Luna's Pov

Alright, so I'm laying on the couch right now because my head is hurting like a bitch and I've been coughing for a few minutes.

Dad wants me to stay home from school but I really want to go.

I hate school but if it means I can be with Chase then I'll be fine.

But dad still says that I should stay home.

"I hate this" I groaned in annoyance.

"I know you do sweetheart, but you can't come to school if you're feeling like this" Chase said.

"But I'm fine, it's just a headache and a few coughs" I said.

"True, but Mr. Davenport doesn't want to take any chances" Chase said.

I groaned in annoyance as I hid my face into his chest.

Chase chuckled as he placed a kiss to my head.

"Are you going to be ok without me?" I asked.

"Don't worry sweetheart, I'll be alright. Nothing will happen" Chase reassured me.

I softly smiled at him and nodded.

"Come on Chase, we've gotta get to school" Bree said as her, Adam and Leo walked downstairs.

"I'll see you when I get back" Chase said.

I smiled and nodded.

He leaned down and softly kissed me on the lips.

"I love you" Chase said.

"I love you too" I said.

"Come on" Adam said as he grabbed Chase's arm and dragged him away.

"Bye guys" I said while waving at them.

"Bye Luna, see you when we get home" Bree said as they left the house.

I sighed as I grabbed the T.V remote and pressed the on button as I began watching T.V while the others were at school.

However, I have this really bad feeling in my stomach something bad will happen today.

'Maybe I'm just being paranoid' I thought while shrugging as I continued watching T.V.

A Few Hours Later

After watching some shows and taking a few naps then and there I was feeling a bit better.

Leo had came home from school early because he wasn't feeling well either.

So the trio were on their own at school.

I feel bad for them, they have to deal with Principal Perry by themselves.

I got up from the couch and walked over to the kitchen as dad was sitting by his desk.

"How are you feeling pumpkin?" Dad asked.

"I feel better, well the coughing is slowly stopping but the headache is still there" I said.

I took out a cookie as I walked over to dad.

"See, staying at home and resting helps you get better" Dad said with a soft smile.

I giggled and nodded, "yeah I guess you're right" I said.

"Pumpkin, I'm always right" Dad said with a smug smile.

I scoffed and rolled my eyes at him.

Soon Leo walked downstairs with a tissue box in his hand.

"What are you doing here?" Dad asked.

"I live here" Leo said in an obvious tone.

"I'm the one you didn't cobble together in your basement" Leo said as he walked over to me and dad.

Dad sighed and rolled his eyes at him.

"I mean, why aren't you at school?" Dad asked.

"I got a little head cold. I sneezed in class and I don't know what came out, but I walked out two pounds lighter" Leo explained.

Me and dad crined in disgust as we heard footsteps and saw Tasha walking towards us.

"Donald, I think there's something wrong with your credit card. When I went to by groceries, it was declined" Tasha said.

I furrowed my eyebrows at her in confusion.

Dad is loaded with money, how can his credit card be declined?

"Declined? How could that be?" Dad asked in confusion.

Soon Eddy appeared and we all looked at him

"Let me make it clear. SHE SPENT ALL YOUR MONEY!" Eddy shouted.

Me and dad rolled our eyes while Tasha gave him an annoyed look.

"I did not spend all his money" Tasha said.

"Oh. Saving a little for a face lift?" Eddy asked with a mocking smile.

Tasha gave him an offended look as she tried lunging towards him but me and Leo held her back.

Dad looked at his laptop and his eyes widened in shock and confusion.

"This card is completely maxed out with purchases I didn't make. A plane ticket, a speed boat, $2,000 worth of hair dye and colored contact lenses" Dad explained.

Me, Leo and Tasha gave him a look that said 'really' but dad shook his head.

"This time, it was not me!" Dad defended.

"Alright, so then maybe it was hacker" I shrugged.

"Luna might be right, maybe we should head down to the lab and see if we can find out who it is" Leo said.

"Good idea" Dad nodded.

