Luna's Pov

Words can't even express what I'm feeling right now.

Of course I'm shocked.

How could I not?

Krane literally just said that I'm his daughter.

He's my biological father.

No, no, no, no. I refuse to believe that this is true.

I refuse to believe that someone as evil and cruel as him is my biological father.

There's no way that's true.

I was staring at Krane with wide eyes and jaw dropped while all he did was continue smirking.

I took a look around to see everyone in the same shocked state as me.

"You're lying" I said.

"Oh I can assure you Luna, I'm not lying" Krane said.

"You're fucking lying. Stop fucking lying to me right now or I swear on everything I love I will kill you" I growled at him.

"Luna-" Bree started but I ignored her and continued.

"Did you know about this?" I asked while pointing at Douglas.

He was in the same exact shocked state as me and everyone else in this room.

"I....I...." Douglas struggled to say.

I just ignored him and turned back to Krane.

"You aren't my father. No way in hell you are. I don't know who my parents are but I can assure you that it's not you" I growled in anger.

"I'm not a liar, Luna. I would never lie about anything, especially about the things that I want. And what I'm saying is true" Krane said as he took a few steps forward.

"You are my daughter, I'm your biological father" Krane smirked.

I glared at him along with everyone else.

But I swear I saw dad flinch when he said I'm his daughter and he's my biological father.

"If what you're saying is true then where's my mother? Huh? Where is she because she's certainly not here?" I asked.

I really didn't want to believe him.

But someone like him could never lie about something like this.

I can also see it in his eyes that he's telling the truth about this.

So, if what he's telling me is true.

I need to know who my mother is, I need to know her name and I just need to know more about her.

"I guess it's time for you to hear a little story, don't you think?" Krane asked.

"Of course I have the fucking right to know asshole. So get on with it" I growled at him.

He just scoffed and rolled his eyes at me but nodded.

Me and Chase continued holding hands, not wanting to let each other go because we've been apart for a bit too long.

At least in my opinion.

Plus he was the only person, besides dad, to keep me calm and prevent me from killing someone.

Of course S-1 being the bitch she is decided to hop on top of the table nearby and sit on it while Krane remained standing.

"It all started in college. I was just a regular, normal young adult back then. I was doing well in all my classes, had a few friends" Krane said.

Again, a stupid smirk appeared on his face as he looked directly at me.

"Then things became more amazing when I met your mother. Elizabeth Monroe Walker" Krane said.

I felt myself stop breathing for a few seconds before going back to normal.

My mother...

I just found out my mother's name.

Now I know where I got my last name from at least.

I felt dad walk over to me and held my other hand and gave it a small squeeze.

I turned around and gave him a soft smile and he returned one back before we looked back at Krane.

"She was amazing in so many ways. Her beautiful face, her eyes, her smile, her laugh, her personality. Everything about her was amazing. She was perfect" Krane said.

Then to our complete shock he had let out a really small smile.

And it was a genuine one as well.

I don't know whether to find it weird or somewhat nice.

I just gave a small soft smile back at him before going back to glaring.

"We had met each other on her first day. I showed her around and that's when we became friends. Then a few months of being friends and going out on dates together I asked her to be my girlfriend and she said yes. I couldn't have been any happier to know that the woman I love was finally my girlfriend" Krane explained.

I just looked at everyone before looking back at him.

Not really knowing what to feel.

But I can tell they were all still pretty shocked.

"After college was over I proposed to her and she said yes. We got married a few months after that. Everything in our life was amazing. We both graduated college, got married and got our degrees. We both had amazing jobs" Krane said.

"What was hers?" Dad asked.

"Oh, well her jobs was just like yours. A scientist" Krane smirked.

Our eyes went wide and our jaws nearly dropped, again.

I have a really bad feeling as to where this is going.

"She had been doing really well in her job. Of course she was just a beginner but she was smart young woman. Maybe a little too smart" Krane said.

I let out a tiny gulp as Chase pulled me closer to him.

"She had came home from work to show me something she had came up with. I'll admit I was a little interested in what she had to show me. So, when I asked her what she had to show me I was beyond amazed" Krane said while letting out a laugh.

