"Why Amms..Why.."Nandini was pacing in her room. "Why didn't you tell me..anything...."all of a sudden she stopped pacing abruptly as a thought crossed her mind.

"Oh No.."Nandini whispered as her eyes widened in horror "...does that mean Amms..know.." Nandini shook her head and once again started to pace "No..No..this can't be possible."she quickly dismissed the thought "Amms would have killed me if she would have known the entire truth.."

"If I am still alive...if I am in one piece...that means...she doesn't know anything.."

"Yet.."

Realisation hit her like streak of lightning. "But what if..she...wants..to..know..everything.."

Her heart beat started to race at a different pace altogether as she considered the options. "Aiyoo..how I couldn't see this before.."finally she started to add two plus two. "this is why she wasn't telling me who these students were.."

"She kept this as a secret from me because she knows me too well. She knew if I came to know about this I would find a way to get out of it..but she didn't wanted that.."

"Though she didn't know things in details but she knows that the reason for my return is connected with S.P.A.C.E...that's why this WORKSHOP.."

Nandini frowned as she couldn't find one little piece that would complete the whole picture...though it was small piece that was missing but it was pretty crucial. "But how did all of this happened..it doesn't seems like her ideas..knowing her I know she would never use music as a bait.."

"..and she is suspicious from past seven months but she never did something like that back then..why would she wait for such a long time..why now.."

Nandini closed her eyes and sighed. "I don't know what's going on inside her head..but I know one thing for sure that she had done on purpose. I don't know how come this arrangement happened...or who made the first move for it..but I know..one thing for sure..this isn't just a simple coincidence.."

Holding her head she said "Aiyappa...why me all the time...as it is my life is a complete mess..and now "this". My mind will blast if I continued to think about the gazillion possibilities. I need to get some answers..and only Amms can give that.." Waking towards the door she opened it up. "I need to talk to her..right now.."

Nandini was passing through the corridor on her way to Kishori's room when something caught her eyes that stopped her into her tracks. And the next moment her eyes widened in shock as she witnessed one of the most unimaginable things right in front of her eyes.

Alia and Dhruv...

...were canoodling each other..

Nandini's hands flew to cover her mouth to stop herself from making any noise. She couldn't believe her eyes. She started to step back because she couldn't risk being seen by them witnessing their private moments.

She was soon out of their sight but since she was moving backwards she didn't see the incoming and the next moment she dashed into someone.

"I am sorry..I am sorry..I am sorry.."Nandini started to chant as she turned around but she chose to look down. She would have continued to apologise but soon she was silenced as she hears someone saying "Nandu..what's wrong..why are you apologising for no reason.."

Nandini finally looked up to find Navya standing in front of her carrying the most amusement expression on her face. "Navya.."

"Nahi..Natalie Portland.."Navya shook her head in amusement. "What the hell is wrong with you Nandu..and where were you lost...and why in the entire heavens were you walking like that.."Navya's question made Nandini nervous.

She started fidgeting with her fingers which didn't went unnoticed by Navya. Taking Nandini's hands into her own she continued "Nandu now you are scaring me.."Placing her hand under her chin she lifted it up so that she could look straight into her eyes. "Kya hua hai Nandu...please bata.."

"Woh..I just..I just.."Nandini couldn't get the words out of her mouth. "You..just what.."Navya asked.

"I just..I just.."Nandini tried again but once again failed. "Nandu tell me..what's the matter..did you see something.."Navya questioned. Nandini didn't reply instead she simply nodded her head. "Kya dekha tumne...what did you saw..bolo..tell me.."Navya encouraged.

"Woh..Dhruv and Alia.."though Nandini didn't finished her sentence but Navya understood what Nandini wanted to say. "You saw Dhruv and Alia kissing right.."

Nandini's head snapped up as her eyes widened in horror hearing Navya's casual tone. "You know about this.."she whispered.

Navya simply nodded her head while smiling the whole time which only fanned the flames of Nandini's curiosity.

