Luna's Pov

I got out the shower and quickly got myself changed so I could meet the others in the lab, along with dad.

I quickly dried my hair before leaving my room and heading down to the lab.

When I got there I saw Adam, Bree, and Chase doing some kicks and cool flips in some sort of training simulation.

'Chase looks hot when doing flips' I thought with a smirk.

"Hey Luna" Leo said, "hey Leo" I said with a smile as I made my way over to him.

Soon the others stopped training and took off their goggles.

"Adam, that was a rebel leader, the whole purpose of todays mission simulation was to interrogate him" Dad explained.

"I did, and his answer was aaaaaaggghhhhhhhhh" Adam yelled and I giggled.

Chase walked over to me and kissed my cheek, "hey baby, looking good" Chase complimented.

"Thanks babe" I said with a smile.

"Hey, next time could you maybe throw in a cute, blue-eyed rebel?" Bree asked.

Dad shot her a look and she immediately tried correcting herself.

"What? I'm just sayin'. It's not gonna kill you to add a little somethin'-somethin' for the ladies" Bree defended and I giggled.

"Step aside, amateurs. Go ahead, Big D. Set it to, awesome" Leo said as he stood in front of dad.

"Leo, these goggles are not a toy" Dad said.

"Come on! My birthday's coming up-Globally known as Dia De Leo" Leo said.

"Sorry Leo, but no. Dad designed the mission simulator to fine-tune their bionics, not to go on 3-D joyrides. Besides, you're not trained for it" I explained.

He glared at me while dad smiled and nodded.

"My pumpkin is right, as always" Dad said and I smiled.

"Well, how about as a birthday gift you give me a bionic ability?" Leo asked.

"Or I could gift-wrap reality and you could play with that for a while" Dad said while walking out of the lab.

"So Leo's having a birthday. What are you, like, nine?" Chase asked with a smirk.

"Fourteen" Leo deadpanned, making him laugh.

"No, seriously" Chase said.

"So how are you gonna celebrate?" Bree asked.

"We're all going to celebrate. Every year my mom throws me a big surprise party" Leo said with a smile.

"Really?" Adam asked in shock.

"Last year she baked a cake the size of me. I'm not gonna brag, but I was delicious" Leo said with a smile.

"What about you Luna?" Bree asked.

"Yeah, did Mr. Davenport throw you surprise parties for your birthday?" Adam asked.

"Nope, it would usually just be me and him. He would take me out to dinner, then to the arcade, and then we'd come back home and bake cupcakes. After eating the cupcakes we'd go to his room and watch movies all night before going to sleep" I explained.

I smiled at those fun memories.

"You and Mr. Davenport get along really well, and you really love him" Chase said and I smiled.

"Of course I love him, he's my father, he took care of me and loved me all those years. He's not my biological father, but he's my father by heart. I wouldn't have it any other way" I explained.

Everyone smiled and nodded.

"Well come on, let's get back upstairs and get something to eat" Bree said and everyone nodded.

All three of them, except for me and Chase left the lab.

I turned to face him and wrapped my arms around his neck.

"If I'm being honest, watching you do those cool flips on the training simulation made you look hot" I explained.

Chase smirked and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Oh really?" Chase asked.

"Really" I said.

He smirked and brought me close to his body, "come here" Chase said.

Soon we both pressed our lips against each others and smiled.

It soon got a little heated when Chase deepened the kiss, making me moan and him smirk against my lips.

We pulled away to catch our breath.

He smiled at me and pressed his forehead against mine.

"That was nice" Chase admitted and I giggled.

"Yeah it was" I said.

"Come on, we should head upstairs before the others ask where we are" Chase said and I nodded.

"Sure thing, come on" I said.

A Few Hours Later

We were back in the lab, talking to each other.

Dad and Leo were working on something while I was talking to the others.

I was standing next to Chase the entire time as we held hands.

We then heard footsteps and saw Tasha walking in the lab with a smile on her face.

"Guess what? I just found out that I won an award for my undercover reporting on expired produce. Something in the crisper can kill you" Tasha explained.

"Congratulations! That's so great" Dad said as he gave her a hug.

"Oh, thank you" Tasha said with a smile, but then she frowned and walked towards Leo.

"But the awards banquet is the same night as Leo's birthday. I'm sorry, honey. I'm gonna miss it. If I don't show up, I'm afraid that they're gonna give my award to that overdramatic screen hog Linda Montieres" Tasha explained.