We all looked at him, waiting for him to tell us the answer.

"She had discovered bionics" Krane smirked.

Cue our eyes widened and jaws dropping, once again.

My mother...my mother discovered bionics.

Are you kidding me right now?!

"She had told me that she was working when an idea popped into her head about how she could try and develop bionics and create multiple abilities. She had worked for weeks on it until she finally made the first bionic chip while being able to create so many new and amazing abilities. I was amazed when she had showed it off to me" Krane explained.

I started getting interested by the minute.

Truth be told that I always wanted to learn about my birth.

I just wanted to learn the truth about my birth and what really happened.

"I wanted her to use the bionic chip on something, she had suggested using a robot but I turned that idea down. I wanted something more real, more alive. That's when I suggested that we put it in humans but of course she thought that was unsafe" Krane scoffed.

We all glared at him in anger.

Of course it's unsafe, dad literally said that bionic chips were never meant to use on humans.

Kind of the whole reason why the trio glitch if they use it too much and don't have their capsules.

"When she finally agreed to test out the bionic chip I was excited. But we didn't know who to use it on" Krane said.

Just then a smug evil smirk appeared on his face as he looked directly at me.

"Until we found out your mother was pregnant" Krane smirked.

I let out a small gulp while the others looked shocked and terrified.

"When we found out your mother was happy and excited. She always wanted to have a baby and become a mother. Me on the other hand, not so much" Krane said.

I gritted my teeth and glared at him.

"I never wanted to be a dad. Kids were just annoying and bratty in my opinion, too much work so I didn't exactly care that much about you" Krane scoffed.

I looked over at dad to see him glaring at him while gritting his teeth in anger.

I gave him a small soft smile before looking back at Krane.

"All I cared about was putting that bionic chip inside of you to see if they would work. Of course your mother was hesitant because she didn't want to because she didn't want her own child to become a human lab rat. As she put it" Krane scoffed.

We all glared at him in full anger and hatred.

Chase wrapped his arm around my shoulder and pulled me closer to him as I leaned into him.

"Finally I was able to convince her to do it, once you were born and were able to come home with us she immediately got to work. Once the bionics were put into you we made sure everything was perfect. And as planned everything was fine, nothing were to have gone wrong with your bionics. Everything was perfect" Krane explained.

'Asshole' I thought in disgust.

"Once that part was over your mother had suggested that we keep your bionics deactivated until you were older so we could train you. But I was not about to let that happen. I wanted more, more power. More control over everything. I wanted you to become the first bionic super soldier" Krane smirked.

I stared at him in shock with wide eyes and jaw dropped, along with everyone else.

Has he lost his gosh damn mind?

Is he that insane and crazy that he wanted to turn me into a super soldier when I was just a baby.

"But of course, your mother didn't want to do it. She thought I was insane and crazy for wanting to turn her child into a super soldier when you were just a baby. It annoyed me to hell that my own wife didn't agree with my ideas" Krane growled.

This dude is fucking insane.

But honestly this is Krane we're talking about.

Not really surprising if you ask me.

"I didn't care what she thought, I was going to go with my idea anyways and no matter how much she argued with me I wouldn't listen to her. I was going to go through with it and she wasn't going to stop me. And if she did, there would be consequences for her and you" Krane said.

When he said that I heard low growls from both dad and Chase while the others glared at him in full hatred.

"Of course, she went behind my back. That exact same night when I was sleeping she had deactivated your bionics. Then she took you and left the house, once she was far away from where we lived she left you on a nearby doorstep. The only thing she left for you was a piece of paper that said your name and a necklace" Krane explained.

My eyes widened in realization.

My mother was the one that left me on dad's doorstep, left the piece of paper with my name on it and gave me my necklace.

"When she got home I immediately confronted her about what she did to you. She told me that there was no way in hell she was going to allow me to turn you into a super soldier. She only agreed to plant those bionics in you to train you later in the future to become a hero and save lives, not a soldier. I was pissed with her and practically forced her to tell me where you were but she refused to say anything" Krane explained while glaring at me.

I just glared back at him with more anger and hatred.

