Luna's Pov

Me and Leo walked into the elevator together.

We then saw Principal Perry walking with her back faced to us but then she turned around.

"Dooley, Walker, What are you doing in my elevator?" Principal Perry asked.

"We're enjoying the music. Today is, love songs from the nineties. Wanna dance?" Leo asked.

"Use the stairs" Principal Perry yelled as we stepped out of the elevator.

"This is exactly how healthy kids become unhealthy adults" Principal Perry said.

"Really, well we're looking at one right now so" I mocked and Leo laughed while she glared at me.

"For your information, I'm a speed walker. Perhaps you've seen me at the Mission Creek Mall giving the shoppers a little eye candy" Principal Perry said with a smirk and the both of us gagged.

"Listen up, space-fillers! This is Emergency Preparedness Week. An emergency drill can happen at any time. So when the alarm sounds, you must evacuate the building in an orderly fashion-- Like cattle, if cattle had acne... and braces... and a future filling up my gas tank" Principal Perry explained as she walked away.

Me and Leo laughed as we made our way to our friends.

I walked up to Chase and kissed his cheek, "hey babe" I said.

"Hey baby" Chase said as he wrapped his arm around my waist.

"Oh, man! I wish I had Bree's super-speed, Because you do not want to be stuck walking behind cows in an emergency--trust me on that" Adam said.

"You would trade your super-strength for Bree's super-speed? Man, if I had your strength, I'd just run out of the building juggling those cows" Chase said and I giggled.

"Yeah, and if I had your super-intelligence, I'd have walked away from this conversation thirty seconds ago" Bree said and I nodded.

"Hey, you know what would be awesome? If you guys took out your bionic chips and switched your abilities" Leo suggested.

"Why can't we?!" Chase said in excitement.

"Because it's dangerous and not safe" I said but they ignored me.

"I call your super-smarts" Bree said while pointing to Chase.

"I call your super-speed" Adam said while pointing to Bree.

"I call your super-strength" Chase said while pointing to Adam.

"I call good looks and charisma! Oh, too late! Already got 'em" Leo said and everyone looked at him weirdly.

"Sweetie, keep dreaming because you don't have any of those things, at all" I mocked and everyone burst out laughing.

Leo glared at me while I just smirked and flipped my hair.

The Next Day

Waking up in my bedroom I sat up and stretched.

It was still early since Leo was going to switch my boyfriends and friends chip today.

Tried talking them out of it but they didn't listen to me.

I got out of bed and got into the shower and turned on the nice hot water.

Getting out of the shower I made it to my closet and changed into a nice comfortable outfit for school today.

I made my way downstairs to the lab to see that they were all changed.

I made my way over to Chase and kissed his cheek and he smiled at me.

"If you guys are gonna switch your chips before school, don't you think you should run this by Davenport first?" Leo asked.

"They're our chips" Bree argued.

"Well, yeah, but what if something glitches out and you end up with Adam's gigantic head on Chase's tiny, doll-like body?" Leo said.

Chase looked at Leo with an offended expression while I glared at him.

Has he seen Chase's body, it's amazing.

"We don't have to ask "daddy" for permission on every single thing we do" Bree protested.

"Yeah. I mean, do you think I ask Davenport which shoe goes on which foot? No! I label them left and not left" Adam said.

He showed us the bottom of his shoes that were labeled.

"Okay, Bree. Attach the chip extractors to the capsules. I'll program the computer for chip removal. And Adam, you... Jus-Just get in your capsule" Chase ordered.

"Whoo!" Adam cheered as he ran into his capsule.

"Now, Leo, I have the most important job of all for you-- now, once we get inside, I'm going to need you to push... this green button" Chase mocked.

Leo glared at him, "yeah. And then I'll push the button that makes you stop talking to me like I'm five" Leo said.

"You are a five year old, you act like one too" I deadpanned and Chase laughed while Leo rolled his eyes at me.

He then ran and got inside his capsule.

Leo pushed the green button and we heard a beeping sound coming from their capsules. We looked up and saw a few lights.

"Oh, no! My head's coming off" Adam yelled.

Me and Leo looked at him in worry before he smiled and laughed.

"Kidding" Adam said and I scoffed at him.

Soon their capsules powered down and they stepped outside.

"Do you think it worked?" Bree asked.

"I don't know. Hey, Adam, let's arm wrestle" Chase suggested.

The both of them walked towards the cyber desk and grabbed each others hands.

