Trouble at Date Night.

Tina POV

Even though I tried I couldn't stop crying. Everything the people of the billage had said to me was twue. Daddy had not wanted me. I was why he hadn't come back to see mommy. Trying to hold back sobs I heard a soft knock on my bedroom door. "Tina, it's General Hux may I come in? I need to talk to you. It's very important."

"It's open. I replied wiping my tears away so I could try and hide the fact that I had been crying.

"Your mother told me what the people of the village told you. I want you to know that it's not true. I didn't know that your mother was pregnant and I was called away on duty. Your mother never informed me of your birth. So I wasn't prepared when she introduced to you as my daughter. It came as quite a shock. If I had known what the villagers had told you I never would have said that I didn't want you."

"It's twue isn't it?" I asked my voice cracking slightly as I sniffled trying hard to fight back the tears that were threatening to fall.

"No Little One, it's not true. Believe me, if I could have, I would have stayed with your mother forever. I wanted to have a family with her, but my duties as a First Order General make that practically impossible. I must always put the interest of the First Order above my own."

"My loyalty to it's mission must never be questioned. That is why I've been away for so long. I am excited to know that I have a daughter. I am sorry that I missed your first steps and your first words. Now it seems absurd. I want to be a part of your life and I will have arrangements made in order that both you and your mother may accompany me back to star killer base."

"Why did you say that you didn't want me?"

"You misunderstood what I was saying. I wasn't saying that I didn't want you." Hux said quietly as he gently wiped the tears from my face.

I sniffled and replied "Me don't undastand." I replied confused and despite my attempts to stop crying tears continued to roll down my cheeks. Again Hux gently wiped them away.

"You left before I was done speaking. What I said is that I don't want you to join us on our date." Hux replied.

"What's a date?" I replied in confusion.

"It means I'm going to take your mother out for dinner."

"Me come too?"

"No little one. Your mother and I need time alone. So you will be staying with a babysitter."

"No. Me wanna come too." Hux frowned as he followed me down the stairs his frown deepening upon seeing me hugging my mother tightly.

"Tina I said no. I am taking your mother out on a date and you will remain here. I don't want you to interfere with my plans. You are going to remain here and behave yourself. I don't want to hear anymore whining from you. Or I won't hesitate to punish you. Now go to bed."

"No!" I replied brushing past him and running down stairs. Followed closely behind by an irritated General Hux.

"Tina what's the matter? Why are you crying?" My mom asked looking down at me in concern.

"He said that He doesn't want me. That he's going to take you away." I replied tearfully pointing at Hux who frowned deepened.

At this, mommy frowned. Hux was supposed to fix the situation, not make it worse. "What did you say to her?" She mouthed silently Hux just shrugged his shoulders and walked over to where we were. "I am sure that's not what your father meant. Isn't that right Hux?"

Hux looked down at me and frowned the anger in his eyes clearly evident. I whimpered and buried my face in my mommy's waist beginning to sob once more. "Shhhh. The General isn't going to take me away from you. He's just taking me out for dinner." I replied trying to reassure Tina.

"Why me can't come? Me be good."

I sighed. "Sweetheart, your father and I need some time to talk alone."

"Why?"

"We have adult things to discuss. Things that you are far too young to know about. We won't be gone long. I'll be back to tuck you in and maybe your father can read you a bed time story."

Hux chuckled "don't make a promise that you can't keep sweetheart. We won't be returning tonight."

"What?"

"I've booked us a hotel room for the night." At this I groaned.

"Why won't you be back tonight?" Tina asked confused.

"That is none of your concern young lady. Captain Phasma will be here shortly to babysit you." Hux replied the irritation in his voice starting to show. "I expect you to behave yourself. Is that understood?"

Tina looked up at me in concern refusing to let go and stuck her tongue out at him. "Daddy and I need to get going now. Be a good girl for Captain Phasma, and maybe daddy and I will have a surprise for you in the morning. Have a goodnight my little kitten." I said kissing Tina goodnight before Hux and I left the house.

