I pouted, It's my second day of staying in this resort and I kinda feel bad for not contacting my parents, hiding from them.

Well I still tampo pa nga! diba they gusto ko pakasal me to someone I don't know! Were in the 20th century and I'm so dissapointed they even thought of marrying me off with a stranger.

I'm getting paranoid kasi what if I comeback and it's prepared na pala and they would make me marry him right away diba? or what if it's a rich filthy old man! were naghihirap ba?

I'm so confused, I don't know what to do! I sighed as I just stared at the beautiful view of the clear blue sea.

"The sea look so calming right? but deep inside, it's really deep, dark and if you go further, you could be easily crushed with it's pressure."

A familiar baritone voice said, I glanced at the man's direction as my eyes widened when I saw who the guy is.

"Josiah!"

I called the blue eyed man's name as I gave him a tight embrace.

"Drama mo leng."

He grinned, I rolled my eyes on him as we both sat on the sand. He's been my close friend for 2 years, Ezekiel Josiah Kings twin brother of my friend Doc Rhia, they just have different hair colors since Rhia is blonde and Josiah has a black hair but they do look similar, Josiah just look manly. He's really nice to get along with so it's not really hard to get close to him.

"Whatever Eseng! why are you here ba?"

I said then I make irap to him, he calls me Leng so I call him Eseng it's so mabahong name ha, then we call his sister Ekang.

"Uhh I just thought I saw someone very familiar."

He sighed, I shrugged then also sighed.

"Why are you here anyway? aren't you suppose to be on your botique?

He asked making me pout, I make sandal my head to his shoulder. 

"I am tago to my parents."

I said then simangot to him, his face then crumpled, I just buga a forceful hangin.

"Can you believe it?! they want to marry me off to a stranger! If ever I want to marry, it's the man that I love and I know perfectly ofcourse! I want to get married only once, for me it's only a once in a lifetime experience, and I want it to be with my greatest love."

I reklamo to him then hugged him, I feel like I wanted to cry like 6 tears only because I think my parents are nag aalala to me now but if I come back, I know that theey will do everything to trap me on this marriage! specially that lolo's name is involved.

"I don't want to marry but I think they really like that man and I don't want to break their expectations to me, but I don't want to be with a man I don't love for the rest of my life, it's my future were talking about."

Tears escaped my eyes, it's three tears, Eseng sighed then gave me an embrace. He's been a good friend to me for the past 2 years, they said it's impossible for a man and a woman to remain just friends, but looks like it is to us.

"Hey don't cry, why don't you just talk to them? I'm sure they will listen?"

He said gently, I looked at him with teary eyes then pulled his shirt to make singa in there cause I can't hinga na, he ngiwi then glared at me, I just pouted.

"I don't want to marry whoever that man Josiah! I don't even know him."

I whined while making alog alog Eseng, he just pitik my noo like so lakas! I hampas him in his braso then simangot to him.

"Tell me his name, I'll do some research."

He smiled, I am so down as I nodded my head on him.

"His name is---"

"Alpha?"

Biglang said of Eseng to someone in the likod of us, I make lingon to as I make nganga ng very very slight when I saw the gwapong creature again last night! I simply punas my bibig to check if I tulo laway na as I stare at him, to his magnificent green eyes, red lips, down to his chest, to his abs down to his---to his feet! yes! to his feet!

It's malaki---the hell Thaliah?!

Well this man is topless, he's wearing a board shorts, his hair is messy and he's eyeing me dangerously, he's the real definition of morning breakfast! I make iling nalang to the devil that I am thinking.

"Ezekiel."

His baritone voice said coldly, he look at Eseng saglit then gaze down to me again.

"Nice to see you again engineer."

Eseng smiled as we both stood up, I couldn't stand his melting gaze so I looked away.

"Girlfriend?"

He asked coldly, there's something on his voice that is so dominating, I don't how the hell Josiah is not nervous at all.

"hmm.. yeah Girl, friend."

He smirked, I make kunot noo as I glance at Josiah, Josiah winked at me as he held me closer.

"Girl na friend."

He whispered, my mouth formed an 'o' as I nodded my head then giggled. I get it, I'm his friend that is a girl! yay!

"uh huh.."

He muttered as his face darkened, he clenced his jaw, is he galit? why? Josiah chuckled.

"Hey ngiti naman diyan, tinatakot mo girl friend ko, sa tabas ng muka mo para kang mangangain ng buhay eh, parang gusto mo akong banatan, alam kong gwapo ako, pero men di tayo talo."

Tawa nito, that Alpha guy's face darkened even more.

"Yeah, cause I wanted to kill you."

Malamig na say niya, I gasped as my eyes widened.

"What?! No! Don't kill Eseyng! he still didn't bayad the jewelry design he requested to me!"

I said, Josiah glared at me.

"Wow, so iyon lang ang dahilan kaya ayaw mo akong mamatay?"

He said while his hand is on his chest, I rolled my eyes on him.

"Yes, he can kill you when I got the money."

I grinned, Josiah just simangot to me.

"Hey kidding! ofcourse I don't want my baby to die."

I gigled, he just pouted, when we glance back at the man, he's already gone, Eseng just make iling then tawa.

"Gago, nagbibiro lang, bugnutin, hindi ko naman siya ipagpapalit masyadong seloso!"

He said jokingly laughed again, I just shooked my head on him.

"Anyways what is your fiance's name again?"

He asked, I hissed.

"Alphaeus Azarel Juarez, I don't know him and I'm not planning to know him, there's no kasal that wil magananap!"