Soon they started arm wrestling and Chase won.

"Ahh" Adam groaned when his hand hit the cyber desk really hard.

"Yeah, who's got the tiny doll-like body now?" Chase asked with a smirk.

"I'm next" Leo said as he walked over to Adam.

"Oh Leo" Adam said with a smirk as they held hands.

"This is gonna be a piece of cake-"Leo said but was cut off by Adam slamming Leo's hand down on the cyber desk.

"Did you really think you were going to win?" I asked and he glared at me.

"Hey, hurry up guys, you're gonna be late" Dad said as he walked into the lab.

"Oh, hey Big D. Um...just a simple question. What would happen if three totally random bionic kids decided to switch their chips. I'm not asking for them, it's for three of my other bionic friends" Leo asked.

"Wait...you have three other bionic friends? How could you not tell us?" Adam asked in betrayal as we all gave him looks.

"We could get like a mini van and car pool" Adam said.

I rolled my eyes at him as we turned back to dad.

"You guys didn't switch your chips, did you?" Dad asked.

"No" Bree and Adam said.

"No way" Chase said and I nodded.

"Oh good, cause that would be a crazy idea. See I calibrated their bionics to match their biology" Dad said.

"Adam has height, so I paired that with strength. Bree is lean so that increases her speed" Dad explained.

"And Chase, well of course, nobody questions Chase's impossible wealth of knowledge because he's, you know, nerdy" Dad explained.

"Yep, I got all sorts of smarts up in here. Heh, Like numbers and mathy stuff" Chase said with a smile, making dad look at him weirdly and me cringe.

'I want my cute nerdy boyfriend back' I thought.

"The point is, switching their chips could cause all kinds of unpredictable problems, so you should never do it... ever. I have spoken" Dad said as he held his arms up and walked out the lab.

Once he left Chase scoffed. "Mr. Davenport is making such a big deal about nothing" Chase said.

"I know. I mean, we already switched our chips and nothing bad happened" Bree said.

'Oh just you wait, somethings bound to happen' I thought nervously.

"We're fine" Adam said before he gasped and smiled.

"Race you to school" Adam said.

He superspeeded to the door, but he instead crashed into some of dad's inventions and fell to the ground.

"Ooh" Adam groaned while the rest of us laughed.

At School

I ditched my friends and boyfriend to check on Leo.

I saw him by the elevator and walked up to him.

Before I could speak the elevator opened and Leo pulled me inside.

"What are you doing?" I asked but he ignored me and started pressing harshly on some buttons.

Perry saw us and immediately ran towards us and managed to get inside.

She glared at both of us while I rolled my eyes.

"Dooley, Walker, what are you thinking? In an emergency this elevator is the worst place you could be" Perry said.

"It is now that you're here" I said, making Leo laugh and Perry glare at me.

Suddenly the doors closed and the elevator began going up, making me worry.

"We're going up" Leo said.

"Really, what gave that away?" I asked in annoyance and sarcasm.

He rolled his eyes at me while I scoffed.

"Did you push a button?" Perry asked.

"No! You must have bumped it when you shifted your center of gravy... gravity" Leo said, causing me to giggle.

The door stopped and I thought they would've opened, but they didn't.

"What is going on?" I asked in slight fear.

I hated being stuck in elevators, it was scary and life threatening.

It's even worse now because I'm stuck with Leo and Principal Perry, mostly Principal Perry.

Principal Perry tried pressing some buttons but nothing was working.

"Huh! Power's still on. Must be a fuse. The one day I don't wear my tool belt" Principal Perry complained.

"Hey, I have a paper clip" Leo said as he took out a paper clip from his pocket.

"Well, that will certainly come in handy if we need to hold two papers together" Principal Perry angrily snapped.

"I'm fucking stuck on this damn elevator with an annoying Dooley, and the worse principal in existence" I complained in complete anger.

Both of them glared at me and I showed them my middle finger.

Perry tried opening the elevator doors and surprisingly she did manage to open it a little bit.

Me and Leo's eyes widened in fear when we saw that we were between floors. Principal Perry released the doors and turned back to us.

"Great. We're stuck between floors" Principal Perry complained.

"What gave that away?" I asked, sarcasm written all over my voice as I spoke.

She just rolled her eyes at me. "Don't look at me like that. In high school I was an all-state squatter" Principal Perry said.

She walked over to the box that lead to the PA system and grabbed the phone.

