Luna's Pov

I woke up to the sound of my alarm.

Groaning in annoyance I turned it off and sat up in my bed.

I stretched my arms before smiling.

Today is my birthday.

Today is the day I turn 16 years old.

I'm so happy.

I just hope dad doesn't plan on throwing a party because I'd rather be with my family and loving boyfriend then have a dumb party.

Anyways, I got out of bed before walking out of my room to head downstairs.

Once I got there I saw dad and the others making breakfast.

Dad was the first one to see me and smiled.

"Pumpkin, you're finally up, happy 16th birthday" Dad said.

He made his way over to me and hugged me.

I giggled and hugged him back.

"Thank you dad" I said as he kissed my cheek.

We pulled away and he guided me to the dining room.

"So, since it's your birthday today we made you breakfast" Dad said as I sat down at the table.

"Really?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yep, Chase is almost done making it" Dad said.

Chase walked up to me with a plate in his hand.

"Wonderful breakfast for my wonderful beautiful girlfriend" Chase said with a smile.

I smiled at him as he placed a kiss on my cheek.

He set the plate in front of me and I smiled.

"Oh bubba, this looks amazing, I love it" I said with a smile.

"Anything for the birthday girl" Chase said as he sat down next to me.

I smiled as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

Bree ran up to me and hugged me.

"Happy 16th birthday bestie" Bree said.

I smiled and hugged her back, "thanks Bree" I said as we pulled away from each other.

"Here, this is my gift to you" Bree said as she handed me a purple bag.

I took it from her and opened it.

She got me one of my favorite action books.

"Thanks Bree, I love it" I said with a smile.

"You're welcome, I remember you telling me how much you loved that book, so I saved up some money to buy it for you" Bree said.

"I love it, thank you" I said with a smile.

She nodded and sat down at the table with us.

I continued eating my breakfast, this time Leo and Adam walked up to me.

"Happy 16th birthday Luna" the both of them said.

I smiled and nodded, "thanks guys" I said with a smile.

"Here, open my gift first" Leo said as he handed me a blue bag.

"Alright then" I said.

I quickly opened the bag and gasped.

"Oh my gosh" I said with a smile.

I took out what was in the bag to show everyone else.

"Oh my gosh, Leo this painting is beautiful" I complimented.

"Thank you" Leo said.

"Did you actually paint that?" Bree asked.

"Yes I did, I've been taking some art classes and when I heard from mom and Big D that your birthday was coming up I thought I would paint something special for you and give it you as a birthday gift" Leo explained.

"Oh Leo, I love it, thank you so much" I said.

"Anytime Luna, you're the best sister and best friend I could ask for" Leo said.

I smiled and pulled him into a hug, he hugged back and kissed my cheek.

We pulled away and he sat down next to Bree.

"Happy birthday Luna, I hope you like my gift" Adam said.

"Thanks Adam" I said.

He handed me a napkin that was covering something.

I unfolded the napkin and saw a chocolate chip cookie.

"Awww, a chocolate chip cookie" I softly smiled.

"Yeah,  do you like it?" Adam asked.

I chuckled softly and nodded, "yes Adam, I love it, thank you" I smiled.

He smiled and gave me a hug. I hugged him back and pulled away as he walked over to sit next to Leo.

"Do you actually like it?" Chase asked.

"Hey he still got me something, and chocolate chip cookies are the best, so of course I love it" I smiled.

Chase chuckled and nodded, placing a kiss to my temple.

I continued with breakfast, along with everyone else.

Tasha then walked up to me and hugged me.

"Happy 16th birthday sweetheart" Tasha said.

"Thank you Tasha" I said as we pulled away from each other.

"Here's my gift to you sweetie" Tasha said as she handed me a red bag.

"Thank you Tasha" I said with a smile.

I opened the bag and smiled.

Tasha got me a nice makeup kit, and it's the one I've been dying to get.

"Thank you so much Tasha, I love it" I said with a smile.

"Oh I'm so glad, happy birthday sweetie" Tasha said as she hugged me one more time and I hugged back.

"Thank you Tasha" I said.

She smiled and nodded before taking her seat at the table.

I finally finished eating my breakfast, along with Bree and Chase.

Everyone else was still eating breakfast.

Dad walked up to me and grabbed my hand and pulled me off of my chair.

"Alright pumpkin, this is my gift to you" Dad said as he handed me a nice yellow bag.

"Thank you dad" I said with a smile.

I opened the bag and instantly smiled when I saw what dad had gotten me.

