Luna's Pov

So, you know when I said that everything for the wedding was ready?

Well, that was kind of a lie.

We were so caught up on everything else for the damn wedding that we forgot about the most simplest thing that should've been finished first.

The wedding invitations.

Crazy, right?

But there is a reason for that.

The reason being that we were so caught up on everything else. Such as the clothing, the decorations, the food, the cake, the flowers and everything else.

We forgot about the invitations and it's our fault that we're just now doing it.

And by we, I mean Bree and I.

We were currently in the mentor headquarters as we were preparing the invitations.

"Bree, come on, I said that I could do this myself" I sighed.

"And I said forget it, you've already done enough by getting everything ready once me and Nick picked out what we wanted" Bree said.

I figured that I could take care of the invitations myself since it wouldn't take me too long.

But Bree insisted on helping because one, it's her and Nick's wedding that's happening, and two, she didn't want me to do all the work without helping me in something.

"Come on, you're the bride to be, you shouldn't have to worry about all of this" I argued.

"I know that, but the least I could do is help my best friend, my sister, after she worked on everything else" Bree argued back.

"Technically it was both me and dad" I said.

"I know, but I'm not going to say anything, the last thing I want is to give his ego a boost" Bree scoffed.

This made me chuckle in amusement, Bree chuckled too, we both knew that it was true.

Dad's ego is already at 100%, we don't really want it to reach any higher than it already is.

"Besides, we're nearly done with these invitations. All that's left is to mail them" Bree smiled.

I sighed in defeat before nodding my head, she's right.

There's no point in arguing with her on this, especially when the invitations are nearly done and we just have to mail them.

This is something that me and dad obviously didn't do. Once again this is Bree and Nick's wedding and they're allowed to invite whoever they want, not us.

So, we stepped away from it as Bree and Nick picked out the people that they wanted to invite to the wedding.

Of course, all the kids at the academy got their invitations, even though they didn't need them considering they're gonna be with us the day of the wedding.

Bree sent an invitation to Grandma Rose, Ian, Miles a few of our friends from highschool and much to our surprise she actually gave one to Perry.

Shocker, right?

Wait, hold on...

"Bree, please tell me you didn't do what I think you did?" I asked.

"Which is...?" Bree asked, looking confused.

"Please tell me you didn't invite Caitlin to the wedding" I said.

Yeah, it's fair to say that I still don't like Caitlin, not one bit.

She's annoying as hell, not to mention she stalked Tasha just to find us and she tried flirting with Chase in front of me.

And that's just crossing the line.

And the last thing I want is for her to come to Bree and Nick's wedding and ruin their special day. Because I will fight her and kick her out myself.

"Don't worry, Luna, I didn't invite her to my wedding" Bree said.

I sighed in complete relief. Thank lords.

However, my eyebrows furrowed together and I looked at her.

"Wait, why didn't you invite her to your wedding?" I asked, genuinely confused.

"Wow, reaction change much" Bree chuckled slightly.

"No, I'm serious, why didn't you invite her to your wedding? I mean, I hate that girl but she was your friend back in highschool" I asked.

Caitlin and Bree were friends in highschool, no matter how much I hated her being near Bree, and they were close in some way.

I'm just really curious as to why she didn't invite her, not that I'm complaining, but I do want an answer.

Bree sighed and leaned back against her seat, turning her head to look at me.

"Well, I called her and asked if we could meet up and talk. We met up at the park and that's when I told her about what's been happening at the academy. I then told her about my engagement with Nick. I expected her to be shocked for a bit before congratulating me" Bree explained.

She sighed and ran a hand through her hair.

"Looks like I was wrong about that" Bree sarcastically chuckled.

"Bree, what happened? What did she say?" I asked, confused and worried.

"She was shocked and began yelling at me, saying that I didn't deserve to be engaged because I'm not pretty. She said that whoever is marrying me is crazy, really crazy" Bree said.

I clenched my fist at my side and gritted my teeth, clenching my eyes shut.

That annoying bitch is lucky she's not here, cause I wouldn't have hesitated to shove my fist in her face.

Twice.

"We had an argument before I told her to not bother calling or texting me because I wanted nothing to do with her. I made sure to block her on everything so that she didn't have a way to contact me" Bree explained.