Tears ran down my face as I watched them leave. A few moments later a storm trooper in a shiny silver outfit and a deep red cape entered the house. She was carrying a very coveted blaster in her hands. "Hello Tina." Her mechanical voice said as she placed her blaster on the table.

"How did you know my name?" I asked in concern backing away from the strange stormtrooper.

"General Hux informed me. My name is Captain Phasma and I shall be taking care of you tonight. Are you afraid of me little one?" I nodded and Phasma sighed. "General Hux told me about the stormtrooper that attacked the two of you this afternoon. I am sorry. In a way I feel responsible." Phasma said sadly.

"Why?" I asked cocking my head in confusion.

"It is my duty to train and ensure that all stormtroopers adhere to our rules and expectations. I promise I won't hurt you. As for the stormtrooper who attacked you, you won't need to worry about him. I can assure you that he has been punished dearly for his actions." Phasma replied.

"Will you punish me?" I asked worriedly.

"That depends entirely on you child. I will not tolerate being disrespected. I expect you to do as your told without question. Disobey my orders and I won't hesitate to punish you. Have I made myself clear?" Phasma replied.

"May I ask you a question?"

"You May."

"Why haven't you taken your helmet off?" I asked curiously.

"I want people to judge me by my actions not my gender. My armor helps accomplish that. Also it is against policy to remove your helmet." Phasma replied.

"Oh." I replied. "May I go play outside?"

"I don't think that is a good idea. It's not safe out after sunset. Besides it's almost your dinner time. After dinner you have a half hour to get ready for bed."

Hux POV

Meanwhile, I took Crystal to the local restaurant where I had taken her on our first date. "Do you remember this place?"

"Should I?" Crystal replied confused.

"It's where I took you for our first date." I replied.

"I try not to think of those days." Crystal replied with a slight frown.

Not wanting to lose his temper I didn't reply instead I opened the door and ushered her inside. "Table for two."

"I'm sorry we are closed to the public tonight for a private party. You will have to return some other night." The hostess replied.

"I don't think you understand. I am General Hux of the First Order and I demand a table." I replied.

"I'm sorry sir but that is simply not possible. Now please leave. I don't want to have to call security." The hostess replied.

"Perhaps we should go somewhere else..." Crystal stated but I shook my head.

"I said we were going to eat dinner here and that's exactly what we are going to do." I replied. "Now get out of our way." I demanded trying to shove my way past the hostess.

"Security." The hostess yelled and two large aliens appeared and grabbed me shoving me towards the exit.

"Get your hands off me!" I growled struggling to get out of the aliens strong grasp.

Upon hearing the commotion the owner of the facility appeared. "What seems to be the problem?"

"This man insists on being given a table. He refused to accept that we are not open to the public tonight." The hostess replied pointing in our direction.

As soon as he saw me his face went white as a sheet. "General Hux what brings you to our fine establishment?" He asked nervously.

"I'm here for my dinner reservation." I replied glaring angrily at the hostess who didn't seem to notice.

"Yes of course right this way sir." The manager replied motioning for Crystal and I to follow him.

"But sir the private event..?" The hostess asked confused.

"If you'll excuse me, I'll only be a moment." The manager replied pulling the hostess into a room which I could only assume was his office. A few seconds later the sound of arguing could be heard followed by a loud smacking and ripping noise. Followed by the hostess's scream. "Your fired! Get out!" The manager screamed.

Crystal POV

A few seconds later the hostess ran from the room in tears. I frowned and rushed over to her. "Are you alright?" I asked in concern.

"I'm fine." The hostess replied trying desperately to hide her black eye.

"What did he do to you?" I demanded the anger in her eyes clearly evident.

"Come my dear, lets not let these events upset us. We have a date to get back to." Hux replied appearing by my side.

"Hux how can you be so cruel? Can't you see that she's distressed? Please let me comfort her. In the meantime you can get us a table. I won't be long. I promise."

