Where is My Daughter?!

Kylo POV

I had just finished my training session and had returned to my quarters for some much needed rest and meditation.

No sooner had I settled in to meditate I heard a voice call my name. "Kylo."

"Grandfather? Is that you?" I asked uncertainly.

"Why do you continue to deny what you know is the truth?" Vader asked.

"I don't have the faintest idea what your talking about." I replied shrugging my shoulders though in truth I had a fair idea as to what he was referring too.

"The child Tina. Why do you continue to deny that she is your daughter? Search your feelings my Grandson. You know it to be true."

Kylo sighed "it doesn't matter. She is better off with Hux. He can be the father that she deserves. The father that I could never be. Love is a weakness, one I can not afford."

Vader sighed in irritation "amazing every word that you just said is wrong. You should take a lesson from my youngest daughter. She was devastated when I died, but she didn't allow her pain to overpower her. She blamed Luke for my death and she hated him. She had every right too. In her eyes, he had taken me from her and in a way, it was true."

"It was his arrogant attitude that forced me to intervene and stop The Emperor from killing him. She wanted to kill Luke. However, she knew that killing him would not ease her pain. Have you not studied her fighting techniques? She fights with neither the light or the dark side of the force, but rather with a balance in between the two." Vader replied.

"What does that have to do with the girl?" I asked.

Vader growled in frustration "you still don't get it do you? Snoke knows that it is your pull to both sides of the force that makes you so powerful. He knew that killing Han Solo would weaken your power in the dark side of the force which is why he encouraged it."

"He knows that loving your daughter will only make you stronger with the light side of the force bringing you to the perfect balance. He knows that if you reach this balance, you will be unstoppable. Which is why he does everything in his power to ensure you never reach your full potential. As did my Master when I was alive." Vader replied.

"Which is why I must not allow myself to become attached to her. Snoke will kill her if he views her as a threat."

"So you do care about her welfare, you just don't want to admit it." Vader replied semi amused.

"I don't care about her. Even if I did, I certainly wouldn't act on those feelings. Why are you so concerned about her welfare anyway?"

"Because she is family. Now concentrate. Can you not sense her pain?" Vader asked.

I frowned and closed my eyes and I focused on sensing the child. I could tell that she wasn't at the academy where she should be. She seemed to be tied up in some dark chamber. "Please help me. Someone Please..." I could hear her beg tearfully as she groaned in pain.

My eyes went wide with shock. "She's dying."

"Yes." Vader replied.

"Where is she?" I asked rising from my seat.

"I am afraid that is something that you must discover on your own. However, I must warn you She doesn't have much time left." Vader replied before disappearing.

"I don't know even know where to start?" I replied in frustration.

"The Academy."

"Thank Grandfather. I won't disappoint you again. I promise." I swore under my breath as I grabbed my helmet and my lightsaber and dashed out of my quarters. How could Hux have allowed something like this to happen?! I trusted him with her!!! I wouldn't make that mistake a second time.

"Lord Ren what a pleasant surprise."

"You can dispense with the pleasantries Headmaster. Tell me what classroom is Hux's
Daughter located in??"

The Headmaster shifted nervously and glanced down at the floor in embarrassment. "I'm afraid that she's gone missing Sir. We have questioned her classmates but no one seems to have any idea where she might be. I can assure you, we are searching everywhere for her."

"Perhaps I can find new ways to motivate your troops and convince her classmates to be more forthcoming with their information. I am certain that one of them knows where she is located. Believe me, it won't take me long to discover the truth." I replied.

"Class we have a guest. Everyone please welcome Lord Ren.

"As I am sure you have discovered by now that your classmate Tina never returned from lunch. She has not been seen since."

"We are so dead." One of my classmates whispered worriedly.

I glared at the boy who had whispered to his classmate. I could tell by his nervous behavior and the look in his eyes that He knew something about Tina's disappearance.  "Come with me." I said pointing directly at him. His eyes went wide in fear and I smiled beneath my helmet. We walked in silence as I lead him to an interrogation room.

The young boy kept his eyes to the floor as we entered the interrogation room and I smiled beneath my helmet. I could sense his fear. "Please don't hurt me. Please don't hurt me." I heard him whimper in his head. "I hope he doesn't send me to reconditioning."

"Why are you so afraid young man? Do you have something to hide?" I asked as we headed to the interrogation room.

"No. I... It's just that your.... Well, your very intimidating Mr. Kylo Ren Sir." The young boy stuttered.

"You don't need to fear me." I replied in the most reassuring voice that I could.