"Yeh..Yeh..sab...kab..kaise..kaha..hua.."she questioned. "Long story Nandini..long story.."Navya answered. "Does anyone knows about this.."Curiosity could be clearly heard in her voice.

"Everybody knows this.."Navya smiled as she caressed Nandini's face. "Relax Nandini..it's nothing new."

"What.."Nandini's tone was much louder than she intended it to be. So getting a grip over her emotions she asked in a low tone "Alia and Dhruv were making out..ALIA AND DHRUV..and you are saying it's nothing new.."

"It's going on for a while now Nandini..so relax..and why are you reacting like this.."Navya asked.

"Arey why won't I.."Nandini snapped. "Alia is Manik's girlfriend and Dhruv..is Manik's best friend..in fact he is like a brother to him..then how come these two..could even think of doing something like this to him.."Nandini was furious. "How could both of them betray him like that..how could they.."

"Oh..so you are not shocked because you saw two of them making out..but you are worried about how MANIK would take it..so basically you are worried for HIM"Navya asked raising her eyebrow.

Navya's words made Nandini embarrassed. That's when she realised the true meaning of her own words. But being the stubborn person she was she defended her statement "Shut up Navya..what nonsense..I am not worried for anyone..i am asking this question..just for humanity sake..that's it..don't twist the meaning of my words and interpret something else altogether."

"Are you sure about that.."Navya smirked. "Yes..200%..and honestly if you don't want to tell me about it..it's okay but no need to think something that doesn't hold any water."Nandini replied only made Navya smile. "Fine.."she raised both her hands as a sign of surrender. "..as you wish."

"So will you tell me what's exactly going on.."Nandini gave it a last try. "Dhruv and Alia are dating from past six months..that what's going on.."

"What.."Nandini yelled again.

"Yes..and don't worry..like I said everyone knows it..I mean every one.."Navya pressed the last word a little too much."And..is..he.."Nandini sighed as she finally finished her sentence. "..is he okay about it.."

"He has never been happier Nandini.."Navya's words took her by surprise. "In fact Manik was the one who made both of them realised their feelings for each other.."

"He did..what.."Nandini's eyes were about to pop out. "When and how did all of this happened.."Navya was about to answer when someone else spoke. "As Navya said it's a long story Nandini.."

Both Navya and Nandini turned around to find Cabir walking towards them "..let's just say ki..
..ab kuch bhi pahle jaisa nahi raha.."

Nandini smiled as Cabir finally joined them. "Tum kaise ho..."

"Ek dum first class.."Cabir answered. "See for yourself.." Nandini grinned. "Waise you are looking more handsome now.."

"Well woh toh main hamesha se hi tha..bas you noticed it today only.."Cabir winked which made Nandini smiled and Navya rolled her eyes. "Cabir..itna self obsession bhi achcha nai hota hai.."Navya taunted. "Look who's talking..Self obsessed queen.."Cabir snapped right back.

"Guys..stop.."Nandini scolded."what are you both..5..Kab badey hoge tum dono.."she shook her head in amusement. "Waise you both again deviated me from the topic...please..tell me...how did all of this happened..how come this big change happened..and that too all of a sudden.."

"Waqt ke sath sab kuch badal jata hai Nandini..halat bhi...aur log bhi.."Cabir's words caught Nandini's attention. She clearly understood about whom Cabir was referring to but this time she was ready with an answer.

"Sahi kaha Cabir..par woh kya hai na..kabhi kabhi it's already too late when someone realises their mistake..and not everyone gets a chance at redemption..kyunki zindagi har kisi ko dusara mauka nahi deti.."

Cabir was about to say something when all of a sudden they all heard the ringing of a bell. "Class ka time ho gaya hai..let's go..Amms ko class me late aane wale students pasand nahi..so chalo.."saying this Nandini gesture them both of them to come along.

Navya and Cabir both looked at each other and a wordless communication passed through it. They both follow Nandini as they left the topic behind for the time being..