Dad gave Tasha a quick kiss on the lips as the three of us quickly walked down to the lab to try and figure out what was going on.

Me and Leo were at his desk as he was looking at his computer while dad was at the cyberdesk.

"Leo, Pumpkin, do you guys have any luck tracing those hackers?" Dad asked.

Me and Leo sighed and shook our heads.

"No. Every IP address you gave us leads to a dead end" I said and Leo nodded.

"These people really know how to cover their tracks" Leo said and dad sighed.

Soon Eddy appeared and we looked at him.

"I don't have any finger prints or evidence, but I drew a portrait of what I think the suspect looks like" Eddy said.

Soon a weird picture of Tasha appeared on his screen.

Dad and Leo glared at him while I sighed.

"Eddy it wasn't Tasha, ok so please just stop" I said in slight annoyance.

"I can't access anything. The contexts of my Cyber-Desk have been wiped clean" Dad said in annoyance.

He grabbed his tablet and walked away from the cyberdesk and towards us.

Then an alarm sounded on his tablet.

Dad looked at it and his eyes widened in shock.

"This is worse than I thought. Everyone one of my facilitates world-wide has been hacked! Every database. The entire info-structure of Davenport industries is gone" Dad yelled as he roughly placed his tablet onto Leo's desk.

I ran my hands through my hair in frustration.

"What the hell is going on?" I asked in annoyance.

"I don't know. But this is not a run-of-the-mill computer hacker, Leo, Pumpkin. It's obviously someone who hates me and would do anything to ruin me" Dad said.

"Well, that could be anyone" me and Leo said together.

"Alright" Dad said in annoyance as he glared at the both of us.

"What are we gonna do?" Leo asked.

"I'm gonna have to call my friend at the FBI" Dad said as he took out his phone from his pocket.

"Wait, you have a friend at the FBI? That's so cool!" Leo grinned.

"Wait for it" I said.

"Yeah we're Yoga buddies" Dad said with a smile, causing Leo's grin to fade.

"And now it's not cool" Leo said and I nodded.

Dad ignored him as he walked away to talk to his FBI friend, leaving me and Leo alone.

"Hey, it's getting late. Shouldn't Adam, Bree and Chase be here already?" I asked.

"They should be, school finished a few minutes ago" Leo said.

"Do you think something happened?" I asked nervously.

"Relax Luna, I'm sure nothing happened. Besides, they're bionic they can handle themselves" Leo reassured me.

"Yeah, yeah I guess you're right" I said with a small nod.

I hope they're alright.

A Few Hours Later

Dad managed to get his FBI friend to come over so they can talk about what's going on.

Me and Leo walked into the living room to see dad closing the door.

"Hey Big D, how did it go with friend from the FBI?" Leo asked.

"He just left. I gave him all the information, but he said this hacking is beyond anything he's done before. It's gonna be weeks 'til he has any leads" Dad explained.

"Alright, so we should be good for right now" I said and they nodded.

Soon we heard a knock at the door.

"Who could that be?" I asked.

"I don't know" Leo said.

Soon dad opened the door, only to reveal Principal Perry.

"Principal Perry what are you doing here?" dad asked in confusion.

"Does unfergate even have a code?" Leo asked.

"You don't enter a woman's facility without knowing how to scale a few walls" Principal Perry said and we all nodded.

Soon she walked in as dad closed the door.

"Anywho, I thought I should just drop by and say hi and I KNOW YOUR KIDS ARE BIONIC!!!" Principal Perry shouts.

Mine and dad's eyes widened in shock and fear as Leo dropped his box of tissues.

How the fucking hell did she find out about the trio being bionic?

Soon dad starts fake laughing and me and Leo join him.

"Bionic! I- I what are you talking about? Just because a child, says they're bionic I-" Dad started but Principal Perry cut him off.

"The big one shot lasers from his eyes, the girl could run as fast as lighting, and the stubby one could move things with his mind!" Principal Perry said while giving him a hard stare.

All three of our eyes widened in shock before me and Leo turned to dad.

