You decide not to flirt with them and check your phone. Six notifications. Two of them are messages, three are from instagram and one's a reminder that you need to be home by six. The time's only 5:30, you decide to stay for a little longer. After replying to the messages, you put your phone down and lean back, enjoying the day.

You start to notice that the girls keep glancing at you. The blonde one blushes when you make eye contact with her. Her friend is teasing her. The corner of your lip curls into an amused smile. She looks back her friend, you laugh silently at yourself. You're used to it of course.

The girl looks at you and you wave, causing her to blush and wave back nervously. Then she approaches you, with her friend by her side.
"Um, hi." She says nervously. Her friend looks at you with a slight smile.
"Hey." You say with a wink. She giggles. Her friend rolls her eyes. You laugh. "You're funny, you know." She blushes.
"Thank you." She replies, looking nervously at her feet.

You pat the ground next to you. "Sit down." You say with smile. She hesitates at first but sits down beside you. Her friend sits beside her.
"You got a name?" You ask. She nods and says her name. "Amy huh? Cute name, I'll remember it." You say. She blushes. You face her friend. "And what's your name?" You ask.
"Abigail." She says with a half smile, she doesn't know how to feel about you. You check your phone and get up.
"Love to stay ladies but I gotta head off." You turn around and Amy stops you. "Wait." She says, and grabs a pen. She writes a number on your arm. "Gimme a call, k?" She asks. You nod and head home.

You're at home, your guests will be there in an hour. You start preparing for your party. You turn the Juke box on to cycle through the all the songs on your iPod. You turn off the lights and turn on all the party lights, then hang up the disco ball. You lay out snacks on the table and make sure that your parent's privet rooms are locked and you put the key in your pocket. The party is ready, now all you have to do is wait. You check the time. They should be here in about half an hour. You glance over at the phone.

You could call Amy, or you could do something else, you have plenty of time before your guests arrive.
