Imagine you trying to escape from the First Order after Kylo Ren captured you.

You woke up, strapped to a table. You tried to free yourself, but the restraints were too tight. "Quit moving, Resistance scum!" You heard a robotic voice. You looked to your left and saw a Stromtrooper, with a Blaster, guarding the door. Your memory finally came back.

You were captured by Kylo Ren after the First Order evaded the village of Jakku. You, along with Poe Dameron and BB-8, were on a mission to get the piece of the map that leads to Luke Skywalker from Lor San Tekka. When the First Order arrived, a couple of Stormtroopers took Poe as prisoner. But, then, Kylo Ren found you hiding behind some burning debris. He spared Poe's life and he took you instead.

Kylo Ren. You knew who he was. He was the one who took your Ben Solo, the man you once loved, away.

You and Ben Solo knew each other from Jedi training. You were his only friend and he was your only friend as well. Whenever you and Ben were together, your friendship with him gotten more and more closer. Sooner or later, you two were in a relationship. One of your favorite memories with him was sneaking out at night and laying down on the grass together to count the stars. The two of you even stole each other's first kiss. Ben always made you smile whenever he was with you or whenever you thought about him.

But things changed later on. You were devastated when you found out that Ben turned to the Dark Side and became 'Kylo Ren'. You witnessed him burning down the Jedi Temple and slaughtering the Jedi trainees. You were heartbroken when he did that.

Luckily, you've escaped in one of the emergency spacecrafts. Then, you joined the Resistance. But since that day, you knew Ben Solo was gone. But you sometimes wished that he would come back someday.

Your thoughts were soon interrupted when you heard the door slide open. At first, you thought it was Kylo Ren. But it wasn't. Instead, it was a man with red hair. He had a sinister grin on his face.

"Well, I didn't realize we had such a prize on the Finalizer." He said, as he walked towards you, with his hands behind his back, and he stopped in front of you. He looked at the Stormtrooper and he signaled him to leave and he did. Then, he looked back at you.

"Where are my manners? The name's General Hux." He said. But you didn't say a word. "You don't look so comfortable, do you, darling?" He asked, sarcastically. You still didn't say a word. Then, General Hux leaned towards you. If only your hands were free, you could've punched him. "It's not going to be so comfortable when Ren comes to interrogate you soon." He, then, puts a gloved finger under your chin, which disgusted you. "Painful, isn't it, darling?" General Hux added, while he smirked at you.

Then, out of nowhere, you bit General Hux's finger, hard. He yelped in pain as he tried to free his finger. He pushed your head back and he finally freed his finger from your teeth. You slightly grinned at him. General Hux looked disgusted. "Resistance scum!" General Hux said, as he was about to leave. Before he did, he signaled the Stormtrooper to come back in. "Keep an eye on her!" General Hux commanded, and, then, he left.

A minute after General Hux left, you tried again to free yourself from the restraints. But, then, an idea popped into your head. Since you were Force-Sensitive, you thought of doing a little mind trick with the Stormtrooper.

"You will remove these restraints and leave this cell, with the door open." You commanded. The Stormtrooper turned towards your direction, seemingly confused. "What did you say?" He asked. You rolled your eyes and you tried again, but calmly this time. "You will remove these restraints and leave this cell, with the door open."

There was a short pause for a few seconds until the Stormtrooper spoke. "I will remove these restraints and leave this cell, with the door open." He, then, undid your restraints and, then, he started walking towards the door. "And you'll drop your weapon." You added. "And I'll drop my weapon." The Stormtrooper said, and, then, he dropped his Blaster and walked off. "Idiot." You murmured, as you got off the interrogation table, grabbed the Blaster, and you ran through the hallway to make your escape.

You ran through so many hallways, with the Blaster pointed for defense, to find the Main Hanger Deck to escape on a small ship. You even had to hide really good, so you wouldn't get caught by Stormtroopers or First Order workers, especially by Kylo Ren. They probably already knew about your escape. As a couple of Stormtroopers marched by without noticing you around the corner, you continued running through the hallways.

After running and hiding for a long time, you finally saw the entrance to the Main Hanger Deck. As soon as the coast was clear, you were ready to make your escape. But as you were about to run towards the entrance, something caught you in the corner of your right eye.