"Oh yeah, she's got you" Leo said and I nodded.

"Is he bionic too?" Principal Perry asked while pointing to Leo.

" Seriously, look at him" Dad said and Leo gave him an offended look.

"What about Walker?" Principal Perry said.

"Well you already know about them so yeah, I'm bionic too" I said while rolling my eyes.

Dad glared at me while I just shrugged. Then he turned to Leo.

"Leo, go downstairs and bring Adam, Bree and Chase up. Now" Dad said through gritted teeth.

Leo nodded as he picked up his tissue box and ran downstairs to the lab.

Soon Tasha walked in.

"Hello Principal Perry" Tasha said.

"Hello Tasha" Principal Perry said.

"What's she doing here?" Tasha asked.

"She knows" Dad said but Tasha looked confused.

"Knows what?" Tasha asked.

Me and dad then pointed to the direction of the lab and her eyes widened in realization.

"Oh" Tasha said as we nodded.

"They were here when I arrived" Tasha said as she held up her hands in surrender while dad glared at her.

"I've never seen you so nervous Don. I gotta say, it's real nice" Principal Perry said as she walked closer to dad and got in his face.

"Look, I can explain, it's not what you think" Dad said but Principal Perry waved him off.

"Ah no need, my first instinct was to go to the authorities, but then I thought I got secrets too. A Lady of Mystery if you will" Principal Perry said.

A smile appeared on my face and I sighed in relief when she said that.

But then that disappeared.

This is Principal Perry we're talking about.

She's totally going to want something in return.

" So your gonna keep it between us? Oh thank yo-" Dad said as he went to hug her but she moves away from him.

"Not so fast. I'll keep your secret, but it's gonna cost you. A lot" Principal Perry smirked.

I sighed and shook my head.

I should've known.

"Who do think trying to blackmail us?" Tasha asked while glaring at her but dad stopped her.

"Deal!" Dad yelled.

Principal Perry smiled while Tasha gave dad a look of disbelief.

"You're gonna let her win?" Tasha asked and dad nodded.

"If it keeps our family together" Dad said and Tasha sighed but nodded.

Dad then walked over to Principal Perry while glaring at her.

"So the leprechaun finally got here pot of gold" Dad said.

"Sadly" I said in annoyance.

"I'm gonna rich! I'm gonna be rich! I'm gonna be rich!" Principal Perry grinned while I rolled my eyes at her.

Soon there was a knock at the door.

"What now?" Dad asked in annoyance as him and Tasha walked towards the door.

Dad opened the door only to reveal a few men standing behind the door.

"Donald Davenport, we're with the First International Bank, this house and everything it no longer belongs to you" the bank manager said.

My eyes widened in shock.

"What?" I asked while walking towards them.

"That's ridiculous. I have billions of dollars in your bank" Dad said and I nodded.

"Not anymore, all of your accounts were liquidated hours ago" the bank manager said.

"I never authorized that" Dad said.

"Well, your signature says otherwise" the bank manager said as he handed dad a clipboard.

"My signature?" Dad asked in confusion as he took the clipboard from him.

Dad and Tasha and looked at it as his eyes widened in shock.

"The person who broke into my account must of forged my signature" Dad said and I nodded.

"Yeah, there's no way my father would do something like this" I said.

"That may well be Mr. Davenport and his daughter, but until we straighten this issue out, we're gonna seize all your accents" the bank manager said.

My eyes widened in shock and worry.

"What do you mean?" Dad asked in confusion.

"I mean you're broke!" the bank manager slightly yelled at him as him and his men left.

"I'm bro—You're broke?" Principal Perry asked in disbelief.

"Donald, they're towing the cars" Tasha said as she looked outside.

"Wow, rough day!" Principal Perry said as she sat down on the couch along with dad.

"Yeah no kidding" Dad said but she shook her head.

"I meant for me. Well, I guess our little deal is off" Principal Perry said as she stood up, along with dad.

"What?" Dad asked in shock.

"If your broke, you can't buy my silence" Principal Perry said and I glared at her.