"Her exact words were, 'you might not care about our daughter but I love her and would do anything just so she can have a normal life' she took you away from me to keep you safe" Krane said.

Cue, again, my eyes widened in shock.

My mother gave me up to protect me from him.

She really loved me that much.

But wait?

What happened...oh god...oh no please don't tell me.

"What did you do to her? What did you do to my mother?" I asked as tears were close to coming out.

Krane smirked as he let out an evil laugh.

"Oh Luna. I just did what I had to do, she took you away from me" Krane smirked as he walked closer to us.

We were all quick to take a few steps back as Chase pulled me close to him.

Krane just continued looking at me with his stupid smirk.

"I killed her" Krane smirked.

All of our eyes widened as I felt my knees go numb.

I was close to landing on the ground if it weren't for Chase and dad holding me up.

He...he...he killed my mother.

Krane killed my mother.

"What?" Bree asked in shock, just like everyone else.

"It's just what I said. I killed her, and I enjoyed it" Krane smirked.

Tears streamed down my face as I continued staring at him with wide eyes and jaw dropped.

I growled at him in complete anger as I felt myself starting to shake as I clenched my fist really really tight.

The others seemed to notice and looked at me in concern.

"Luna?" Leo asked.

"Luna...Luna?" Dad asked.

"Sweetheart?" Chase softly asked.

I couldn't take it anymore.

I activated my blast wave and shot it across the room, knocking everyone out.

Once Krane was on the ground I quickly pounced on him and started punching him left and right, completely beating the living daylights out of him.

"YOU KILLED MY MOTHER!!" I screamed at him.

I continued punching him left and right as I activated my super strength to increase the pain. 

I started leaving him bruises and a bleeding lip. 

"YOU KILLED MY MOTHER YOU BASTARD!!!" I screamed once again at him in complete anger.

Tears were still streaming down my face but I didn't care as I continued punching and slapping him.

Basically beating the shit out of him.

I was getting ready to choke him just like he did to me at school when I was suddenly pulled off of him.

I turned to see Chase and dad holding me by the arms.

I tried getting out of their grip but they wouldn't let me go.

"GET OFF ME!! LET ME GO!!" I screamed.

"Sweetheart calm down!" Chase yelled.

"NO!! THAT BASTARD NEEDS TO PAY FOR WHAT HE DID TO MY MOTHER!!" I screamed as I continued moving around.

I could tell they were beginning to struggle so Adam and Bree came over and helped them restrain me.

S-1 immediately ran over to a now injured, bruised and bleeding Krane and helped him off the ground.

"LET ME GO!!" I screamed, stuggling to get out of their grips.

"I did what I had to do! She took you away from me and ruined everything I had planned out!" Krane yelled.

I growled and glared at him.

"Your mother deserved to die!" Krane yelled.

"No she didn't. She deserved to live, she deserved to live and continue her life. She didn't deserve to die because unlike you she actually loved me and she gave me up to protect me from you so I could have a normal life!" I yelled in tears.

I soon stopped struggling once the others had slowly let go of me.

"I will never forgive you for what you did! You're not my father, you will never be my fucking father! Donald Davenport is my dad, not you! You can go rot in hell for all I give a damn!" I roared at him.

Finally I let out loud sobs as more tears streamed down my face.

Chase wrapped his arms around me and pulled me into a tight hug.

I wrapped my arms around him and hugged him back as I sobbed into his shoulder.

He gently rubbed my back and kissed my head.

"Shhh, shhh, shh it's ok. It's ok" Chase softly said.

I continued sobbing and crying into his shoulder as I hugged onto him tighter.

Soon the others huddled around us and either patted my back, shoulder or head and gave me looks of pity.

Dad joined in on the hug as he kissed my head and rubbed my back.

"It's ok pumpkin, we're here for you" Dad softly said to me.

Finally, after about like 3 minutes I stopped crying.

I pulled away from Chase who gently cupped my face and pecked me on the lips.

I smiled at him before turning back to Krane and glared at him.

This made everyone turn to him and glare at him as well.

"I swear that I'm going to get rid of you, if it's the last thing I do" I growled.

He just smirked and let out a laugh.

"Please, you think you can beat me. Alone, that's cute" Krane scoffed.