A few tears slid down her cheeks as she bit her lip, most likely to stop a sob from coming out.

"I honestly thought she would've been happy for me. I guess I was wrong" Bree said, her voice cracking at the end.

I frowned at her before placing my hand on her head and laid it on my shoulder, causing Bree to snuggle closer to my side.

It sucks that Caitlin turned out like that. She used to be different, I guess people don't always remain the way they were in the beginning.

I know that Bree still cares about her, especially since they were friends, but she's trying to move on from their friendship. Especially now that they're two different people.

I guess that's how I felt when Tyler and I stopped being friends and went our separate ways.

"Don't worry, Bree. She's not worth your time, if she can't be happy for you in a moment like this, she was never your friend to begin with" I softly said.

"Yeah, I guess so" Bree sighed.

"Just remember that you have me, you've always had me. You also have Alexis, Taylor, Janelle and a few other girls that are still your friends. You don't need Caitlin" I softly smiled at her.

Bree lifted her head from my shoulder to look at me and sent me a small smile.

"Thank you, Luna. For being the best friend and best sister, ever" Bree softly said.

"Anything for you" I softly said.

We both smiled at each other before engulfing each other in a tight hug.

We remained that way before pulling away from each other, remembering that we still had to finish the invitations.

Luckily they were nearly done, we just had to add a few more things and we were done.

A few minutes passed and we were finally done. The both of us sighed and set the color pencils down.

We were really tired, our hands hurt and we felt like passing out at any moment, but the most important thing is that we did it.

"Finally, we're done" Bree sighed in relief.

"Yeah. And can I just say that we did an amazing job" I smiled.

Bree smiled and nodded as we both looked at the wedding invitations. Thankfully we were able to use our bionics so it didn't take us too long to work on them, but still tiring.

I'm honestly amazed. We did an amazing job, the invitations looked perfect.

I smiled and looked at Bree and was happy to see her smiling, clearly happy with how they turned out as well.

"Ok, when it's time to plan your wedding we're definitely in charge of the invitations" Bree said.

"Hell yeah we are" I nodded.

We brought our hands up and high-fived each other, still smiling like idiots.

We heard the door open and we turned around to see Chase and Nick walking in.

"Hey girls, what's going on?" Chase asked.

"Nothing much, we finally finished the invitations" Bree smiled.

Chase walked towards me and wrapped his arms around my waist from behind. He set his chin on my shoulder, I smiled at him as he smiled back at me.

I looked at the other engaged couple and smiled when I saw Bree showing the invitations to Nick.

"Woah, you girls did an amazing job" Nick praised us.

"Yeah, they look amazing" Chase smiled, kissing my cheek.

"Thank you very much" I smiled, kissing him softly on the lips.

"Alright, now all we have to do is mail them to the guests that we've picked out" Bree smiled up at Nick.

"And that's why we're here, to help you with sending them" Nick said.

This made Chase smile and nod while Bree and I looked at our fiance's with raised eyebrows.

"You guys come to help us with that, but you don't come to help us with getting the invitations ready?" Bree asked.

Chase and Nick looked at each other, their cheeks heating up, before looking back at us.

"Well, uh, you guys said you had it under control" Chase nervously chuckled.

"And we did want to play video games with Spin and Bob" Nick nervously smiled.

Bree and I shot them unimpressed looks and rolled our eyes at them in annoyance.

Of course.

"Come on, we've got invitations to give" Bree said.

I nodded and gently shoved Chase away before getting up and grabbing the invitations.

Bree patted Nick's cheek, causing him to pout because he wanted a kiss from her, before grabbing the other half of the invitations and began walking towards the exit.

Time to deliver some invitations. Hopefully we can get this done with the help of our bionics, more specifically Bree's superspeed and mine and Nick's geo-leaping.

A Few Hours Later

I was right, our bionics really did help us deliver the invitations to the guests.

Thank you, bionics.

Right now we're going to the last place to hand over the last three invitations that we have.

I smiled as Chase handed me the warmhole transporter.

"Thank you, bubba" I smiled.

"You're welcome, sweetheart" Chase smiled.

"How did you even get a warmhole transporter? Wasn't it destroyed when Adam accidentally threw it?" Nick asked.