"Ooooh what to do, what to do" Principal Perry said as she took a random bowl and walks away.

"This isn't over!" Principal Perry said as she took a decorative snowflake and bench and left the house.

Once Tasha closed the door Leo ran back into the room.

"Big D, we have a problem" Leo said.

"Leo, where are Adam, Bree and Chase?" Dad asked.

"I found this in the lab" Leo said.

He placed a small device on the coffee table as the four of us gather around together.

Leo presses button and soon a holographic form of Adam, Bree and Chase appear.

"Hello? Testing testing. Echo. ECHO!" Adam yelled.

Bree and Chase glared at him and pulled him away from the screen.

Then they gave us serious stares which made me more confused and nervous.

"Mr. Davenport, we really messed up" Chase said.

"We didn't mean to expose our bionics to Perry, but she was in danger and we had no choice" Bree said.

"You trained us to handle any mission, and right now, the mission is survival, yours and ours" Chase said.

My eyes widened as tears were slowly starting to escape my eyes.

"So if we're not around there's no proof that we exist, so we're leaving, for good" Adam said.

"Thank you, for all that you've done for us. We're sorry we let you down" Bree said, her voice slightly cracking in the end.

Both Adam and Bree walked away, leaving Chase alone.

"Luna, sweetheart. If you're watching this, which I'm pretty sure you are, I just wanted to say I'm sorry for leaving you and our family behind. But you have to understand that this is for the best, this is for our safety and more importantly yours too" Chase said.

Tears started streaming down my face as I tried to hold in everything.

Both Tasha and Leo held my hands as dad came up from behind me and placed his hand on my shoulder.

"I'm going to miss you Luna, like I've said before and I'll keep saying over and over again. You're the most amazing, beautiful, badass girlfriend I could ever ask for. You're the reason why I smile every day. Nobody else could ever make me feel the way you make me feel. I only want you by my side and nobody else and I'm sorry that our time together was cut like this" Chase said.

I could see tears slowly streaming down his cheeks, which made me want to cry even more then I already am.

"I love you, Luna Walker. I will always love you. You're the only one for me and I'm sorry that I have to leave like this. Please take care sweetheart. I will always, always love you" Chase said as more tears streamed down his face.

Soon he walked away and the holograph turns off.

That did it for me.

I fell to my knees and burst out crying and sobbing.

Chase was gone.

He was gone and was never coming back.

As well as Adam and Bree.

None of them are coming back.

Leo and Tasha crouched down next to me and hugged me.

I hid my face into Tasha's shoulder and continued crying and sobbing.

"I've gotta find 'em" Dad said but Leo shook his head.

"I already tried. They must of disabled their GPS signals, there's no trace of them anywhere. They're gone" Leo said.

I sobbed more into Tasha's shoulder as she hugged me tighter and rubbed my back.

"Shhhh, shhhh, shhhh. Everything's going to be ok, everything's going to be ok sweetie" Tasha soothed me.

She rubbed my back as I continued crying into her shoulder.

Soon dad crouched next to her and joined the hug, along with Leo.

"We're going to find them Pumpkin, I swear to you on my life that everything is going to be ok and that we're going to find them and get them back" Dad soothed me.

I clutched onto him and Tasha tighter as I continued crying and sobbing.

I don't know if what he's saying is true.

But we need to find them.

We have to.

Back In The Lab

After me having a breakdown I was able to calm myself down.

Well, only a little bit.

I was still a mess.

My eyes were red as hell and my face was all puffy and my throat was hurting as well.

Leo held onto my hand as we made our way down to the lab and saw dad standing by the capsules.

"The guy from the bank says we gotta go now, their changing the lock on all the doors" Leo said and I slowly nodded.

"I can't believe they're gone" Dad said.

"I should have been at school today. It's my job to watch out for them and I didn't, this all my fault!" Leo said.

I shook my head and released my hand from his.