"I don't?"

"Not if your innocent. You see, I know that someone if not multiple people from your class are responsible for Tina's disappearance."

"Mr. Kylo Ren Sir, are you going to send me to reconditioning?" The boy replied nervously.

"That depends entirely on you. Here's how this is going to work. I am going to ask you a series of questions. You are going to answer them truthfully. Keep in mind, I will know if you are lying to me." I warned.

"I'll tell you everything I know. Mr. Kylo Ren Sir."

"Very well, proceed." I replied.

"My fellow classmates were extremely upset when they learned that Mrs. Stormragger had been sent to reconditioning. They blamed Tina. They wanted to cause her as much pain as Mrs. Stormragger is going to have to endure during the reconditioning process. So they started teasing her."

"Our new teacher wouldn't tolerate that behavior and insisted that we all skip lunch to write 100 times: I will treat my fellow classmates with respect. Or something along those lines. Anyway, this only served to fuel my classmates hatred of Tina. Especially since the teacher told Tina that she didn't have to do the assignment."

"I didn't ask for you to tell me the entire day.  I don't need a long explanation. I don't care what the reasoning behind what happened. All I want to know is where is she." I growled getting irritated.

"Yes sir." The young man replied nervously. "I saw a few of my classmates follow Tina to the dinning hall. They surrounded her and dragged her into an abandoned storage room. I tried to convince my classmates that what they were doing was wrong. They warned me that if I didn't shut up they'd take their frustrations out on me. They insisted upon my participation so I slapped her across the face to wake her up."

"So you gave into peer pressure. That is a very dangerous thing for you to do. We can discuss that at another time. Where is Tina now?"

"I do not know. While they were taking turns beating her up, I took the chance to sneak away. They could have moved her to a new location so as to not get caught. I know they said that they weren't done "teaching her a lesson" yet. I think they intended on returning to where they have her and beating her some more or perhaps even do something worse to her." The young man replied.

At this, I rose from my seat. "Follow me. I want you to show me exactly where you saw Tina last."

"Yes sir." The Boy replied a worried look on his face. "I do hope that she's ok. I really like her. Who knows, maybe when we are older we can date."

"Date?" I cleared my throat to hide my surprise. Oh Hell no! Not in a million years. Mustafer would freeze over before I ever let my baby girl go on a date. I shook my head "she's not your responsibility, she's Hux's daughter." I reminded myself silently. Perhaps, I should inform him of what was going on. After all, Hux was her legal guardian. "Wait here." I told the young man as I exited the room. "Get me General Hux."

"Yes Lord Ren." The man replied pushing the button to call the station where Hux was currently located.

"What do you want Kylo? Can't you see I'm busy? Unlike you, I actually take my work very
seriously."

Kylo chose to ignore Hux's rude statement. "I'm sorry, I thought that you wanted to know about your daughter's progress in the academy. My mistake."

"What do you know about Tina's progress?" Hux replied with a frown.

"Oh, not much. Just that her classmates despise her, because you sent her mother to reconditioning. I thought that you might want to know, that she never returned to the academy after having lunch today."

"Yeah well, that's just too bad. They will get over it. Now if that is all unlike you I actually have work to accomplish." The screen went black and Kylo chuckled as he waited patiently. It should only be a matter of time before he called back.

"Umm sir are you alright?" A officer asked me in concern.

"Of course I am why wouldn't I be?"

"It's just that for someone who was just told that their daughter is missing your eerily calm right now."

"Could you repeat that?"

"Ok. Umm, your eerily calm right now."

"No before that."

"Your daughter is missing..."

"Contact Kylo Ren and patch him through immediately!"

"What took you so long to call me back?" Kylo asked with a chuckle.

"It took me a minute to register what you told me. Unlike you, most people actually have feelings . Now what was it you said about Tina?"

Kylo shrugged "only that she never returned to the academy after lunch and no one seems to know where she is located."

"So what are you standing around for? Interrogate her classmates! Someone must know something about her whereabouts!" Hux replied angrily.

"I have spoken to one of her classmates. This boy, seems very interested in her welfare. One might say, that he wants a deeper relationship with her then that of just a classmate or friend." Kylo replied with a chuckle.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Hux demanded with a frown.

"I guess you'll have to ask him that question yourself. He's in interrogation room 6." Kylo replied.

Young boy's POV

"I didn't like this plan one bit. While I admit that I was upset, when I learned that Mrs.
Stormragger was sent to reconditioning, I don't understand why everyone is blaming Tina. Truth be told, I didn't understand why Mrs.  Stormragger didn't seem to like her."