"Well I managed to geo-leap myself there and luckily the pieces of the transporter were still there. I gathered them before we left and had dad and Douglas work on it to try and fix it" I explained.

Chase smiled and nodded, wrapping an arm around my waist.

"It took a while, given everything that we were dealing with at the time, but they finally got it done" Chase said.

"Are you sure it's safe to use it? What if something happens?" Bree asked, worried.

"Don't worry, I trust dad and Douglas. We'll be fine" I reassured her.

Bree and Nick looked at each other before sighing and nodding, making me smile.

With that we all huddled around each other, making sure we were holding onto each other just in case.

I pressed the button on the transporter and before I knew it we were gone.

I reopened my eyes and smiled at the place we were at.

Mighty med.

"We're here" I smiled, pulling away from Chase.

The others opened their eyes and smiled when they saw the place we were at, again.

Man, it's been a while since we were last here, it brings back memories. Both bad and good.

"Wow, this place looks great" Nick smiled.

"Yeah, I can see a few changes then and there but overall it feels good to be back here" Bree smiled.

Chase smiled and nodded, sliding his hand into mine.

"Guys?"

We turned around and smiled when we saw three familiar people walk towards us.

Kaz, Oliver and Skylar.

"Oh my god, you guys" Skylar smiled.

"Hi" Bree and I smiled.

We ran towards Skylar and engulfed her in a tight hug, causing her to chuckle before hugging us back.

I smiled when I saw Nick and Chase making their way towards Oliver and Kaz, greeting them with hugs and handshakes.

The three of us pulled away from the hug, the smiles on our faces.

"It's so good to see you guys again" Skylar smiled.

"It's so good to see you too, it's been a while since we last saw each other" Bree smiled.

"Tell me about it" I smiled.

The guys walked over to us and Bree and I took the opportunity to say hi to Oliver and Kaz and hug them.

Nick and Chase walked over to Skylar to greet her.

When we were done with the hugs and the greetings we walked over to the guys while Skylar made her way to the others.

"So, tell us, what's been going on?" I asked.

"Yeah, what have we missed?" Bree asked.

"Alot, like, alot" Kaz chuckled.

"Well, enlighten us" Chase urged, wrapping an arm around my shoulders.

"Well lets start with the fact that we learned my own mother was a powerful super villain that wanted to destroy me and take over the world" Oliver said.

"And we tried to stop her from doing so, but we failed because she got her hand on the arcturion but she ended up temporarily dying" Kaz explained.

"Kaz and I had to go to my home planet to get Haypax the elder to take away her powers" Skylar said.

"But when we got there we learned that Horace used his last caduceo power on my mom to bring her back. When she woke up she went off and started destroying everything in sight. We tried to stop her but she was too strong. She took the arcturion and ran off" Oliver explained.

"Is that it?" Skylar asked, looking at the guys.

"I think so" Kaz nodded.

They looked back at us and chuckled lightly when they saw the dumbfounded looks on our faces.

Damn, that certainly was alot to take in.

"Wow, just wow" Nick said.

"Trust me, that's what we thought too" Oliver chuckled.

"Well, were you guys able to stop her or not yet?" Bree asked, worried.

"Don't worry, it took a while but in the end we stopped her. Haypax took her powers away and she was sent to mighty med prison" Kaz said.

"She's been seeing one of the mighty med therapists to try and help her. Because despite everything, she's still my mother and I love her. What she did was wrong, but I know that she was only doing it for me" Oliver explained.

I smiled softly at him and nodded. I reached over and patted his shoulder.

"I get it. I know what that feels like. My mother gave me up to protect me from Krane. She may have been killed but she did it for me, to keep me safe and give me a better life" I said.

At the mention of my mother I looked away and bit my lip, trying to stop myself from crying.

I've been trying to get over my mother's death, really slowly for that matter.

But it's been hard because even though I know that she died to protect me from Krane but I never got the chance to meet her, given that I was just a baby when she was killed.

I wish I did.

I felt a hand on my shoulder and turned around to see Bree giving me a soft comforting smile. Chase standing behind her as he flashed me a lovingly smile.

My eyes softened and I smiled at both of them, sending them nods of appreciation.