"No, it's not your fault Leo. If anything this is all my fault. I should've gone to school today and helped them with the whole Principal Perry situation. Maybe if I was there I could've prevented everything and they would still be here" I said.

Tears streamed down my cheeks as I triped wiping them away.

"No it's not. Leo, it's not your fault, and pumpkin it's not your fault. It's not theirs either" Dad reassured us.

"I gotta find them" Dad said as he walked over to the cyberdesk and tried using it but nothing.

"I can't even use my Cyber-Desk. Who is doing this to me?" Dad asked in frustration.

"It's obviously a tech wizz who will do anything to destroy you and someone has interment knowledge of your life and Davenport Industries" Leo explained.

"Yeah, but the only person I can think of is..." I started but stopped.

My eyes widened in realization as I soon figured out who it was.

Leo seemed to get the hint as well because he looked at me with wide eyes.

"Wait, we know who it is" Leo said as dad looked at us.

"It's your brother, Douglas" I said and Leo nodded.

Dad sighed and shook his head at us.

"Leo, pumpkin, that's impossible. We froze Douglas in a block of ice. He's in one of my most remote facilities" Dad said.

He walked up to us with his tablet in his hands as he showed us the security cameras to his remote facility.

But then our eyes widened when we saw that Douglas was no longer there.

"What? That's impossible. He's gone. But how?" Dad asked in shock.

"Rewind the footage" me and Leo said together.

Dad nodded as he slowly rewinded the footage.

"There!" I yelled and dad quickly stopped.

Soon a guy wearing a black hood and a white mask walked in the room.

A guard showed up and tried to fight him but he lost, soon another guard ran in and tried fighting him and he put up a good one too, but he lost as well.

"Wow! There's another bionic dude?" Leo asked in shock.

"I don't know who that is" Dad said.

Soon the hoodie dude walked over to the ice where Douglas was and looked at it for a second before smashing it with his own fist.

Douglas was free but he passed out as hoodie dude caught him before he could fall to the ground and threw him over his shoulder before leaving.

Dad turned off the tablet as the three of us looked at each other in shock and fear.

"If Douglas escaped then that means Adam, Bree and Chase are in danger, we all are" Dad said and I nodded.

Soon the screens in the lab turned on as we all turned around and my eyes widened when we saw Douglas appear on the screens.

"You sure are, Donny! I'm back!" Douglas yelled while laughing like a maniac.

"Yeah, Leo and Luna already figured that one out" Dad said and me and Leo nodded.

Douglas glared at him before continuing.

"Anyway, I thought I should tell you it was me who did this to you, well I had a little help" Douglas said.

I furrowed my eyebrows at him in confusion.

Help? Whose helping him?

"And now that I'm free I think I'm gonna go spend some quality time with my three favorite kids!" Douglas grinned.

I glared at him in full anger as I clenched my fist.

"You keep your filthy hands away from my best friends and boyfriend you physco!" I yelled at him in anger.

"They're mine!" Douglas yelled but I continued glaring at him.

Dad placed his hand on my shoulder as he glared at his brother in anger, along with Leo.

"We'll find them first" Dad confidentally said as me and Leo nodded.

"Good luck. That's gonna be a little hard without your lab" Douglas said with my a smug smirk.

My eyes widened in fear as I saw him pull out a detonator as he pressed the button.

"Guys, that's a detonator run!" Dad yelled.

"Quick, grab on!" I yelled.

Dad and Leo quickly grabbed onto me and I quickly geo-leaped us out of the lab and upstairs to the living room.

However, as soon as we got there we heard a loud boom and the ground began to move.

Me, dad and Leo tried steadying ourselves but it didn't work and we found ourselves falling to the ground.

My head hit the coffee table and I landed on the ground on my side with a loud thud.

I tried to keep my eyes open, but it was impossible because of how hard I hit my head. I definitely think it's bleeding too.

My vision was becoming blurry. My eyes wandered over to dad and Leo, who were both lying on the ground unconscious.

My eyes wander around and I could see Tasha running towards us, she was yelling but it was all muffled.

That was it before I blacked out.