"She's not alone dipshipt, because she has us" Adam said.

"Yeah, we're her family. We care about her and we're not letting her do this alone" Bree nodded while getting into a fighting stance.

The others soon nodded as we all got into our fighting stances.

"We're going to beat you Krane" Chase growled.

"You're going to pay for what you did to my mother you bastard!" I yelled at him.

Krane glared and growled at us and soon shot a fire shock wave, knocking us all to the ground.

"What do you say, I start with you?" Krane asked.

He then lifted his hand up and brought dad up while chocking him.

Krane smirked before throwing dad to the ground.

"Dad!" I yelled in fear.

Me and the trio were quick to get off the ground as S-1 takes a step towards us.

Adam nervously looked at her before looking at me and Bree.

"Bree, Luna, you got this good thanks" Adam said as he pushed us towards her.

Bree gave him an annoyed look while I smirked.

"Finally, time for some ass kicking" I smirked.

Both me and Bree landed a punch to S-1 who stumbled back a bit but recovered and flipped to the other side of the room.

Me and Bree quickly flipped towards her and started fighting her.

Bree and S-1 were fighting while using their superspeed while I would either fight hand to hand combat or use my geo-leap.

I aimed a kick to her stomach, causing her to stumble back into Bree.

I took a second to turn around to see Krane knocking both Adam and Chase to the ground.

I cringed before turning back to the fight to see that S-1 had grabbed onto Bree's hand and pinned her down slightly.

"Too bad this is the last time I see you guys. Your brother's kinda cute" S-1 smirked.

I geo-leaped next to her and shoved her off of Bree as the both of us stood together.

"Adam?" Bree asked.

S-1 glared at her and tried to aim a punch but I punched her in the nose, kneed her in the stomach and pushed her back.

"No. The other one" S-1 said while throwing her hands up in the air.

When I realized she was talking about Chase I glared at her in full anger and growled.

"Oh fuck no!" I yelled.

Bree fought her with her superspeed before they both stopped as she gave her a shocked look.

"Chase? What did Krane do to your brain?" Bree asked.

I glared at her and smacked her upside the head.

She realized what she said and gave me a nervous smile.

"I was kidding" Bree said but I rolled my eyes at her.

S-1 took the chance to kick her legs from underneath her, causing Bree to flip over before landing hard on the ground on her stomach.

I glared at S-1 as we both got into a fighting stance.

But we both got distracted when I saw Krane gathering up some energy in his hands and started walking towards Adam and Chase who were waking up.

"Now I got her" I heard Leo say from behind me.

He then shot a laser sphere at S-1, but he missed and ended up hitting Krane instead and he fell to the ground.

Everyone, minus me and Douglas, stared at Leo in shock with wide eyes and jaw dropped.

"Okay, I'll take it" Leo proudly said while placing his hands on his hips.

S-1 glared at him before looking back at Krane.

"Mr. Krane!" S-1 yelled in worry.

Since she was distracted I took the opportunity to run at her while wrapping my legs around her and flipped her as I slammed her body to the ground.

She groaned in pain while I stood up and smirked.

"Oh and sweetie" I said.

I quickly got on top of her, punched her in the face two times and grabbed the collar of her shirt and pulled her closer to me.

"Chase is mine, so back the fuck off bitch" I growled.

I quickly headbutted her, resulting in her being knocked out as I shoved her back down to the ground and got off her.

I smirked, flipped my hair before walking back to the others as Bree stood up and followed me.

I quickly hugged Chase who hugged me back and kissed my head.

"That was badass sweetheart" Chase whispered in my ear.

I giggled as we pulled away from the hug and I pecked him on the lips.

Leo then walked over to us as the trio looked at him in shock.

"Did you see that?" Chase asked and Adam nodded.

"Yeah. When did Leo learn how to throw?" Adam asked.

Leo just smiled while shrugging while I just rolled my eyes but smiled too.

Soon dad walked over to us while dragging Douglas by the arm.

"I can't believe you gave bionics to Leo" Dad said in shock and anger.

"Yeah, well it saved your life" Douglas said but dad glared at him.