"Oh no, that's terrible" I said.

"It's okay, mom. Go have fun. You deserve it" Leo said with a smile.

Bree and the others looked shocked and made, Bree made her way to Leo and pulled him towards her.

"Hey" Leo said.

"I thought she was gonna throw you a party. I was promised a party" Bree said.

"Last time I checked, it wasn't for you" I said, everyone laughed while Bree glared at me.

"Every year she comes up with this lame excuse to make me think she's not throwing me a party. Award? Please. Have you seen her reporting?" Leo said.

They all nodded, but I knew that Tasha wasn't lying.

"Leo, are you sure you're not mad? We've never been apart on your birthday" Tasha asked.

"Oh, please! He'll have plenty of birthdays, but who knows if you'll ever win anything again" Adam said, causing Tasha to glare at him.

"Mom, go get your award. *Cough* chocolate frosting" Leo said and I rolled my eyes at him.

"I promise we will celebrate the following night" Tasha said with a smile.

"Hey, why haven't we ever had a birthday party?" Bree asked.

I looked at dad in shock, along with Tasha and Leo.

"Donald! You never celebrated their birthdays?" Tasha asked in shock.

"Of course I celebrated their birthdays. Remember when we-when we went to the-yeah, I never celebrated their birthdays" Dad admitted.

"Dad are you serious?" I asked.

"Did you also eat all the cookies before Santa came down the chimney?" Tasha asked.

"What's Santa?" Bree asked.

I once again stared at dad in shock, "oh come on" I said in shock.

Tasha shook her head and walked away, "and why would you give them cookies?" Dad asked while following her.

"This is going to be the best birthday ever. The size of the party is equal to the size of the excuse. I'm gonna go work on my surprised face" Leo said as he ran out the lab.

"Whoo-hoo! Leo's having a surprise party" Adam cheered and I smiled.

"Adam, if Leo was having a surprise party, don't you think we'd be invited?" Chase asked.

"Yeah, you're right. Who does Tasha think she is not inviting us?" Adam asked.

"No. Tasha and Davenport really are going to an awards ceremony" Bree said.

"This is horrible. Leo's gonna be so disappointed" I said in sadness.

"Unless we throw him a surprise party and invite everyone from school" Chase said and I smiled.

"That's an awesome idea baby" I praised and he smiled.

"Well, what do we know about throwing a surprise party?" Bree asked, she did make a good point.

"Well, if it was me, I'd want a bouncy house. And a pinata. Wait. And a clown. No, wait. Put the pinata on the clown, in the bouncy house, and hit everything at once. Candy's bound to come out of somewhere" Adam explained.

"Whoa! Let's invite Glitterhead! You know that internet star who sings her songs in sign language. You might have heard of her latest CD-talk to the hand" Bree said with a smile.

"No, no, no. Leo would want something cool at his party, like those sci-fi mutants from his favorite television show. Shark Man! And Flipper Boy" Chase said.

Adam and Bree looked at him weirdly.

"That's your favorite TV show" Adam said.

"It could be his also" Chase defended.

"Please explain to me why you're dating him again?" Bree asked.

"He's smart, nice, cute, amazing, and funny" I explained with a smile, causing her to roll her eyes but smile.

"But ya know, Leo's a great brother. Why don't we just give him all three?" I suggested.

"Whoo-hoo! Yeah! We're havin' a party! Leo's gonna be so surprised. I'm gonna go tell him" Adam said while walking away.

"Adam" Chase warned.

"Oh, right. Well, I'm going to go tell Leo he's not having a surprise party. That was close. He almost found out" Adam said and walked away again.

"ADAM GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE" I shouted while running after him before he could ruin everything.

The Next Day

I woke up the next day with a smile on my face.

Since Tasha and dad weren't going to be here we're throwing Leo his surprise birthday party.

I can't wait. It's going to be awesome.

I quickly got out of bed, showered, and got changed.

I smiled and went downstairs to get to the lab.

After dad and Tasha left me and Bree went to the shops to get the decorations.

Once we got there we went our separate ways, she went to get the decorations.

While I went to go buy his gift and a special treat.

I got him the Xbox One X, he's always wanted that but dad nor Tasha bought it for him.

So, I stole dad's credit card and bought the Xbox One X for Leo.

There were party bags at home so I would use that.

After getting everything we needed we went back home and started decorating.

