Scorpio *mentally*: "remind me again why we have to come here?" Complained the red and black colored symbiote, as his host, kyle a thin 11 year old with ruby red eye's and black shot out a tendril and began swinging through the rotton parts of the abandoned city.

"Because brother dearest" Kyle said, equally annoyed as his half brother symbiote

Kyle:" we apparently are the only one's who can do this apparent retrieval mission, because we have the more prepared means".  kyle said his features already becoming dark with annoyance.

"In other words they are lazy and want to see the new bird recruits squirm"

Scorpio:"typical". Scorpio said as suddenly kyle stopped, and they stood over a ledge, kyle tilted his head, as Scorpio's head manifested on his right shoulder.

Scorpio:" you thinking what im thinking?"

Kyle:"that we essentially hit the jackpot, that everyone else lucked the heck out sending us on this mission and they are missing out on what we found?"

Scorpio grinned as kyle leaped down to the center of the room, and approached the object "couldn't have said it better myself" he said retreating back into his host.

The object in question was a locked silver crate, parts of it's sheen were chipped away either by the elements or age. Kyle walked up to it as a scythe like tendril formed, then with a crazed smiled the tendril shot forth! Cutting into the lock and the crate opening it with ease, revealing mixed amounts of gold and silver.

Kyle:" (smiling and laughing) ahahahaha! As i said the other's lucked the hell out with this! We hit the jack pot, i don't think the other's would notice a piece or two missing right? All we can say is that someone had dug into it before we arrived and they'll never know."

Scorpio:"yes but the trick is how are we gonna sell that off?"

"Hmmm, let  me think, surely it wouldn't-"

Just then a cold shiver ran down his spine, then a sudden burst of urgency filled his entire being just as Scorpio shouted, "MOVE!". With a panicked grunt he lept out of the way, the streaming projectile hit the crate with a 'patunk' sending it and it's contents realing, and flying.

Kyle:" mask!"

Scorpio:"COPY!"

just then a black and red mass covered kyle as his symbiote came out, kyle seemingly merging or transforming into his symbiote.

The culprit behind the attack suddenly showed it self, revealing a golem type creature made out of magma,

It's teeth and its mouth nashed and snarled, as it glared at the bonded symbiote

Scorpio:"crud"

This log tap is what takes place during omegacrow-nexus 's chapter of symbiote louds where chase (the name given to the bratty snotty kid during cereal offender) becomes heat claw. Kyle and scorpio were on a mission and as such had to miss a school fight.