I turned towards Oliver and saw him smiling softly and sadly at me.

I smiled at him before giving his shoulder a pat before removing it.

"Well, we're glad that you managed to stop her and are trying to help her" Chase smiled.

"Yeah, she's still your mother regardless of what she's done" Nick smiled, wrapping an arm around Bree's shoulders.

Oliver smiled at that and nodded, Skylar reached over and slid her hand in his, giving him some comfort.

"Well, moving on from that, what are you guys doing here?" Kaz asked.

"Yeah, we haven't seen you in a while. Sure, we text and call a few times but that's it" Skylar said.

It's true, we got each others phone numbers before we left Mighty Med the first time we arrived.

But other than texting each other and calling each other we haven't seen each other in person in a while.

"Well, we're here because of something really important" Bree smiled.

She held her hand up and the three of them gasped in shock when they saw her engagement ring.

"Oh my god!" Skylar squealed.

"Yep, that's right, my sister is engaged" I grinned.

Oliver and Kaz jumped when Skylar let out a loud squeal before embracing Bree in a tight hug, causing Bree to laugh before hugging her back.

"Congratulations, that's amazing" Skylar smiled as they pulled away from the hug.

"Thank you" Bree smiled.

"So, who's the lucky guy?" Oliver asked.

"That would be me" Nick grinned, wrapping an arm around Bree's waist as he gave her a temple a kiss.

Bree smiled and placed her hand on his chest.

Skylar and Kaz smiled at them while Oliver nodded, seemingly realizing something.

"Ah, it makes sense now" Oliver said.

"What makes sense?" Chase asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Why he would glare at me whenever Bree and I were close with each other and everytime we interacted. He liked her" Oliver smiled.

I rolled my eyes while Skylar and Kaz gave him deadpan looks.

"You're just now realizing that?" Skylar asked.

"Yeah, buddy, everyone knew that from the beginning. Except you" Kaz said, patting his back.

Oliver's cheeks turned red in embarrassment and turned to Bree and Nick, only to flinch at the protective glare Nick was giving him.

Bree rolled her eyes at her fiance before looking at Oliver.

"I will admit that I did like you and find you cute in the beginning, but if I'm being honest I kind of only flirted with you to make him jealous" Bree said, flashing him an apologetic smile.

Me and Chase laughed at the annoyed look on Nick's face.

"Nah, don't worry about it. And besides, I've already gotten the girl of my dreams" Oliver smiled.

He wrapped an arm around Skylar's waist, making her roll her eyes with a small smile.

"Yeah, it took quite a while but he finally did it" Kaz smiled.

"Well congrats, you both deserve to be happy" Chase smiled.

"And well, the reason we're here is to give you these" Bree smiled.

Bree took out the three invitations from her purse and handed it to the three of them.

When they saw what they were their eyes widened as they looked at her in shock.

"Are you serious?" Oliver asked.

"We're invited to your wedding?" Kaz asked in disbelief.

"Of course you are. You're our friends so of course we have to invite you to our special event" Nick smiled.

The three of them looked at each other before looking back at them, smiles on their faces.

"Thank you, really, thank you" Kaz smiled.

Nick and Bree smiled at them before I nudged Bree's arm.

She looked at me and I nodded towards Skylar, telling her that she forgot something else.

Bree's eyes widened in realization and she nodded her head before turning towards Skylar.

"Another thing. Skylar, I wanted to know if you want to be my bridesmaid?" Bree asked.

"A-Are you serious?" Skylar asked, stuttering slightly.

"Yes, of course. This is something that I discussed with Luna and she said that since this is my wedding I can have whoever I want to be my bridesmaids, and I want you to be one of them" Bree explained, still smiling.

To say that Sklyar was still surprised would be an understatement.

She turned to Kaz and Oliver and saw that they were smiling at her, nodding at her.

It took her a few seconds before she made her decision and nodded before turning back to Bree.

"Yes, I'd love to be one of your bridesmaids" Skylar smiled.

Bree and I looked at each other before looking back at Skylar with smiles on our faces. We brought her into a hug, causing her to let out a surprise yelp before hugging us back.

We heard the boys chuckle at our antics, shaking their heads at us.
