Sarah's POV

The suns rays waked me up in my room in the Goblin Kingdom. I had been here for what seemed like several months. My boyfriend wasn't a normal human, but a Fae. The Goblin King, Jareth, who was sleeping in another room.

I got up from my bed and washed up a bit in the bathroom of the castle. The deep bath tub was quite relaxing. Once I got out I dried my hair and got dressed.

I got out of the bathroom and I could hear a voice. Her voice was beautiful and unique. When she held out a note, her vabado could just make you melt.

This voice belonged to the princess, Roselea Ann Eden. Her hair was brown with golden streaks which cascaded down her shoulders. Her beautiful hair finally grew more and was now almost to the small of her back. She looked even prettier with long hair.

Her hair was pinned in such a way that some of her golden locks went around her head like a crown. Her clothes resembled ones that Jareth would wear. A white poet shirt, leggings, and boots. The only differences were Roselea's clothes would sometimes include a skirt and knee high boots. She even wore corsets, but it wasn't an everyday occasion. She also wore her pendant that she had recently got from our latest adventure. She has treasured it ever since she got it. The pendant sparkled just like her fae marks.

Roselea was singing to herself as she walked down the hall with a basket of fresh fruit from her garden. She then noticed me standing there and she smiled. 

"Oh, Sarah! Good morning! I just was on my way to make tea and some breakfast. Would you like to help?" Roselea said as she walked closer and was just about to take my hand. I went to with Roselea to the kitchen where she would make pastries, tea, and breads.

"I would love to, what would you like me to do?"

"How about slicing up some of these apples? I can make a quick apple crumble. Later, I think I will cut up some of those peaches and make some peach preserves." She said, smiling as she handed me the apples.

When her fruits were in season, she loved to make preserves, jams, compotes and syrups.  Roselea even brought some extras to the goblins in the Goblin City. 

I always liked to see her smiling face when she would take jars of jams and give them to the goblins. They were so happy to recieve them and thanked the princess. Roselea was the kindest soul you could ever meet, no wonder Jareth was so protective of her.

I nodded and took the apples and started to cut them. She started to create the crumble part by using her homemade butter and flour with some cinnamon from her spice cabinet.

"I'm so glad to have you around, Sarah. It's nice to have another girl around here. Not that I don't like to be around my father or anything, but it's nice to have some girl time." She laughed as she then started to cut apples along with me. I laughed along with her, stopping so I didn't cut myself.

However, Roselea nicked her finger a little. She stared bleeding from her finger and she set the knife down.

"Oh goodness! Ow! That is... ow!" And she stepped back, getting a kitchen towel and wrapping it on her finger. I placed the knife down on the cutting board and helped her with her wound. I knew she had bandages in a drawer in the kitchen so I grabbed that and started bandaging her up.

"I'll be able to heal it. It's okay, Sarah. I'm just not a huge fan of blood."

"No no, I'll bandage it up now. Don't worry about it." I told her as I wrapped up her finger. My fingers were shaking but I just shrugged it off. I was probably just nervous because Roselea was bleeding and was a little bit scared. I knew she was a little bit scared because she tried to play it off like it was nothing, but in reality she was shaken up.

Once I bandaged her up, she smiled up at me and gave me a hug.

"Thanks, Sarah. You really didn't need to do that."

"I wanted to do that because I care about you."

I helped Roselea up and we finished up making breakfast. She made tea and brought the tea cart with her to the throne room where the tired king was in his throne, nodding off.

"Father! Breakfast time!" Roselea said with a smile.

Jareth opened his eyes to look at his daughter and greeted her with a yawn.

"Thank you, my little rose. Sarah, good morning. How are you this morning?"

"I'm doing alright, thank you for asking." I said as I sat down in a chair next to him, opposite of Roselea's throne.

"How do you like living in the Underground?" Jareth asked me as he sat up and started sipping his tea that Roselea gave him.

"I really like it. Roselea has been showing me around and trying to make it feel like home for me."  Jareth smiled and chuckled to himself.

"She does know how to make this castle feel like home. I'm so glad you both get along so well." Jareth said as he sipped his tea.

Roselea gave me a cup of tea and smiled at me.

"I actually have something for you, Sarah." And she handed me a box with my tea. This little box had a beautiful royal blue ribbon on it. I opened it up and there were two beautiful silver hair pins with beautiful blue gems, the gems were flower-like.

"Roselea... these are beautiful! Thank you! You will have to show me how to use them!"

Roselea happily put them in my hair, doing my hair in a nice pinned up look where some of my hair was pulled up and the rest flowed down my back. She then showed me what it looked like and I was in awe. I don't think I've ever seen my hair as beautiful as it was at that moment (though when I was in the peach dream, I did have beautiful hair then too).

She then gave me some of the apple crumble and we happily ate breakfast together. My hands started to shake again and I was confused. Why are my hands shaking? I wasn't freaking out about blood. Is my blood sugar low? Did I not eat enough yesterday?

"Are you okay, Sarah?" Jareth said as he got up from his throne and started to look me over.

"I don't feel bad. My hands are shaking a little. Not sure why though."

Jareth looked at my face then my hands. I could see the worried look in his eyes. Something wasn't right. Then Jareth tried to hide his worried expression.

"Whatever it is, you can tell me."

"Sarah...I didn't think this would be the day I would be doing this but you will need to make a decision real soon. Do you want to stay with me in the Underground forever? Will you be my Goblin Queen?"
