The weekend finally came, thank god. Me and Bella got ready to go to la push. Literally everyone was there. It was a cold day, which I love. Me and Bella sat with Angela, "so, I keep thinking Eric's gonna ask me to prom, and he just doesn't" She says , "you should ask him" I said "yea take control. You're a strong independent woman" Bella said to her "I am" "yes" we both said. We see Jacob and two of his friends came. "Hey Jacob" I said "Bella, Kya!" He said. "Hey Jacob" she said Jacob sat next to bella "what are you, like, stalking us?" She said.

"You're on my Rez, remember" he said to us, "you guys surfing" me and Bella looked at each other "yea, no" I said. You guys should keep bella Company, her date bailed" Jessica said "really Jess?" I said to her rolling my eyes. "What date?" Eric asked "she invited Edward". She said. "To be polite, that's it" bella said "I think it's nice she invited him. Nobody ever does." Angela said. "Yea, just being polite" I said. "Yea, 'cause the Cullen's a freak." Mike said, "you got that right" one of jakes friends said "you guys know him" I asked "the Cullen's don't come here" he said. Me and Bella look at each other confused.

Me, Bella and Jacob walked down the beach,

"What did your friend mean, about you know 'The cullens don't come here?' Bella asked "yea, do they not like them or something?" I said.
"You guys caught that, huh? I'm not really supposed to say anything about it" Jake said "hey, we can keep a secret." Bella said, we looked at jake who just laughed "really, it's just like an old scary story." "Will, we want to know?" I said.

"Okay, did you guys know Quileutes, are supposedly descended from wolves?" Jake said. I raise my eyebrow "wolves?" "Yea" "like real wolves" Bella said. "Yea, well that the legend of our tribe" jake said

"Okay, so what the story about the Cullen's?" She said.

"Well, they're supposedly descended from this, like, enemy clan. My great grandfather, the chief. Found them hunting on our land. But they claimed to be something different. So we made a treaty with them. If they promised to stay off the Quileutes lands then we wouldn't expose what they really were to the pale faces." He says

"I thought they just moved here" bella said

"Or moved back" jake said

"So what are they really?" I asked. "It just a story guys." Jake said.

I know this kept Bella wondering about the Cullen's. Pale faces? After the beach we went home, Got me thinking of what Jacob told us, about the Cullen's.
