Awaken in a strange place
Hux carried me all the way to his ship. Then gently placed me in a cot. My mother following close behind. "Hux please don't take her from
Me. She's my daughter, I love her." My mother begged. Hux frowned.
"You love her?" Hux replied in disbelief and a slight scoff.
"Yes. I love her. I may not have been the best mother to her when she was younger, but I'm trying to make up for that. In a way her amnesia is a blessing. Now we can start all over and have a healthy relationship." My mother replied.
"I don't think so. You have been physically and verbally abusive to her, her entire life and that ends now! I am taking her to star killer base and You will never see her again!" Hux replied.
"Hux please. Let us be the family that she always deserved. A loving mother and father who would do anything for her. I promise you, I will never do or say anything to hurt her ever again."
"Give me an hour to consider your request. Return to your home and pack whatever you think you and Tina will need for life aboard Star Killer base. I will inform you of my decision within the hour." Hux replied.
"Thank you Hux. I promise you won't regret this." My mother replied as she rushed off the ship and towards our house.
Once she was out of sight he turned to the pilot. "Set our course for star killer base and prepare for liftoff."
"Sir?"
"Prepare for liftoff. I want to be airborne in the next five minutes." Hux replied.
"But Sir, what about the young lady? Are we not going to wait for her return?" The pilot asked.
"No, we are not."
"Hux you cant do that. You gave your word that you'd..." Phasma replied but was cut off mid sentence.
"And I have thought about it. I don't want that woman anywhere near my baby girl. She abused her, did you know that? Not only verbally, but also physically. I will protect my daughter, even if it means removing her from her mother's custody. Set course and take off immediately. I want to be back on base within the next hour." Hux replied.
"As you wish Sir." The pilot replied. Phasma shook her head although she didn't agree with this decision, He was her superior, it was not her place to question him.
Meanwhile, my mother rushed to the house and grabbed what she considered to be Important. It didn't take her long as I barely had anything and neither did she. The only things that I owned besides clothes that I was out growing, were an old tattered stuffed animal that had seen better years, and a few storybooks.
Grabbing everything she rushed back to the ship just in time to see it taking off. "Wait!" She screamed dropping everything and rushing towards the ship, but it was too late. She dropped to her knees and wailed as she watched the ship disappear into hyperdrive. "No." She sobbed knowing that she's never see me again.
"What's the matter with you? Why are you crying and wailing in the street? We have had complaints about your behavior all afternoon. Now stop this nonsense and go home." A storm trooper demanded coming to her side.
"Leave me be. Let me die here in the streets. For what is a mother without her child?" My mother replied continuing to wail.
"We have tried everything we could think of, but this woman refuses to leave the streets or be silent. Perhaps it is time we inform Lord Ren of the situation." A storm trooper replied.
"Absolutely not! The last thing we need is for Lord Ren to think we aren't capable of doing our jobs. If she refuses to leave the streets then place her under arrest." The head Stormtrooper replied.
Meanwhile, Kylo sat in the quarters of his ship trying to meditate. "What is that infernal noise?" He demanded angrily slamming the door behind him.
"I'm sorry Lord Ren. We have tried everything but we can't get her to stop crying. She refuses to move demanding for us to let her die." The Stormtrooper replied.
"Has anyone even asked her why she is mourning?" Kylo asked in irritation.
"She said something about a mother is nothing without her child." The Stormtrooper replied with a shrug. "She refuses to explain any further then that. Something about there was nothing that we could do to bring her child back."
"So either her child has died or her child has been taken by someone who she feels is too powerful for you to deal with. Perhaps it is time that I talk to this woman." Kylo replied walking down to where my mother was located. "Follow me."
My mother looked up through tear stained eyes as the Stormtroopers and Kylo approached. "Why can't you leave me alone? You've already taken the only thing I care about away from me. What more can you do to me? Just kill me and be done with it."
"Crystal? What's wrong? Where is Tina?" Kylo asked surprised to see that my mother was the cause of the disturbance.
"Gone."
"What do you mean gone? Did someone kidnap her again? Where's Hux and Phasma? They need to be made aware of the situation. After all, she is his daughter." Kylo replied and my mother frowned.
"Yes she was taken from me. She was taken from me by the Order that you serve. Now I understand why people are fighting against the First Order. They beat people down until they have nothing left to live for. They stomp out any hope people have to live in a free Galaxy."
"Either you blindly obey them, or they kill you or take from you the thing or people that you care about the most. Congratulations Kylo, you can add me to the list of people who's lives the First Order has ruined. He took her. He took my baby from me, and now I'll never see her again. So go away and leave me alone! Let me die."
"He's gone too far this time. He had no right to take her away from you. Come with me. I will see to it that you are reunited with your daughter." Kylo replied.
"Thank you Ben." My mother whispered and Kylo growled in warning. "I'm sorry, thank you Lord Ren. You don't know what this means to me."
Meanwhile, back on star killer base I had just woken up to find myself in a strange room. Where was I? Where am I? Where's my mommy? "Mommy? Mommy where are you?" I called out timidly.
"Hello Tina. I'm glad that your finally awake. How do you feel?" Hux asked.
"What is this place?" I replied with a frown.
"Your home." Hux replied.
"You not de mama. Me want me Mama! Mommy? Mommy why you no ply (reply)?" I called to her.
"Your mother is not here." Hux replied.
"Will You take me to my mommy?" I asked and Hux shook his head no. "Me want my mommy!" I yelled angrily.
"Listen to me Tina. I'm Your father, your daddy and I know what's best for you. Your going to live with me from now on."
"No! You is NOT the Mama and you is not the daddy! Me want me Mama!" I screamed rushing past him and out the door. "Me go find help!"
As this I heard Hux chuckle in amusement. "Trust me child, no one is going to help you. They know better then to get on my bad side. There is no use trying to run away. There is no place on this base that I won't find you. But go ahead, and run. You won't get that far, that I can promise you."
Running out of his quarters I rushed into the hallway. Stumbling upon a group of stormtroopers. "Please help me."
"What's the matter little one? Are you lost?" A stormtrooper asked me kneeling down to be at my level.
"A bad man take me fwom me mommy and daddy. Him say me not see mommy again. Me want to go home. Him laugh at me when me say I go find help."
The Stormtrooper looked at me in concern. "What bad man?"
"Him." I replied pointing towards Hux who had exited his quarters. He smirked and chuckled when he saw the stormtrooper shift nervously.
"I'm sorry little one, I can't help you." He replied returning to his station.
"Why no one help me?" I noticed that people would glanced over at me spot Hux and then returned their gaze to their work. They were afraid of him. "Fine! Me escape de bad man by meself!" I replied angrily. As I did several of the stations started to malfunction.
Before I could go very far Hux grabbed my arm. "Calm down little one, No one's going to hurt you not while Daddy's around. You are safe."
"No! You NOT the daddy! Me want me mama! Me want me dada!" I screamed trying to wiggle out of Hux's grasp until I felt a sharp
pinching feeling in my arm. "Owie!"
"This is your own fault little one. I wouldn't have had to do this, if you would have just calmed down and behaved." Hux said as he pushed the strange liquid into mv arm. Immediately I began to feel sleepy. "Time to go home little one."
"No." I whimpered as I fought to stay awake and Hux chuckled until he spotted a very familiar looking face. Picking me up in his arms he turned and walked quickly towards his quarters.
"Hux! Stop right there!" My mother screamed but he paid no attention to her. "Someone stop him!" She yelled but no one seemed eager to assist her.