It's a picture frame of me and dad, him holding me when I was a tiny little baby.

"I remember that day perfectly, that was the day I had taken you in and decided to raise you as my own daughter" Dad explained.

I smiled softly at him and felt myself close to tearing up.

"I will never forget the day. That day was the most important day of my life" Dad said with a smile.

I couldn't contain myself anymore so I ran to him and hugged him as tight as I could, tears streaming down my face.

"I love you so much dad" I said.

"Oh pumpkin, I love you too" Dad said.

The others soon walked over to us and joined the hug.

After about a minute we all pulled away and I wiped my tears away.

"Thank you so much dad, I'll treasure this gift always and forever" I said.

"I know you will pumpkin" Dad said and I smiled even more.

"Since we're still handing out gifts, I still have to give you mine" Chase said with a smile as he walked over to me.

I smiled and he went through his pocket and took out a white box with a red ribbon tied in the middle.

"For you sweetheart" Chase said and I smiled.

"Thank you bubba" I said as I took the box from him.

I untied the ribbon and opened the box.

My eyes widened in shock and I let out a small gasp.

"Oh bubba" I said.

He smiled and took the ring out of the box and held my hands.

"Luna, you know how much I love you, you already know that I don't want any other girl by my side. I would never forgive myself if I ever left you or broke your heart" Chase said.

"And I wouldn't hesitate to kill you" Dad said.

"Donald, don't ruin the moment" Tasha scolded and smacked him upside the head.

I giggled and shook my head, "continue bubba" I said and he nodded.

"My point is, I need you in my life sweetheart. You're the only one for me, I want to show you how much I love you and that's why I got you this" Chase said.

He gently placed the ring onto my finger and we both looked at each other.

"A promise ring?" I asked and he nodded.

"I promise I'll never leave you, I'll always be by your side till the end, baby. And I promise one day I'll marry you and make you mine forever. And when I make promises, you know I don't break them" Chase said.

I smiled softly at him and gently caressed his cheek.

"Oh bubba" I said.

I pulled him into a kiss and he kissed back and wrapped his arms around my waist.

The others cheered, even dad cheered.

 Leo of course groaned in annoyance, but still cheered and smiled for us.

We pulled away and stared into each others eyes.

I looked down at my ring and smiled.

"I love it, thank you bubba" I said.

"Anything for you sweetheart" Chase said as he pressed a soft kiss on my forehead.

Bree and Tasha walked up to me and looked at my ring.

"Oh my gosh it's so pretty" Bree squealed.

"It's beautiful Chase, where did you get it?" Tasha asked.

"I asked Mr. Davenport to take me shopping a few days ago and I found the perfect ring" Chase explained.

"And I paid for it, of course" Dad said and I giggled.

"Well I love it, thank you bubba" I said.

"Anything for you sweetheart" Chase said as he kissed my cheek.

"Alright, come on, get changed because we're going out for your birthday" Dad said and I smiled.

Once we were done with breakfast Tasha and Bree washed the dishes together while the boys were cleaning the house.

I quickly ran up to my room to shower and get changed into something nice.

I got into the shower and took a nice 10 minute hot shower.

Once I was done I got out and changed into something nice.

I smiled to myself before walking out of my room and heading downstairs.

Once I got there everyone was already there waiting for me.

I made my way over to Chase.

"Looking hot sweetheart" Chase said and I giggled.

"Thanks bubba" I said.

"Alright everyone, in the car" Tasha ordered and we all left the house and went to the car.

We were in the car for about 45 minutes, not sure where we're going but it better be somewhere fun.

Finally Tasha parked the car somewhere and we all got out.

"Woah, nice place" Bree complimented.

"Thanks, now come on, everyone inside" Dad ordered and we all rolled our eyes at him.

We all walked inside and the place was a bit full.

A male waiter around the age of 19 walked up to us.

"Hello, how many for today?" the waiter asked.

"Table for 7 please" Dad said.

"Right this way" the waiter said.

He led us to an empty table and we all sat down together.

Dad and Tasha sat together while Leo, Adam and Bree sat together too.

Me and Chase sat together of course.

Chase wrapped one arm around my shoulder and I laid my head onto his shoulder.

"I'll be back soon to take your order."

When he walked away we all smiled at each other.

"Dad this place is beautiful" I complimented.

"Thank you pumpkin, I found this place a few days ago and since your birthday was coming up I thought I'd take the whole family out for fun" Dad said.

"This place is fancy for sure, it's awesome" Adam said.