Time really flies because it was close to 6pm and we were still decorating.

Chase and Adam walked over to us, "where's Leo?" I asked.

"Oh, we told Eddy to keep him in the lab so we could finish decorating" Chase explained and I nodded.

Me and Bree continued decorating while Chase and Adam made the cake.

After we were done people from school started coming inside.

"Welcome to Leo's surprise party. When he comes up remember to scream real loud and pretend you're his friend" Bree said as more people walked in.

Then a freaking clown walked in.

"What in the name of hell?" I yelled.

"Oh! Check it out! I ordered a break-dancing clown. Hey, Bobby, show us some of your sweet moves. Oh, yeah. Yeah! Isn't he awesome? Two weeks ago he was a car salesman. Yeah! Whoo-hoo" Adam cheered.

The doors opened and came in Shark man and Flipper boy.

Chase smiled and immediately ran over to them.

I giggled and shook my head at them.

"Alright, I'm going to go get Leo" I said, but they didn't hear me.

I rolled my eyes and walked away.

I grabbed Leo's gift and his treat before walking downstairs to the lab.

"Edds, open the doors please?" I asked.

"Sure Luna" Eddy said as he opened the doors and I walked in.

"Oh thank goodness you're here Luna" Leo said and I smiled.

"Yeah, I came to get you so you can come enjoy your party" I said as I placed his gift and treat on the desk.

"Sorry, but you two aren't going anywhere" Eddy said as he closed the door.

"Edds, what are you doing?" I asked.

"Sorry Luna, but I'm waiting for Chase's signal so I can let Leo out" Eddy said.

"But they're celebrating without me" Leo argued.

"That's nothing. Wait till they start opening your gifts" Eddy said and my eyes widened in shock.

"No! No! Eddy! Eddy, unlock the door! Open this door! Open the door" Leo yelled.

"Edds come on, open the doors" I begged.

"Sorry Luna, I need to wait for the signal" Eddy said.

I sighed in annoyance and shook my head.

"I'm so sorry Leo, we wanted to surprise you with this party since Tasha wasn't going to throw you one. We wanted you to have fun, but I never thought they were actually going to forget about you and celebrate your party without you" I explained.

"It's fine Luna, at least you didn't forget about me and tried coming to save me" Leo said and I smiled.

"Not sure if this is going to make up for what they did, but here's my gift to you" I said.

I grabbed the bag and handed it to him.

He smiled and took it from me and opened it.

His eyes widened in shock and a smile appeared on his face.

"You got me the Xbox One X?" Leo asked and I nodded.

"Yeah, I know how much you've wanted it so I bought it for you today" I said.

"You like it?" I asked.

"I love it, thank you thank you" Leo said.

He ran over to me and hugged me, I giggled and hugged back and placed a kiss on his head.

"Oh, and that's not all" I said.

"There's more?" Leo asked and I nodded.

"I also got you this at the shops" I said.

I took out the pie from the bag and placed it in front of him.

Leo's jaw dropped and his eyes widened.

"It's beautiful" Leo admitted.

I giggled at his reaction and nodded.

"I know how much you like chocolate and strawberries, so I went to a nearby shop and asked them to make this for me" I explained.

"I kept it in the fridge so it wouldn't go bad" I said.

"It's official, you're my new favorite sibling" Leo admitted and I laughed.

"Thanks Leo" I said.

He smiled and hugged me, again.

I smiled and hugged back, "happy birthday Leo" I said.

"Thank you so much Luna" Leo said, "anytime, now come on. Let's eat some pie" I said.

He nodded and we grabbed chairs and sat down.

Luckily I brought plates and forks with us so we could eat the pie together.

We ate, talked, joked and laughed during our time in the lab.

Hopefully this makes up for him not being at his own party.

We were down in the lab for three fucking hours.

I'm seriously going to kill my friends and boyfriend for what they did.

Me and Leo were eating the last pieces of our pie when Eddy showed us what was going on upstairs.

We finished our pie and put our plates in the trash bin.

"Speaking of which, where is Leo?" Tasha asked.

"And Luna?" Dad asked.

"They're right here" Eddy said and showed them where we were.

"Where we've been for the last three hours" Leo yelled in anger, and honestly I don't blame him.

"Yep, just waiting for the signal" Eddy said and the others groaned.

"Eddy, let Leo and Luna upstairs now" Chase ordered.

"All rightie, there's my signal" Eddy said and soon the doors opened.

