The night is designed to end the worry or fear of day. It signifies to leave it on God and prepare for another day to come.

Night is the best gift of life,the gift when you can relax ,the gift to unwind when there is peace of every kind.

After an tiring and exhausting day when one hits the bed at night--sleep acts as a golden chain that ties their dreams and peace together.

But apparently there was someone who was trying really very hard but failing miserably to find the way which could eventually lead to a peaceful slumber.

...Nandini.

She was tossing in her bed from past half an hour--trying her level best--to sleep.

But of course all her efforts were in vain as somehow tonight even sleep was not in a mood to give in so easily. As a result even after putting in her best efforts she was still wide awake.

Finally sighing she shook her head in annoyance and sat up on her bed.

"Aiyappa...why...why can't I get "him" out of my mind.."she asked looking at the picture of Aiyappa that was hanged on the wall in front of her bed. "He is wrong..He is so wrong..But Still.."

Closing her eyes she continued "Why does it hurt so much to hurt him Aiyappa..why.."

Sighing she opened her eyes to look at the picture of her Aiyappa all over again. "Today when I punched him na...I really thought that I would feel liberated...that I would happy..but I didn't..why Aiyappa.."

She finally got down from her bed and stood in front of Aiyappa's image. "Why am I not happy...why am I not ecstatic..why.."

Folding her hands in front of her Aiyappa's image she continued "Aiyappa I am in immense pain..in fact I have been suffering like this from past seven months. I can't take this pain anymore Aiyappa...please Aiyappa..relieve from this pain..please help me Aiyappa..I really need you..."

She closed her eyes and continue to pray when out of nowhere something happened...

...someone grabbed her from back and covered her mouth too so that she couldn't scream or shout.

Nandini tried her best to get out that person's grip but she couldn't as person whoever was holding her was too strong.

That person not only covered her mouth with a piece of clothing but also her eyes with another piece of cloth. Before Nandini could remove it her hands also got tied up by similar piece of clothing making it really difficult for her to get away from that person.

Next thing she knew she was over that person's shoulder while she continued to struggle. She started to beat at the back of the person with her tied up hands but unfortunately that person was too strong to get affected by her feeble attempts.

Since it was after 9 P.M. the lights of GURUKUL were out leaving everything in dark which made it even more difficult for Nandini as nobody could see them.

She tried her best but she couldn't do anything.
And at last she was brought into another room which was completely dark.

Once they both entered the room without keeping Nandini back on her feet that person closed the door.

Keeping Nandini on one of the chair that person finally removed the piece of clothing from her face and eyes and walked away from her.

"How dare you.."Nandini screamed as soon as she could speak. "Who the hell are you.."
Since it was dark she couldn't see that person's face. "Are you scared..why are you hiding your face now...tell me who you are.."

And the next thing the lights of the room were switched on.

Nandini closed her eyes due to sudden flash of light but in the next couple of seconds finally her eyes got adjusted to the light so she ended up opening it slowly.

Once her vision was adjusted she looked around to see who the person was but she couldn't find anyone."You Cowards..samne aa..why are you hiding.."Nandini asked as she wanted to know who was "that person".

"I am not hiding Ms.Murthy as it's not my style..but I bet you know that already "though Nandini still couldn't see anyone but now she knew who "that person" was.

And just on cue that person stepped in front of her because of which Nandini's expression changed immediately as she whispered the name of the person who was standing right in front of her...

...MANIK.
