I kept running until I couldn't breathe. I stopped, and didn't hear anything, so I relaxed. It really depends on who read the diary. I trust some people, but others...
I turned around, and Toby was standing right behind me, mouth guard, goggles, hatchets and all. It brought me back to the day I was brought to the mansion, and terror shot through me. I screamed and ran again. I could hear him running after me, and that's when I noticed he was much faster. I looked behind me, and no one was there. I looked forward, and once again, Toby was in front of me. He grabbed me and put me over his shoulder. With great effort, I guessed, because I was kicking and thrashing. He had my ribbons against my waist, unable to move. When we finally got to Slender Mansion again, EJ and Masky helped get me tied to a chair. It took 3 people, I thought. I wanted to get out of here! EJ and Masky walked out, and Sally came in with my diary. Of course. That little brat! She flipped through, and my face got hot. She was looking for something. She stopped at one spot and pointed to the page. She had a serious expression.                 " Jennifer, what is this?" It was the first time Toby had said my real name. " I dunno." I scowled. I had my ribbons write that part, because I didn't want anyone to think different. " I didn't write that. It's not even in my handwriting." " Then why did you run away?" Toby asked. Sally smirked. I stiffened. " Because there's other things in here that she doesn't want anyone to know." Sally answered for me. I struggled, trying to break free of these stupid ropes. Toby sighed. " I'm just gunna take a wild gander here, but I'm guessing it's about me." Sally held the book to her chest, as if she was giving the message that he wasn't gunna touch this book. I silently thanked her. Maybe she wasn't as big of a brat as I thought. Just curious. Just like me. Toby sighed again. He trotted over to me and bent down so his face was on the same level as mine. " Why did you run away from me?" He still had his mouth guard on. I winced. " I-I dunno..."
He sighed once more and untied me. I bolted out the door and into my room.