"That's what I love about you." Hux said as he kissed me on the cheek. "Don't be too long my love. You know I don't like to be kept waiting." Hux warned and I nodded.

After he was gone I handed the hostess my handkerchief. "Would you care to tell me what happened?"

"He fired me." Was all the hostess would say looking down at the floor in what seemed to be embarrassment . I could tell that she was worried about something, but decided that I didn't want to push the matter.

"He won't get away with treating you this way I promise. I have to go. My date doesn't like to be kept waiting but please don't leave. I will do everything I can to help you."

"You don't have to do that. I'll be ok..." The hostess replied hesitantly.

"Don't be silly. It's the least I can do. With my date back in town I'm going find myself in need of a babysitter. I would love for you to consider the job."

"Thank you."

"Here. This is my home address tell the person who opens the door that I sent you."

"Thank you." The hostess muttered turning and leaving.

"What took so long?" Hux demanded with a slight frown.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to keep you waiting."

Hux pulled me into a kiss before replying "it's ok. The truth is I'm just a very jealous man especially when it comes to you. I don't like sharing you."

"Your going to have to get use to that. After all, I do have a daughter, and she does take up a fair amount of my time. I'm not sure how long it will take her to get use to the idea that your back. She's use to having me all to herself." I replied.

"We have a daughter." Hux corrected me and I sighed. "She's just going to have to learn to share. I suppose I'm going to have to learn to share as well..."

"I need to power my nose. Could you order me some bantha milk?" I asked and Hux frowned.

"You just got to the table and now you want to use the restroom? I'm starting to think that you don't want to be on this date."

"Don't be silly. I just want to freshen up a bit. I won't be but a moment." I reply and Hux sighs.

"Fine."

Hux POV

"My what a beautiful date you have sir. You certainly have a good taste in women." The waiter said as he watched Crystal head to the restroom.

"Keep your eyes to yourself or you'll lose them." I replied with a growl.

"Yes sir. Are you ready to order or do you need a few minutes?"

"I'll have wine and my date will have a bantha milk." I replied.

"Are you sure you wouldn't like to sample one of our more exotic drinks?" The waiter replied hesitantly.

"Do I need to request a new waiter?" I demanded.

"No sir. I'll get those drinks right away sir." The waiter replied rushing off just as Crystal returned to the table.

"What did you say to the poor boy? He seemed scared out of his wits." Crystal scolded me and I just shrugged my shoulders in reply.

The waiter returned a few seconds later with our drinks. "I have a vintage wine for the General and a bluestar for the lady." The waiter said placing our drinks on the table.

"Umm excuse me but I didn't order this..." Crystal replied.

The waiter looked over at me in concern before replying "no ma'am it is on the house."

"Thank you kindly but the only man allowed to order me drinks is my date. Please return this to the bar." Crystal replied upon seeing the flash of jealousy and anger in my face.'

"Yes ma'am." As the waiter turned to leave I grabbed his arm.

"Who told you to bring this to our table?" I demanded.

"Hux please let it go. It's no big deal. I'm sure it was some misunderstanding. Perhaps he accidentally brought it to the wrong table." Crystal replied.

"No ma'am. I was instructed to bring this to your table from the owner of the establishment. In fact, he wanted me to invite the two of you to the chief's table." The waiter replied.

"Is that so? And just how much of an up charge would that cost us?"

"I'll just inform him that you'd prefer to remain at your normal priced table." The waiter replied.

Crystal POV

I sighed I knew that Hux's pride wouldn't allow him to ignore such a clear attempt at mockery. "Tell your boss that we are flattered and would be more then happy to accept his gracious invitation." Hux replied with a slight growl. I knew better then to try and argue so I grabbed my stuff and after taking Hux's arm in mine we proceeded to the table.

"Ahh I see you and the beautiful lady decided to join us after all." The owner chuckled winking at me and rolled my eyes and groaned.

"Of course. I never pass up an opportunity for a chance at good cuisine." Hux replied with a smirk.

