This book is going to test your patience with Sage (and other characters) and make you question all their actions. Some more than others.
But this book focus' on inner struggle, more so on the point of a Rogue.
Will they cause problems? Yes.
But there will be a sense of rebirth, whether at the end of this story or into the next.