"And that waiter was really cute" Bree said.

"He was also 3 years older then you" Leo deadpanned and we all nodded.

"So, he was still cute" Bree defended and we all rolled our eyes at her.

Soon the same waiter walked back over to us and smiled.

"Sorry for the wait, now please tell me what you would all like?" the waiter asked.

Everyone took their chances telling him what they wanted and soon it was my turn.

"I'll take the steak, salad and fries please" I said with a smile.

"Coming right up" the waiter said with a smile.

Except, it wasn't a friendly smile, it was more like a flirty smile and it honestly annoyed me.

The waiter sent me a small wink before walking away.

I heard Chase growl and I smiled softly at him.

"Bubba relax" I said, trying to calm him down.

"What happened?" Tasha asked.

"The waiter winked at me and Chase noticed and growled" I said.

"Ooh, Chase is jealous" Leo joked and everyone laughed.

"I'm not jealous...just annoyed" Chase corrected him.

"There's no need to be either of those things, I love you and only you bubba" I said and he smiled.

He placed a kiss on my temple and I smiled.

A few minutes passed and the waiter came back with our food. 

Two other waiters came and helped him.

"Thanks" I said with a smile as he set my plate in front of me

"Anything for a beautiful girl like you" the waiter said with a smirk as he sent me a wink.

I gave him an annoyed look while the others looked embarrassed.

"What's your name beautiful? I never got it" the waiter asked.

"That's because I didn't give it to you, I don't give my name to random strangers" I said in annoyance.

The others stifled their laughs while Chase smirked.

The guy literally looked shocked that I acted like that in front of him.

Did he really think his 'charms' would work on me?

Hell no, the only charms that work on me are Chase's.

"Thank you for our food, you may leave now" Chase said with a fake smile as he wrapped one arm around my shoulder.

The waiter glared at him before nodding and walking away.

"That douche bag is so freaking annoying" Chase complained and we all laughed.

"Bubba relax, just ignore him" I reassured him.

"I can't ignore him when all he's done is wink, smirk and flirt with you. It's getting on my nerves" Chase said.

"Look Chase, if he continues acting like that I'll speak to the manager to get him to back off, ok?" Dad suggested.

All Chase did was nod as he placed a kiss on my cheek.

"Come on bubba, let's just eat our food, have a great time and go home" I said.

He smiled softly at me and nodded.

We all continued eating our food and talked to each other and just had fun.

Me and Chase would mess with them by kissing at the table.

Of course, they would all groan in annoyance. Leo literally threw some of his fries at us just to get us to stop.

Finally we finished eating and all dad had to do was pay for the bill.

Unfortunately the same annoying waiter came back.

"Here's your bill sir" the waiter said as he handed dad the bill.

"Thank you" Dad nodded as he took out his wallet to take out some money.

The waiter looked at me and smirked as he took out his phone.

"Is it alright if we exchange numbers, I'd love to keep in contact with a pretty girl like you. Perhaps we could also hang out one day" the waiter said.

At this point I could tell Chase's blood was boiling in anger.

I glared at the waiter and scoffed.

"No, you may not have my number, I don't give my number to weird ass strangers" I said.

My family stifled their laughter once again while Chase smirked and nodded in satisfaction.

"And why not?" the waiter asked, staring at me as if I grew two heads or something.

I rolled my eyes at him, "because I have a boyfriend, and he's the only guy I need" I said.

I looked back at Chase who smiled at me and I smiled back at him.

He placed a soft kiss on my lips, making me smile and kiss back.

He pulled away and smirked at the waiter that was glaring at him.

"Sorry pal, but she's taken, as you can see" Chase said with a smug smirk on his face.

The waiter wanted to say something but dad had gotten up and shoved the bill into him.

"Bill has been paid, now if you'll excuse us, we've got to get going" Dad said.

We all nodded and got up from our chairs and left.

I had turned back and looked at the waiter and smirked.

I stuck my tounge at him and showed him my middle finger, just by doing this I can tell he was shocked.

I smirked and flipped my hair before walking outside with the others.

Soon we made it back to the car and got in as dad drove off.

The entire car ride we were all talking to each other.

I smiled at the ring on my finger.

Chase must've noticed because he smiled and wrapped one arm around me.

"You love it, don't you?" Chase asked and I nodded.

"With all my heart, it's beautiful" I said.

He smiled and pressed his lips onto mine and I kissed back.

We pulled away and pressed our foreheads against each others.

"I love you" Chase said.

"I love you too" I said.