"The question is can you afford it?"

"I'm a General in the First Order of course I can afford it." Hux replied with a scoff.

"What do you see in this man? He's a Ba*tard trying to pretend to be something that he's not. I know for a fact that he didn't earn the title of General." The young man at the table said with a laugh.

"What did you say?" Hux demanded clenching his fist in anger.

"You heard me. I have it on good authority that you were born out of wedlock. That your father despised you. Are you a gambling man General?"

"No."

"That's too bad. So General, what are you drinking?" The young man asked with a slight smirk.

"I'll have what she's having." Hux replied pointing towards my bluestar drink.

"What's the matter General? To chicken to try a real man's drink?" The young man laughed. "Give me an Accarrgm."

"You think I can't handle my alcohol? Bartender give me the largest cup
You have and mix me the following :black membrosia, A walk in the Phelopean Forrest, Elshandruu Pica Thundercloud, Knockback nectar, Hoth Daiquiri, Weequay Pirate brew, Corellian Whiskey and Tihaar." Hux replied.

"Woah there. Slow your roll. A drink like that would kill you. On second thought, go ahead. Who am I to lecture a Great General like yourself. I'm sure you know what your doing." The young man replied with a laugh and a smirk. "As for this beautiful woman that you with I haven't the foggiest what she sees in you."

"In fact, I bet that you threatened to kill her family or burn down the entire village house by house if she didn't go on a date with you. She'd be better off with a real man, like me. What do you say sweetheart? Want to ditch the kid and go an a date with a real Man?" The young man asked attempting to kiss me. I frowned and slapped him across the face.

"Let me make one thing perfectly clear to you, I am not nor will I ever be, interested in the likes of you! I'm tired of you degrading my date and trying to pick a fight. One by the way, I can assure you that you won't win. Now either have the cook bring us something to eat or we shall leave for a more favorable environment." I replied with a growl my eyes flashing in anger.

"Your are the most pathetic man that has ever crossed my path. I take that back your not a man your a boy. Your pathetic and your not worth my time. A real man knows how to keep his woman in her place. It seems that you can't even do that." The young man replied with a laugh. At this, I rose from my seat and turned to leave. Hux rising to follow me.

"I don't think I like this establishment come Hux dear, let's go find ourselves a more classy restaurant."

"Looks like we know who wears the pants in this relationship. Run after your master like the dog you are." The young man laughed.

At this, I paused and grabbed Hux's blaster from it's holster and without evening looking in the young man's direction and shot the part of the booth directly next to him. He immediately started laughing. "Nice try Sweetheart, but you missed me. It's too bad your not a man. At least then you'd actually know how to shoot. Now put the blaster down. A proper lady doesn't shoot a gun." The young man replied with a slight smirk.

Then turning back to the young man I replied "Oh I did that on purpose, I didn't have to miss." I replied turning and continuing to walk towards the front of the restaurant.

"Oh yeah? Prove it." The young man replied I sighed. Why did these macho men always insist on doing things the hard way?

"As you wish." I replied barely even looking in his direction I shot him in the chest a little bit below the heart careful to avoid His lungs as well.

As he placed his hand on the wound and pulled it back spotting the blood he began to laugh slightly. "You missed again."

I didn't reply. As we walked out of the restaurant I turned to the manager who also happened to be the young man's father. "Do yourself a favor and teach your son to watch his mouth." I replied as we walked out of the door.

"You don't know how hot that was watching you shoot that jerk without even looking in his direction. How did you learn how to do that?" Hux asked.

"Does it really matter?" I replied with a shrug. "Now lets go find someplace to eat and then retire for the night shall we? I'm starting to get tired."

"Of course my love." Hux replied.

"Oh and Hux, at the next location please don't try and be all macho. You don't need to feel threatened if someone is flirting with me. I am big girl. I can handle jerks like them all by myself. I have been able too ever since I was ten years old." I replied with a smile.

True to his word Hux took me to an extremely extravagant hotel. Where we sat for hours just talking.
