❝ echoes of time ❞
so, as soon as i started this cover, just off the bat, i had already given up. it was one of the first few covers i was designing after a long hiatus, and given i'm more experienced and skilled at model based covers, an entire series of requests that was only object based really caught me off guard. nevertheless, after almost an entire day, loads of struggle and changing the typography on this thing at least six times, i think it turned out pretty decent. i went with the colors from your reference pic btw, because it genuinely popped off way more than the red/black color scheme (i did try that too), however, if you still want it in red/black, i can make the changes and give you that version instead.

❝ silot ng panahon ❞
do not even get me started about this one. the amount of time i took on almost every little thing in this cover was insane (mostly because my skills are a bit rusty after the break atm). i had to make the model combining three different models, additional hair, dress, everything to tick the boxes of requirements as mentioned in the form. the snake placement took pretty long as well, mostly because at one point the entire scene just looked a bit clustered with the water, underground (skulls in bg), the shell, snake, model, everything. but then i finally managed to place them all in a way that didnt feel too overpowering + all elements were visible. also, initially i was very annoyed because i couldn't find suitable stock for the water, but then eventually i just ended up getting some brushes and making it myself. i think it turned out pretty realistic, so i'm happy about that. lmk what you think!

❝ the fangs of a half-blood ❞
initially, i had a very dramatic idea in my mind, with a lot of crazy white lighting, a howling wolf and everything, but then i ended up taking a darker, more lowkey and realistic route with this one since all other covers i made for you were already pretty dramatic, and i thought maybe a break from that would be nice. on top of that, the idea of the blood moon in a dark ambience felt pretty hot in my mind (the way i did it), so yea, there's that. i really ended up liking the way the colors and lighting compliment each other in this one.

yes, i noticed i got the title slightly wrong while i was uploading this chapter. and i was gonna change it as well, but then apparently my photoshop decided it was a good time for it to die on me. now, i can still change the title, but it's just that the mockup wouldn't be possible. so, if you happen to claim the cover (ignore the error, just on the basis of design), i'll obviously forward you the edited version.