"No, it didn't. Tasha is gonna kill me!" Dad said through gritted teeth.

"Someone is in trouble when we get back home" I said while giggling.

Soon the doors burst open and multiple agents ran into the warehouse.

We all huddled closer to each other as Chase immediately wrapped an arm around me and brought me close to him.

"Okay, guys, round them up. Use your tranquilizer guns if you have to" Agent Graham said.

Before we could do anything Douglas quickly spoke up.

"Wait! You're arresting the wrong people. This is the man you want, Victor Krane" Douglas said while pointing at Krane.

"He's a sociopath who's been implanting himself with bionics, and now, he's turned her into a bionic soldier. If you don't stop him now, he could create more and have an entire army" Douglas explained.

Closing my eyes and sighing I decided to add somethings as well.

"He's also my biological father, he wanted to turn me into a bionic soldier when I was just a baby and killed my mother" I said through gritted teeth.

The agents stared at me in shock while I tried my best not to cry.

Chase hugged me tighter and gently kissed my forehead.

Agent Graham looked at me for a few seconds before looking at Douglas.

"And you are?" Agent Graham asked.

"Douglas Davenport. There's no official record of me because I faked my own death" Douglas grinned.

Agent Graham, along with the other agents, looked at him weirdly while we glared at him as dad did a hand motion.

Telling Douglas to shut the fuck up.

Douglas realized what he said and gave Agent Graham a nervous smile.

"But I'm very credible" Douglas said.

Agent Graham just rolled his eyes at him and nodded before looking at the other agents.

"All right! Take these two into custody" Agent Graham said and the agents nodded.

Krane growled as he stood back up.

"I don't think so!" Krane yelled.

He then tried to aim a fire ball at Agent Graham but me and Bree quickly superspeeded towards him and pushed him out of the way.

Adam quickly activated his fire vision at him, causing him to fall back to the ground.

We all sighed in relief as me and Bree helped Agent Graham off the ground.

He stared at us in shock while me and Bree just slightly smiled at him.

"You...girls saved me" Agent Graham said, looking at the guys before back at us.

"Thanks" Agent Graham said.

Me and Bree smiled and nodded at him.

"You're welcome. Like we keep telling you, we help people" Bree said.

I smiled and nodded as the both of us fist-bumped before walking back to the others.

"Restrain these two before they wake up" Agent Graham said and the other agents nodded.

"Here, use these to cuff 'em. They've got a bionic signal interrupter" Douglas said as he handed them the same cuffs Krane used on me when he kidnapped me, Leo and Tasha.

"Why would you have these?" Agent Graham asked in confusion.

Douglas once again gave him a nervous look before flashing him a nervous smile.

"Uh...I help people, too" Douglas said, causing me to scoff.

Agent Graham just rolled his eyes at him before the agents quickly handcuffed Krane and S-1 and picked them off the ground.

They then shoved them out the door to get them behind bars.

The others were smiling in relief and happiness as Krane was finally going to be locked up.

Me...not so much.

I'm still trying to process all of this.

I walked away from the others while playing with my fingers.

The others looked over at me in worry and concern.

"Are you guys coming?" Agent Graham asked.

"Uh...can you give us a few minutes alone?" Adam asked.

"Yeah...we want to talk to Luna about everything that just happened" Bree said.

"Alright, we'll be waiting outside to take you home" Agent Graham nodded before walking out of the warehouse.

Once he was gone the others looked at me and slowly walked over to me.

"Luna...are you ok?" Leo softly asked.

I didn't answer him, I just stayed quiet.

"Sweetheart?" Chase softly asked.

I just ignored him as well.

"Luna...pumpkin, are you alright?" Dad softly asked while placing a hand on my shoulder.

Soon tears started streaming down my face as I let out loud sobs and fell to the ground on my knees.

Dad and Chase were quick to crouch down next to me and hug me.

The others crouched down to the ground as well.

"Let it out pumpkin, let it all out" Dad softly said while rubbing my back.

I clung onto him tighter with one hand while using the other to hug Chase as I cried into dad's shoulder.

"Luna" Bree softly said while sniffling.

"All my life, I thought my real parents abandoned me. That they never wanted me and just gave me up and didn't care what would happent to me" I said through a few sobs.

