You were walking down the hall to go to class when you saw your boyfriend Haizaki Shougo

A smile crept onto your face and you ran towards the male "Shougo! Oha-" you stopped mid sentence when you saw bruises on his arms and a bandaid on his cheek

You frowned and pulled him into a hug "what happened?" You asked and he didn't respond

You looked up at him and he frowned and looked away "don't worry. I just got into a fight that's all" he said in a husky voice, as if he had been crying for hours

"Don't lie. If there's something wrong tell me okay?" You said and he gave you a small smile and patted your head "sure thing" he said and you smiled "good" and with that the two of you walked to class

You and Haizaki have been dating for 3 years now. You guys were in your last year of highschool and you managed to get him to stop skipping class and basketball practice. He even stopped fooling around with girls, yes you were that good

Lately Haizaki has been acting differently, he's been showing up with scars and bruses but he'd just brush it off when you'd ask him about it and you didn't want to force it out of him so you decided to let him talk to you about it when he was ready

**** THE NEXT DAY*****

You were beginning to worry about Haizaki. He hasn't shown up for two periods. He wouldn't break a promise like this

You couldn't consentrate so you decided to fake sick and you were able to leave school. You went over to Haizaki's house and you were about to knock on the door when you heard yelling

"SHUT UP! don't talk back to me shitty brat!" Yelled a deep voice and you heard the sound of a bottle breaking. And you froze. You didn't know what to do

"Tsk. Look what you've made me do! It's all your fault your mother left. Shitty kid. Just die already!" You heard footsteps get closer to the door and you dived into the bushes

A man with silver hair like Haizaki and an ugly face walked out of the house and lit up a cigarette

He sighed and went into a car and drove off. You heard light sobs and you got up from the bushes and walked over to the door

You opened it slightly to see Haizaki on the floor with blood on his arm. He was crying silently on the cold floor

"Why... Me" he said in between sobs in such a sad and broken voice that it put you to tears "help me" he whimpered "please... Someone save me..."

You slammed the door open and hugged him. You felt warm tears on your shoulder and he was shaking in your arms

He breathed in the soothing sent of his lover and hugged you tightly. You didn't say anything and raked your fingers through his silver locks of hair

After awhile you stood up and held his hand. He got up slowly "let's get you cleaned up" you said and he nodded silently

You took him to your house and brought him to your room. You got out a first aid kit and started to treat his wounds

Tears still flowed down his cheeks as you did this and it hurt your heart. You bandaged up his arm and noticed cuts on his wrists and your eyes widened in shock. You looked up at him and he looked down, his hair covering his eyes

"Wanna tell me what's going on?" You asked and he wiped his tears and nodded "y-yeah" he said weakly

"Well. My father has a drinking problem and he gets violent most of the time. And one day when I was young my dad flipped out on me and my mom covered me before he could hit me and she got badly injured. She left in the morning without looking back. l-leaving me alone with him. He got worse and worse and would beat me randomly for no reason, which is why I've been coming to school with bruses.and I would cry and pray for someone to save me from this hell...but no one came. The world's fucked up and I couldn't take it, and started getting into fights... a-and the cuts are from me... because... I- because I... Self harm" he said the last part in a quiet voice and he bit his lip. Trying to hold back a sob

Tears flowed down your cheek as you listened to his story "I can't do this anymore (Y/N). I want to die (Y/N). I want to die!" He said and cried into his hands

You got up and pounced onto him. Bringing him into a tight hug, again. He fell backwards onto the bed with you on top of him

"Shougo! You've been strong for so long I'm sorry you had to go through this... But Please don't say that! I love you so so so very much! I don't want you to die! I-I love you! I wanna marry you. Have adorable children with you a-and I *sob* I wanna laugh and cry with you and I wanna scold you for sneaking our kids candy before dinner and wake up to your sleeping face every morning, and I wanna kiss you goodnight a-" you where cut off by a pair of warm soft, loving lips

You kissed him back and he held you tightly. He pulled away and sat up. You looked up at him and he cupped your cheek "I love you too. More than anything. Thank you for getting to know me and dealing with me and my bad mouth. Thank you for making lunch for me everyday and for being such a wonderful girlfriend. I love you and I promise to make all your wishes come true." He said with a warm smile

You wiped his tears and he kissed you on the lips again. You pulled away and hugged him.

The two of you cuddled and fell asleep in each others arms.

**** IN LE MORNING****

you woke up alone in bed and you sat up. "Shougo" you called out but got no reply "shougo!" You called out again, but still nothing

You frowned and your eyes widened "did he go back to his house?!" You said in a panicked tone and the door opened

You looked up to see Haizaki "morning babe" he said and walked over to you and planted a soft kiss on your cheek

"Where were you?" You asked and he smiled "I went out to get something" he replied and you nodded

He sat on the bed beside you and took your hand in his and gave it a kiss. You blushed and looked at him

He pulled out a ring and put it on your finger "Shougo I..." You didn't know what to say you were shocked and happy at the same time "I know we're still young but this is a sign of my commitment to you. When we finish highschool Marry me (Y/N). All those things you said you wanted to do yesterday. I will make it all happen. I love you so fucking much. You are my everything" he said and kissed you passionately on the lips. You closed your eyes and kissed back and he pulled away

"I love you too. Forever and always. Of course I'll marry you" you said with a smile