Once the doors opened Leo grabbed his gift and we left the lab. 

We walked back upstairs where the others were.

"Surprise" everyone yelled.

I crossed my arms at them and Leo gave them a blank stare.

Adam blew the noisemaker and Bree threw a small piece of confetti, "whoo" Bree cheered.

Leo walked over to them and clapped his hands together.

"I thought my first birthday with you guys was gonna be awesome. And you know what? It probably was" Leo said.

"But I wouldn't know, because I wasn't invited" Leo yelled in complete anger.

He glared at them and stomped away and walked to his room.

I looked at them and glared at them, "you guys are the fucking worst, celebrating his surprise party without him, who the fuck does that" I yelled.

"Luna..." Chase started but I cut him off.

"Don't you dare. Alright, out of all people I thought you would've remembered, but I guess I was wrong" I said in complete anger.

"You guys better find a way to fix this, unless you want him to hate you forever" I said.

I gave them one last glare before walking away to head to my room.

I changed into some comfortable clothes and got into bed and let myself drift off to sleep.

The Next Day

Me and Leo were sitting next to each other at the kitchen counter while Adam, Bree, and Chase were sitting at the dining table.

"Honey, I know your birthday was a bit of a bust, but I think I know what will make it better" Tasha said with a smile.

"Donald, give him your gift" Tasha said.

Dad spit out his drink and we all looked at him weirdly.

"Yeah, Big D. Maybe your awesome-tastical gift can cheer me up after being totally forgotten!" Leo yelled, motioning to my bionic friends and boyfriend.

"What, that gift? You don't want that gift. You know what? Just give me the number that'll keep the tears back. What do you say?" Dad asked.

I rolled my eyes at him and continued eating my yogurt.

"Mr. Davenport, just give him your gift" Chase said.

"You know, I would, but I forgot where it was" Dad said.

"Oh, no, it's right here. It's in the closet behind a bunch of stuff" Adam said with a smile and walked away to get Leo's gift.

"Thanks, Adam. Good eye" Dad said in annoyance.

"I can already tell this is going to go wrong" I muttered under my breath.

Adam had the gift in his hand and passed it over to Leo.

Leo was smiling as we all huddled around him, he opened his gift.

Only to find his gift completely broken and destroyed.

"Well, great, Leo. You broke it" Dad said.

I glared at him and smacked him upside the head.

I then heard my phone ding, I looked at it and smiled.

"Oh, that reminds me. I have another surprise for you Leo" I said.

"Really?" Leo asked.

"Yeah, and trust me you're going to love it" I said with a smile.

"But you already made me happy. I mean, you got me an Xbox One X and chocolate strawberry pie" Leo said.

"That's way better then what those traitors did" Leo yelled at the others as they hung their heads.

"Yeah, but I wanted to do more for you, especially after yesterday" I said.

The doorbell rang and I squealed.

"It's here" I said.

I quickly ran over to the doors, the others following behind me.

I opened the door and smiled.

"Alright Leo, here's your other gift" I said.

I opened the door wider this time and moved out the way so Leo and the others could see what I got him.

Everyone's eyes widened in shock and jaws dropped.

Leo's eyes widened in shock and his jaw dropped to the ground.

I could also see some drool coming out of his mouth.

"How...how did...how did you get all of this for me?" Leo asked in shock.

"I know a few friends, they help me whenever I need it. I asked them to make this for me and told them to deliver it today" I explained.

Leo didn't say anything, all he did was hug me and kiss me on the cheek.

"It's official, I love you with all my heart Luna Walker" Leo admitted.

I laughed and shook my head at him.

"Thanks Leo, now go on and enjoy your gift" I said.

He squealed like a little girl and ran over to his gift.

Tasha made her way over to me and hugged me.

"Thank you so much for doing this, I'm glad you made him happy" Tasha said.

"Of course, Leo is like my best friend. I would do anything for him" I said as I hugged her back.

We pulled away from the hug and Tasha kissed my cheek.

"Thank you once again Luna" Tasha said.

"Of course Tasha" I said with a smile.

She smiled back and made her way over to Leo who had began eating one of the desserts.

I looked back at the others who were still in shock.

"You see, that's called being a good best friend and sister. Take notes, you might learn something" I teased.

I gave Chase a kiss on the cheek before walking upstairs to my room.

'Hopefully they find a way to make it up to him' I thought as I walked into my room to take a nap.