"She is very sweet and she is eager to please others. I wanted to say something when I watched Mrs. Stormragger use physical punishment on poor Tina. It is against the Academy regulations. However, I held my tongue.

When my classmates discovered that Mrs. Stormragger had been sent to reconditioning they immediately blamed Tina. Despite my attempts to change their minds they are determined to teach her a lesson. At first they just teased her but when the teacher punished them for this behavior they became even angrier at Tina."

"They concocted a plan to ambush her on the way back from the cafeteria. Then drag her to a remote location and take turns beating her up. I wanted nothing to do with this plan. I didn't want to see Tina hurt. In fact, I felt the need to protect her. Yet, I didn't want to be branded a traitor, so I reluctantly went along with their plans to hurt her.

When Kylo Ren came into the classroom searching for Tina I knew that we were in trouble. I began to tremble when he pointed to me and told me to follow him. I knew what he wanted to know and I was more then willing to provide him with any information that could help Tina. I was surprised to learn that he did not intend on sending me to reconditioning.

I agreed to tell him everything that I knew. I even admitted to him that I have a crush on Tina and that I would like to date her when we are older. He didn't seem to pleased with this information. I was startled out of my train of thought when the door slammed open. To my surprise, General Hux entered the room. He seemed furious.

Hux POV

When Kylo informed me that Tina had not returned from lunch I was both terrified and angry. Where was my little girl? Why would she wander off? She knew better! Kylo had to be all cryptic when he stated that one of Tina's classmates seemed interested in her welfare.

I was furious, but I knew that I'd get nowhere if I lost my temper and demanded to know what he had done to her. So I decided to approach the situation calmly. "Phasma, I'm going to need you to come with me. Bring a battalion of your best men with you."

"Has something happened to the little miss?" Phasma asked in concern.

"Yes. It seems that she never returned from lunch. The evidence concerning her disappearance seem to point to her classmates." I informed Phasma who nodded in understanding.

"I shall conduct the search myself with my best men."

"I will need you with me. If I am to discover Tina's location I will need your assistance to help ensure that I don't loose my temper."

"As you wish." Phasma replied with a slight bow.'

"In the meantime, I shall send out a search party of my best men immediately."

"Thank you Phasma." The boy seemed lost in thought as Phasma and I entered the room. I cleared my throat to indicate our presence and he looked up at me in surprise. I suppose he was expecting Kylo to return. He seemed relived when he noticed that it was Phasma and I instead.

A false security that I can assure you. If this boy was responsible for Tina's disappearance I'd make him suffer. "Kylo Ren informs me that you might have information leading to the whereabouts of your fellow classmate."

"I can't say for sure if this is what happened. All I know is that my classmates were extremely upset to learn that Mrs. Stormragger had been sent to reconditioning. They felt that it was Tina's fault. I over heard them discussing the idea of ambushing her on her way back from lunch. Something about teaching her a lesson about how a baby like her should be treated."

"That and teaching her what happens when she is the teacher's pet. They mentioned something about taking her to an abandoned area of the base. Then each person would take turns hurting her in different ways. I'm afraid that is all that I know. I wanted nothing to do with hurting her. She's far too sweet and innocent to be treated so cruelly."

"I know that she won't fight back. Knowing her she will blame herself and convince herself that she deserves everything they have done and intend to do to her." The boy replied.

I let out a low growl and Phasma placed a hand on my shoulder in an effort to calm me down. "Why do you care about Tina's welfare so
much? Is it because you are aware of her parentage and don't want to end up on her father's bad side?" I asked arching my eyebrow at the boy who swallows and took a deep breath before answering my question.

"No sir. It's not that. It's just, that I'd love to be able to spend more time with her. Who knows, maybe even someday I'll even be able to court her. Provided of course, that her father actually allows her to date when we are older." The young man replied.

I frowned "oh hell no! My baby girl is only five. There is no way I'm allowing this young man anywhere near my babygirl. Just to make sure that I hadn't misunderstood I turned to Phasma to confirm my suspicions. "Did he just suggest that he and my babygirl...."

Phasma noticing that I was about to loose my temper replied without hesitation "perhaps now is not the time to discuss this topic. We should focus on locating Tina."

I reluctantly nodded and sighed and I glared at the young man. "This conversation is far from
over! You stay away from my baby girl, or reconditioning will be the least of your worries!" I snarled at him as I exited the room.
The young man gulped and nodded his eyes wide with fear.