"Hey, listen up, generation epic fail. It's your fearless yet loveable leader principal Perry. I am stuck in the elevator. Repeat: I am stuck in the elevator! Again, I am stuck in the elevator!!!" Principal Perry yelled into the phone.

Leo walked up to her and grabbed the phone from her.

"Hey! I'm in here too! Repeat: I am in here too. Again, I am in here too!!!" Leo yelled.

"If any superheroes are listening, I could sure use some help!" Leo once again yelled.

I rolled my eyes and snatched the phone from him.

"Hurry and get us out, I don't want to die like this, and I especially don't want to be trapped with these two annoying people" I yelled into the phone.

We waited for what felt like hours in this damn elevator and honestly I was getting scared.

Suddenly I smelt something from the elevator.

"I smell something burning. Do you think there's a fire?!" Leo asked.

"I smell it too" I said, completely scared.

"Well, if there is, the fire is either gonna melt the cables and we'll plummet three stories, or the fire will melt us and we'll plummet three stories" Principal Perry explained.

'I hate this damn school, and her' I thought in annoyance.

"Is it too late to take the stairs?" Leo asked.

I glared at him and smacked him upside the head, "what do you think dumbass?" I asked in annoyance.

The elevator then shook and soon we were falling.

I screamed in fear and held onto Leo as tight as I could and he held onto me.

As much as I'm mad at him for dragging me into this mess, I still care about him and I don't want anything to happen to either of us.

Principal Perry...well, she's on her own.

The elevator stopped and I sighed in relief as I let go of Leo.

I sat on the floor since I was too scared to get back up.

Leo was trying to think of plan while our dear principal was panicking.

"Hey! There's a hatch on the roof. Maybe we can climb out" Leo said.

I looked up and saw that he was right, if one of us got there we can get out.

"Great idea! Lock your hands! I'll use 'em as a stepladder" Principal Perry said.

"How about you lock your hands?" I suggested and Leo nodded.

Principal Perry bent down and locked her hands together as Leo stepped on them and tried climbing, but was failing.

Really...really miserably.

"That's not a handhold! Climb faster" Principal Perry yelled.

"I can't-- It's like climbing a marshmallow mountain" Leo yelled back as she let go of him and he landed back on the floor.

"Fucking shit" I said in annoyance.

The both of them looked away from each other and soon started biting their finger nails.

They looked back at each other in shock.

"You're a nail-biter?" Principal Perry asked.

"Well, yeah, sometimes when I get nervous" Leo said.

"Me too" Principal Perry said.

'What the hell is going on?' I thought.

"It helps me feel..." Leo started.

"More in control" the both of them said together.

"The thumb's my favorite. It's the filet mignon of fingers" Principal Perry said.

"Good to know, principal Perry" Leo said.

"Call me Terry" Principal Perry said.

"Call me a cab, or better yet a new life" I said in annoyance.

A few more hours passed and we were still stuck in the elevator.

All three of us sat on the floor in the elevator, the two of them were talking to each other but I didn't even bother to listen.

'Chase, please get me out of here, I'm scared' I thought in fear.

Suddenly we were going back up.

I smiled and quickly stood up, along with the other two.

The doors opened and I was about to get out, along with Leo.

But Principal Perry being her usual self just had to push us out the way and get out first.

Once she was out me and Leo were quick to run out too.

"Dooley, Walker, what did I tell you about being in an elevator in an emergency?!" Principal Perry asked.

We glared at her in complete annoyance.

"That if you get stuck cats will eat your mom" Leo replied.

"Gotta go" Principal Perry said as she quickly ran away.

My eyes locked onto Chase and I immediately ran to him and hugged him.

"Babe" I yelled.

"Baby, are you ok? Are you hurt?" Chase asked.

We pulled away from the hug and kissed each other.

The others groaned in disgust but I ignored them.

We pulled away from each other and I smiled.

"I am now" I said with a smile.

"Thank you for saving our lives" Leo said.

"Yeah, we owe you big time" I said with a smile.

They all stared at us nervously.

"Actually we're the ones that you two stuck in there" Chase admitted.

My smiled turned into a glare, Leo's too.

"Oh. Well then, you'll be hearing from my lawyers" Leo said as he walked away from them.

I glared at all of them and they all took a wise step back away from me.

"Sleep. With. One. Eye. OPEN!?" I shouted.

All three of them yelled in fear. 

Adam jumped into Chase's arms while Bree hid behind him.

I smirked, flipped my hair and walked away from them.
