to them as we head to our separate rooms. They say goodnight back and enter their rooms.

Soon the castle was filled with silence as we were tucked into bed, dreaming the night away.