I said with my arms crossednon my chest, his brows furrowed for awhile then a grin suddenly crept on his lips. He then laughed again, I raised an eyebrow at his direction, is he baliw ba?

"I know a psychiatrist Josiah."

I said blandly, he just pouted.

"Nah, I just remembered something funny."

He grinned, I just shooked my head on him. Josiah didn't nagtagal here, he seems in a hurry, I didn't pigil him na.

 I even saw him talking with the intimidating guy before he leaves, weird, the momment I told him about the silver eyed fortune teller last night, he became so taranta, he's magpapahula rin ba?

I just went to the eatery nearby to eat my lunch, I don't want to eat on a five star restaurant today, plus foods here is so mesarap neman.

"I'd like to order Bulalow, 2 cup of rice and for drinks Iced tea then I'd like to order heylo-heylo too, the one that you make pasok then baown the spoon to mix, yep that's all."

I smiled at the tindera she smiled back then asikaso na my order.

"170 pesos po Ma'am."

she smiled, I gave her 200 pesos then said she could keep the change.  It's puno na but luckily I found a vacant table near the window, I smiled widely as I happily dug my food. The place is so refreshing even it has so many tao.

The whole place is almost made in bamboos and has open windows for the people to see the spectacular view of the sea.

I got tigil from stuffing my mouth when someone sat on the vacant chair infront. I stilled when I realized who it was, it's the engineer! the one they call alpha.

"Can I sit here? there's no vacant table."

He said on a baritone voice, I pouted then nodded my head on him. It's a deaftening silence, for some reason, I suddenly felt nervous as I glance at him. We both ate in silence, I just pouted the whole time, I'm not used to this silence whenever I'm with someone.

Kinda reminds me of agent Thorn, I'm so naiinis everytime we were paired on a mission, last time we were together the whole day on investigating the murder case of that governer and he didn't speak to me, not a single word! 

I sighed.

"So..."

He broke the silence, I glanced at him, my heart then suddenly skipped beat when our gazes met.

"You and Ezekiel---"

He looked away.

"Nevermind."

He hissed, I just pouted when he looked away.

"Your name is Alpha right?"

I smiled at him, he make tigil for a second then nodded his head.

"My name is Thaliah."

I said introducing myself to him, he nodded his head as his gaze remained staring at me.

"Alphaeus."

He said, I stilled, he has the same name as that guy.

"Uhmm. so you're an engineer?"

I asked, he just nodded, why is it so mahirap ba to salita?

"Wow! I'm an international jewelry and fashion designer by the way I design wedding rings and wedding gowns too, you can contact me if ever you decided to get married. I promise I'm really good at it! Do you know Ruby Red Frescobaldi? the italian princess? I'm the one who designed her gown!"

I said then giggled, he then make tigil as he stared at me.

"Not yet."

He said, my mouth formed an 'o'

"You haven't found the one I guess? "

I said, he just stared at me.

"I found her, but she doesn't want to marry me."

He said as he stared at me, that made me nod my head on him, it somewhat made me ruin my mood slightly.

"Why wouldn't she? You're so handsome! you look successful, you just look like serial killer most of the time but maybe you're nice too. Anyone would agree to marry you ofcourse!"

I chuckled, his gaze remained on me.

"Then would you?"

My eyebrows furrowed.

"What?"

I asked, there is something on his green eyes I couldn't understand.

"If it's you, will you marry me?"

He asked, I stilled.

"Yes..."

I said unconsciously, but when I realized I just chuckled awkwardly.

"Well if it's me, but I'm not but it doesn't mean I would say yes if you propose to me but I'm not saying she would say no if you propose to her! anebayan! it's so marihap to explain ha!"

After that we decided to just eat our meals, he's mabait naman, he just look nakakatakot but he did helped me mix the heylo-heylo.

After that he did not pansin me again, I pouted, it's nakakainis! he's so snob! I just stomped my feat on the ground as I went to the milk tea stall. I sat on the stool as I waited for my drink.

"You--you kiki--know enginer? I-me--saw you and hem the two op you saying--uhm--ah talking to ets ader kanena on the etery."

The woman preparing my drink said on a broken english, she probably thought I couldn't understand tagalog.

"Well were not close we just shared a table earlier."

I shrugged, right I forgot to ask his whole name earlier, but I did gave him my calling card if ever he needs a designer.

"he-he's pogi rayt? I'm crashing him! you know! but he don't---ano ba yan magtagalog ka nga! ang herap herap mag engles! nakow! kapag kame nagpoponta sa amereka we talking talking engles! but you--uhh the kanows if they going going hir they don't talking tagalog! we--we ahh--kame lagi nag aadyast!"

Now I feel like I felt the struggle of my friends talking to me.

"Omg you hindi need to uhh talk english to ako naman eh, I can intindi tegalowg naman, I'm just can't salita that language good."

I pouted, her eyes and the holes of her nose widened.

"Ano ba iyan ne! Penaherapan mo pa ako mag engles! nakakaentende ka pala!"

That made me giggle.

"Anyways that engineer you sabi kanina, do you alam his real name?"

I asked.

"Ah! oo naman! eh lagi eyang osap osapan deto ng mga babai! Alpiyus Azaril Juariz! oh deba poge den pangalan!"

That made me froze.

"A-Alphaeus Azarel Juarez?"

I ulit to her, she smiled widely then nodded head, I was dumbfounded. I make bayad the milkshake and still tulala, I heard my phone rang so even I'm still not myself, I answered it.

"Thaliah anak.."

Its mom, she's crying...

"Your dad..."