You looked at the opposite direction and saw Kylo Ren, walking down the hallway, but not towards the Main Hanger Deck. You were relieved that he wasn't coming towards your direction. But, then, you felt the opposite of relieved. You felt sad.

For so long, you wanted Ben Solo back. You thought about him all the time and you remembered all the memories with him. Ben might be gone, but in your heart, you knew he was there somewhere in Kylo Ren. Even after all he had done in the past, you still loved him.

Even though you were far away from Kylo, you could certainly sense what he was feeling inside. Sadness. Loneliness. And Pain.

You looked both ways, deciding what you wanted to do. You finally made your decision. It was a risk.

You headed towards the opposite direction from the Main Hanger Deck, to where Kylo was walking off to. Even though Kylo was further away from your distance, you could sense his direction of where he was going.

When you peaked around a corner, you saw Kylo entering a room. It must've been his quarters. You set the Blaster down on the floor and you walked towards the doors and they automatically slid opened. Then, you, slowly, entered the room, with the doors shutting behind you, sending chills down your spine. Then, you saw him. The most feared man in the galaxy, with his back facing you. He could even sense your presence. It was just you and Kylo.

Moments later, you finally had the nerve to speak. "I don't care if you're mad at me for escaping. But guess what? I'm here. I didn't escape the First Order. I give up. I was about to leave, but, then, something stopped me. It was because of you, Kylo Ren. Or should I say, Ben Solo, the man who I once loved. But go ahead. Do it. Kill me." You, then, braced yourself and you closed your eyes as you were waiting for Kylo to kill you.

There was a long pause for a few seconds until you heard heavy footsteps walking towards you. This was it. You stood there stiff and took a deep breath as he got closer to you.

But something surprised you. Instead of Kylo killing you, he wrapped his arms around you and held you tight against his body. You opened your eyes and looked at him. You were confused about his actions. Plus, you even noticed that he wasn't wearing his mask. He looked somewhat different than the last time you saw him, but he still looked good.

Moments later, Kylo released you. He pulled some strands of you (h/l) (h/c) out of your face and, then, he cupped your face with his gloved hands and he took a good look at your face up close. "Oh, (y/n)." He spoke, softly.

"I'm not going to kill you. I would never kill the only woman I will ever love. There's no one that is like you. I only captured you on Jakku because I've finally found you after all these years, even after I turned to the Dark Side. I couldn't stop thinking about you, (y/n)." He said.

You were surprised that he said all that. He wasn't Kylo Ren at that moment. It was Ben Solo talking to you. After all these years, even after Ben turned to the Dark Side, he always thought about you. There was a warm sensation you felt in your body, in a good way. Something you haven't felt for a long time. It made you smile. "Really?" You asked, softly. Ben gave you a soft kiss on the cheek and answered, "I mean every word, (y/n)." "Same with me." You exclaimed, softly, as you immediately wrapped your arms around Ben's torso. He returned the hug.

Then, Ben pulled away from you. "(y/n), will you forgive me for all I've done in the past?" He asked. "Of course, Ben." You answered, while smiling. "Really?" "Absolutely. After all, no matter what you did in the past, I still love you, Ben." You said. He smiled even more. "And I love you too, (y/n)." Ben said, as you both hugged each other again. He held you really close towards his body, with an arm wrapped around you and a hand on the back of your head. "I've missed you so much, Ben." You said. "I've missed you too, (y/n). I'm so glad you didn't leave me." Ben said. "I'm glad I didn't leave either."

The two of you both stood still, while you both still held onto each other, slightly rocking side-to-side. "How long are we going to stay like this?" You asked. "Forever. I don't want to let you go, (y/n)." Ben said. You chuckled, softly, and said, "Good. I don't want to let you go either, Ben. I've been wanting to do this for a long time." "Same here. And something else too." Ben said.

You looked up at Ben, confused. "And what would that be?" You asked. Ben smiled. "This." He said, and, then, he smashed his lips against yours. You were surprised at first, but, then, you returned the kiss. It was the first time you two kissed in years. From that moment on, you were so happy to have Ben back in your life.
