Chapter 2
No one P.O.V
Ruv watched the girl walk off for a moment, Her movements halted and shaky, And sometimes he caught her glancing at the two of them before looking away when she noticed Ruv's seemingly permanent cold stare.
Sarvente Watched by his side for a moment before moving away from him. "Thank you for your help Ruv darling..But I best escort Sister Eliza To her quarters to make sure she is alright.." Sarvente would say the first part quietly to rub before saying the last half rather loudly so anyone who might've been in ear range Could hear, including Sister Eliza herself.
The nun known as Eliza froze in her tracks, not even daring to look behind her at the Nun that was sure to follow her at any moment.
Soon enough Eliza felt The other nun's presence directly behind her, Sarvente's hand landing gently on her shoulder. However gentle it was it still scared the daylights out of the nun and she began to pray to Mary, asking for her to protect her from the evil spirit who had disguised themself inside their church.
"Are you Alright dearie...you look rather sickly.." Eliza hadn't Realized it quick enough but she somehow had ended up in the hallways where the Rooms lay with Sarvente. How had they moved so far so fast..? And how Had sarvente gotten her this far without her noticing?
Had she been so scared she Spaced out about it that much? The mere thought Made her smaller form shake once again, Her hands only weakly coming to grip the sides of her Dress.
"May Mother mary have Mercy on her poor dear soul.." Sarvente could be heard talking to another nun in the hallway, her voice full of fake sympathy and concern for the nun she held mentally prisoner.
Eliza glanced at the other nun who was much too focused on Sarvente too pay attention to the look of fear in Eliza's eyes, the silent pleas and begs for someone, anyone to save her from this monster.
All of that went unnoticed...and though Eliza had a chance To Save herself and be spared, to perhaps get someone who actually cared about her looking out for her....
She just couldn't do it..
She could tell Sarvente knew what she so desperately wanted to do, And She could feel the oozing aura that she found herself drowning in only growing bigger.
Instead of saying a word she let the words sink down to the bottom of her throat, Letting her Rationality and Hope stay in the very bottom of her stomach.
Sarvente was much too powerful for her to even try to lay such as a finger against her...
She was completely powerless against her..
And she had a feeling Sarvente knew as much...
Ruv had only nodded when Sarvente had thanked him, Not even bothering to say a word to the nun. Instead he just watched Eliza get dragged off for a few minutes in purr silence before turning around and heading down a different hallway.
Hallway after hallway he went through, and too some it might have given off the Idea that he didn't have the faintest clue Of where he was going. That or he might get lost in the labyrinth that made up this massive church.
That wasn't the case however, for he in fact did know just where he was going, and could be found going this path quite often by Sarv. She knew what he did and where he was going but she didn't really care too much about that, Especially not now.
Soon enough Ruv found himself on the roof Of the church and he stood there in silence for what seemed like decades.
Ruv would close his eyes, Letting the wind rush by him and letting it blow underneath his ushanka [is that how you spell it??]
Calmly. The wind whistled by his ears and He relaxed, letting his mind focus on nothing other then the wind around him.
Eventually he moved to lay down on the roof, His eyes opening to stare up at the starry sky above him, His glowing white eyes lightening up the darkness of the night around him.
The wind was peaceful and he enjoyed the calm, Often coming up here to relax and get away from things or mainly to clear his mind from absolutely everything and anything.
It was completely and utterly perfect to Ruv. Nothing could possibly disturb the Calming atmosphere around him.
At least as far as he was concerned..
