ROCKY
SYNOPSIS - Rocky x gn reader, but you're at Freckle's bachelor party
*SLIGHT SMUT
The wine flowed like a river.
Every sip was another step into drunken bliss - something you'd yearned for since the prohibition began. Though Lackadaisy had provided alcohol, you hadn't had enough coins to earn it.
That's why Freckle's bachelor party was just so great. The wine was free.
"Whew, he's a lucky guy." Someone to your right.
"Gosh, Ivy really snagged a good one!" A yell from the back of the room.
"I'm boiling alive in this jacket." A whisper just behind you.
The room was packed to the bursting. You could hardly take a stride without treading one someone's foot and could hardly take a breath and hear it. Young as you were, you'd never been to a bachelor party - and never seen so many eligible men in one place. It was hard not to look around. Even if you tried, the crowd meant your eyes would always land on a good feature - a smoothly brushed tail, gentle hands, glistening eyes.
Fine, maybe you were looking with a purpose. But so was everyone else.
You shouldered through the mass of cats at the bar. "Another refill, if you'd be so kind." You winked and smiled. The booze flowed to your glass once again.
And then it flowed right out of it.
"I'm terrible sorry!" You yelped - the shirt of the grey tabby in front of you was soaked in deep red wine. "It's like a sea of snakes around here, so much moving, and someone must've bumped into me..." You grabbed a cloth, desperately trying to get it out. It was no use. You looked up - blue eyes peered down at you.
"Don't worry about it!" The tabby said, grabbing your paw and dragging you up to meet his face. "You'd think I'd get dolled up for my cousins 'last hurrah', but this - this is just an old rag."
You raised an eyebrow doubtfully. "Are you sure? It has that expensive charm to it."
He grinned. It was slightly terrifying. "Positive." He held out his paw. "Rocky Rickaby."
You took it, albeit a little hesitantly. "Y/N."
"So! How do you know the happy chap?" Rocky waved his hand out into the mob. Some ossified lad was yanking Freckle along in quite the one-sided dance. Freckle looked just corked enough to go along with it.
You laughed at the sight. "An old friend from school, not close enough that he's come to talk yet. You're his cousin, as you've mentioned?"
Rocky tipped his hat in answer. "The one and only." He sighed and took a swig from his glass. "Ain't it a thing to see them grow up. You'd think Ivy just some sheba and Freckle just some sheik, but no - they've got something to them. They click well, anyway."
Rocky made a noise like a sigh again. You squinted. He had this look on his face, one you were sure he wouldn't...
"Surely you can't be jealous?" You asked. Admittedly, there was a bit of disbelief in your voice.
"I don't believe you know me well enough to ask me that, Y/N." Rocky made a much more distinct face this time, one that totally gave him away.
You waited for him to crack.
He did sooner that expected. "Fine! So what. I know, I know, it's Freckle's bachelor party and I should be all smiles, but - don't get me emotional enough to belt poetry, because believe me I will - huh, if I was any drunker I'd cry my heart out." Rocky took a breather. "Nevermind it."
You found the fact that Rocky didn't have someone a little hard to believe. Just as before, it was difficult not have your gaze latch onto Rocky's finer features - Rugged fur; flashy grin; arms, while not nearly burly enough to carry you around, still built with a sort of strength (you wondered if he played an instrument.... the violin, perhaps?)
"Well you have no need to worry." You heard yourself saying, "You're not too bad on the eyes."
Before, Rocky's smile had been slightly manic, but now it was nothing but sly.
"Kind words. I would return the favor, but I'm afraid I've already showen my rather desperate cards." He swirled the wine in his glass, watching you carefully.
You decided to entertain. Why not?
"Care for a dance, Rickaby?" You asked with a smile.
Rocky chuckled. "It'd be a crime to decline, Y/N."
.
The waters of the Mississippi river were surprisingly warm when your body was filled with liquor.
"Washed off now, are you?" You teased, splashing Rocky.
"Never better!" He returned, spattering water onto your already soaked attire.
Somehow, whether it be because of the drinks or the adrenaline, you and Rocky had gone out to 'clean the wine' and ended drenched in the Mississippi. You were both laughing uncontrollably - now that was definitely a result of the alcohol.
"I can't belive we ditched your cousin's bachelor party..." You sighed, letting the river envelop you. "You must really like me."
Rocky flopped ontop of you, forcing a gasp of mirth from your throat. "Or I really hate Freckle. But you know that's not the truth, Y/N. They say third times the charm, but you've got me all figured out on your first guess."
You watched the night sky. It was almost completely dark, only scattered with a few lonesome stars.
Eventually, your eyes found Rocky's. His face was inches from your own. Water dripped from his hair, falling onto your nose.
He grabbed your hand. Kissed it. Then he leaned in and let his lips fall about yours. It was a gentle kiss - gentle as the shallows of the Mississippi. His hands found your hair and tugged, just a little, but as the kiss deepened he tugged harder. You rolled about, two bodies floating in the reflection on the night sky.
You found his tie. Undid it. Rocky found your belt and pulled it loose. It was difficult, trying to be discreet. The water made your clothes heavy and the wine made you clumsy. You were both making huffs of impatience, both feeling that animalistic instinct of want take over your every move.
It didn't take long for Rocky to send you all the way. Clever hands. Wicked teeth. The intoxicated state of him didn't slow him down at all. He grasped at your hips and pounded into you. It was a sweet thing, and you laughed together.
You didn't get caught.
.
The wedding day arrived, sooner or later. When you came, Rocky was waiting.

A/N i love this one! Was really fun to write some spiciness, even though it wasn't too descriptive. Would you like some more detail in later oneshots? Let me know :)