I let go of dad as I hugged Chase with both hands as he hugged me back and kissed my head.

"Now I find out that my biological father is Victor Krane. A crazy, evil maniac that only cares about bionics and wanting to take over the world. He didn't care about me and only wanted to turn me into a bionic soldier when I was just a baby" I said.

Chase gently rubbed my back as I buried my face in his neck.

After a few seconds I pulled away from him as more tears were streaming down my face.

I looked at the others to see that they were silently crying as well.

"And it turns out my biological mother loved me so much. She gave me up to protect me from Krane and she got killed because of it" I said, still in tears.

Krane might not love me or even care the slightest about me, but my mother did.

She might've put bionics in me but she saved me from becoming a soldier.

Chase gently cupped my face my wiped my tears with his hands.

"It's my fau-" I started but Chase cut me off.

"Don't you fucking dare finish that, you hear me" Chase said in an angry voice.

I stared at him in shock, not expecting him to say that.

And of course, I still found it hot.

"Don't you dare say your mother's death was your fault because it's not. The only person to blame is Krane" Chase said.

"He's right Luna, you didn't kill your mother. Krane did" Bree said while placing her hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah, he's a crazy evil dude that cares about nobody other then himself and power" Leo softly said to me.

"Your mother's death isn't your fault. Krane didn't love you but your mother did. She loved you so much that she left you to protect you from him" Dad softly said to me.

I stared at all of them as a small smile appeared on my face and quickly lunged towards dad and hugged him as tight as I could.

Dad let out a small chuckle before hugging me back and kissed my head.

I buried my face in his shoulder and let out a small sobs while clinging onto him tighter.

"I love you dad. I love you so much. I don't care if you're my dad by blood or not, you're always going to be my dad" I whispered to him.

I heard him let out a sigh of relief as he hugged me tighter and kissed my temple.

"I love you too pumpkin. I love you so much. You're always going to be my daughter" Dad whispered in my ear.

I let out more sobs, still not being able to control myself.

Soon the others surrounded us and joined the hug.

"We love you Luna, you're apart of this family and nothing is ever going to change that" Bree softly said.

I turned and smiled at her, causing her to smile back at me.

We all stayed where we were.

We just stayed on the ground together while hugging each other.

That's all we wanted right now, was to just be with each other.

The Next Day

Yesterday was crazy let me tell you that.

But thankfully today is a new day.

Today Agent Graham is holding a press conference to tell the world that we're not a threat to anyone.

That we're just like them and that we're heroes.

Right now me and the trio were in our mission suits as I was standing next to Chase while holding onto each others hands as Agent Graham was in front as the press conference started.

"The rumors you've been hearing are true. There are bionic humans living among us. But after a thorough investigation, I, agent Graham, that's with an "H", have determined they are not to be feared. They are just like us" Agent Graham explained on camera.

He then moved away and motioned for me and Chase to take the stand.

Chase smiled and nodded at him.

The both of us walked over, still holding hands, as Chase gently tapped the microphone before smiling at everyone.

"Hi. I'm Chase. This is my brother, Adam, and my sister, Bree" Chase said while pointing at Adam and Bree.

He then turned to me with a smile on his face.

"And this beautiful girl right next to me is my girlfriend, Luna Walker" Chase smiled as he kissed me softly on the lips.

I smiled and kissed him back.

Everyone in the audience smiled and 'awwed' at us while Adam and Bree were gagging.

We pulled away from the kiss and turned back to the cameras.

"And yes, we are bionic super humans. For years, we've been going on top-secret missions" Chase said.

I was about to speak before Adam stepped up.

"Yeah, remember that runaway train full of nuclonium that almost blew up Welkerville? That was us" Adam said.

This made everyone gasp while me, Chase and Bree looked at him with wide eyes.

"No, no, no, we didn't cause it, we stopped it" Chase said and I nodded.

Soon Bree walked up and started talking.

"You didn't know about these missions because we weren't sure if the world was ready for us, but now that our secret's out--" Bree started but was cut off by Adam.

"Let's get to know me. I enjoy long walks on the beach, eating stuff, and punching this guy" Adam smirked as he punched Chase's arm.

