Imagine Kylo taking care of you while you're sick.

"You've got to be kidding me, I'm freezing. Please hold me" I plead as I curl up against Kylo's arm in bed.

"alright, alright. Come here my grumpy angel" he teases playfully.

He pulls me onto his lap and wraps me up in the comforter.

"Thank you love" I smile at him as he presses a kiss to my forehead.

For a moment I had thought about how awful I truly felt, being that I was having the worst cold of my life.

Earlier in the day I had a very high fever, my body ached everywhere. Leaving me to feel like I had gotten hit by a tie fighter.

I couldn't stop sneezing which made Kylo laugh at me because he kept saying that my sneezes sounded like a loth-cat. (If you don't know what a loth-cat is or what they look like I will put a photo of them below)

(Pretty much a regular cat if it was in Star Wars... a space cat?)

I mean he wasn't wrong but I wasn't feeling good and his teasing wasn't helping.

At this moment I was happy that I was feeling a bit better.

The body aches had gone away and the fever had settled but I still felt cold, it didn't help that Kylo's room was always cold, but he was always so warm.

"Don't you have a meeting today?" I question as I realize that at this time of the day I wouldn't normally be seeing Kylo.

"Its been rescheduled, my angel needs me" Kylo mutters as he kisses my hair.

"You stayed to take care of me, that's so sweet!" I squealed as I wrap my arms around him, pulling him into a tight hug.

"Sweetheart, I love you. But I can't breathe" Kylo says lowly and I pull away from him.

"Sorry..." I mumble.

30 minutes later

Kylo looks down at me as I push myself off of him as I was starting to feel really warm with the comforter on me. I had thought my fever was starting to settle but it was making its way back.

"Are you alright?" Kylo asks, I unwrap myself from the comforter and head over to the refresher.

"I think my fever is back" I say under my breath.

Once in the refresher, I turn the knob at the faucet and let the cool water run. I let the water wet my hands then I bring them to my face.

The coolness of the water making my warm skin feel better.

"Y/n, would you like for me to get a medical droid for you?" I hear Kylo behind me. I turn to face him; which strangely made me lose my balance and Kylo immediately came up to me to keep me steady.

"Please don't do that, it's just a cold. I'll be okay" I mutter and he looks down at me with worried eyes.

Kylo brings his hands up to my face, gently caressing my cheeks.

"You're burning up y/n, are you sure you don't want me to call up a medical droid?" Kylo questions again.

I really didn't want a droid poking at me because I was sick.

"I'm sure love, I just want to relax. I don't want a droid in here being annoying and poking at me" I sigh, annoyance forming in my voice.

"Relax, sweetheart. There won't be a medical droid if you don't want one" Kylo replies.

I turn away from Kylo for a moment to turn off the water, turning the knob slowly at the faucet.

Once I face him again he pulls me in for a hug and I melt into his warm embrace as his arms wrap around my waist and I stand on my toes to wrap my arms around his neck. I was starting to feel cold again and being in his arms, against his bare chest was really comforting.

"Could you take me back to your bed?" I ask as I started shivering from the cold.

"Of course" Kylo answers as he scoops me up into his arms and walks us out of the refresher and over to his bed.

Kylo used the force to lift the comforter from its spot ,curled up on the bed while he held me securely in his arms. He now had the comforter spread out and hovering above the bed; leaning on the bed with me he brought us both under the comforter and it came down laying softly on us.

Being in his arms and with the large comforter still wasn't enough to stop me from shivering and I curled up against Kylo, trying to keep myself warm while I felt completely cold.

"I'm still so cold" I whine, my teeth actually started to rattle at how much I was shivering.

"I know darling, just stay right here, you're gonna be okay" he reassures me and I bury my face into his neck.

Kylo started to rub my back as I was now laying on top of him, helplessly trying to stay warm him his arms.

"You're very warm" Kylo mutters and I chuckle at that.

"I feel so cold and my skin is warm, really wish the fever would stop kicking my ass because that's exactly what it's doing right now. And now my head is pounding" the pounding was slightly there but it wasn't helping how I was feeling now being that my eyes had began to burn and water.

I pull my face up to rest on his chest and I look up at him.

Kylo starts to notice my now burning and watery eyes as tears start to form unexpectedly.

He reaches up to wipe them away from my eyes and presses his forehead against mine.

"Do you want to try and get some rest to see if you'll feel better?" He asks gently.

"I would love that" I reply.

Kylo holds me to him as he turns us over so we're both laying on our sides now facing each other.

Kylo runs his fingers gently through my hair, I lean into him. Loving the feeling of him playing with my hair.

"Get some rest sweetheart, I'll be right here when you wake up. I'll take care of you, always" he whispers as he leans over to place a kiss on the top of my head.

"I love you Kylo" I mutter sleepily as Kylo continues to play with my hair; relaxing me and I'm starting to feel the weight of sleep coming over me.

"As I love you y/n" he replies back.

The last thing I feel before I drift off to sleep is the feeling of Kylo kissing my forehead and his fingers gently caressing my cheek.

We can count on Kylo to be a sweet loving boyfriend while we're sick right? Jk I can totally see it. I wrote this after my 20th birthday after I had forced my family to watch the rise of skywalker with me 😂 totally didn't cry and it was the third time that I've seen this movie.