"Ooh! Why do you always do that?" Chase asked in annoyance.

"Were you not listening, it's what I like to do" Adam said while rolling his eyes.

"That's it" Chase said before he started attacking Adam and soon they both started fighting and moved away from the stand and went to the back.

"Hey, guys, hey, hey, hey..." Agent Graham said as he walked towards them to try and stop them but it didn't work.

"Stop it. What is wrong with you? We are on TV!" Agent Graham said as he continued trying to stop the fight.

Chase then jumped onto Adam's back.

"Get off! Get off! Get off!" Adam yelled while trying to get Chase off his back but he didn't let go.

Me and Bree looked at each other and sighed as the both of them continued fighting and Agent Graham still tried to stop them.

The both of us just rolled our eyes and walked towards the stand together.

"So...Any questions?" Bree nervously asked.

The fight still continued as we heard the yelling from behind us but me and Bree didn't really look since we were already annoyed and embarrassed as it is.

A few hours later the press conference ended.

Thank goodness.

We were all standing with dad as looked at the mess the boys made when they were fighting.

"Well, that went well" Dad sarcastically said.

"I know right" I scoffed while rolling my eyes.

"All right, guys, get ready. As soon as you walk out the door, your lives are gonna change forever. It's about time you guys got credit for all the good that you do" Dad smiled.

The four of us smiled back at him and nodded.

"Thank you, Mr. Davenport, but we'll always be a four-person team" Chase said and we nodded.

Soon Agent Graham walked in and dad smiled and we walked over to him.

"Oh, Agent Graham, I just want to thank you for letting the kids come home and hearing us out" Dad said.

"Actually, I'm the one who should be thanking you. Without you, we wouldn't be in control of the ultimate weapon" Agent Graham smiled.

We all looked at him in confusion.

"'We', what do you mean 'we'?" Dad asked in confusion.

"You're not in charge of these three anymore. This is my show now. From this point forward, they work for me" Agent Graham said.

We all looked at him with wide eyes and looked at each other in shock and worry.

Are you kidding me right now?

Soon he walked away, leaving us alone.

It was silent for a good few seconds before dad snapped out of it.

"You...you guys should go on ahead and leave. We have to get home" Dad said.

Soon we all snapped out of it as well and nodded.

"Uh...you guys go on ahead without me. I need to talk to dad for a few minutes" I said.

The trio nodded as Chase quickly pecked me on the lips before walking away.

Once they were gone I turned to look at dad who looked back at me in confusion.

"What is it you wanted to talk to me about pumpkin?" Dad asked.

I smiled at him and pulled him into a tight hug as I rested my head on his shoulder.

He was a bit surprised but hugged me back and kissed my head.

We pulled away and I smiled at him.

"I just want to let you know that no matter what you're always going to be my father. I don't care if you're not my father by blood, you're still my father regardless" I said.

Dad opened his mouth to speak but I cut him off.

"Krane being my biological father doesn't mean shit to me. He doesn't care about me, he never did. He only wanted to turn me into a soldier when he forced my mother to plant bionics in me. That's not what a father is" I explained.

By now I could tell dad was close to crying but I still went on.

"Fathers are supposed to love their children. Support them with whatever decisons they make, do everything they can to keep them safe and do everything to keep them happy. Krane didn't do that for me, you did. All those years with you you gave me nothing but love and happiness and I will forever be gratefulfor you taking me in and raising me as your own" I explained.

Tears were streaming down my face as I was smiling.

Dad was the same as me but he tried wiping them away but more kept coming.

"Krane might be my father by blood, but you're my real father. And I love you" I softly said.

Dad smiled at me with tears in his eyes as he softly kissed my forehead and pulled me into another hug.

"I love you pumpkin. I love you so much. You're always going to be my daughter" Dad whispered.

I smiled and let out a small sob as I hugged him back and buried my face in his shoulder.

"I love you dad. I love you so damn much. You're always going to be my dad" I whispered back to him.

I stand by what I said.

Krane might be my biological dad.

But Donald Davenport will forever, forever be my REAL dad.

Nothing will ever change that.
