You where in love with Seirin's ace Kagami Taiga but you never had the courage to confess because you where worried you would get rejected by him

You where sitting with your friends during lunch eating and talking

"(y/n)-chan you should confess to Kagami-kun~" said your friend Mae

"M-Mae-chan.. I don't want to get rejected" you said while blushing

"Don't worry!" She replied while pushing up her glasses "your cute- no beautiful you will start dating in no time!" She said with a reassuring smile

"You really think so?" You asked hopefully

"Yup! Now do me a favour (Y/N)-Chan?" She asked with a smirk

You hesatated knowing your friend she had some sort of ulterior motive behind this you sighed "o-okay"

"Great! Please give these papers to Riko-senpai after school~ she will be at the gym with the basketball team~" she said with a smile

"B-But Kagami will be there!" You said while blushing a dark shade of red

"Don't worry~" she said and patted your head

After school you got the stuff that Riko needed and headed to the gym you where so nervous about seeing Kagami there

You took a deep breath and opened the door you walked in and got the attention of the entire team

"Ah! (Y/N)-Chan! You brought the papers?" She asked

"U-um yeah" you said and gave it to her "w-well bye" you said and turned to leave when she pulled your arm

"Stay for a bit!" She said and brought you to the team "guys this is (L/N) (F/N)!" She said with a smile and they all smiled at you then you saw Kagami and your eyes met and you looked down while blushing while Kagami had a slight blush on his cheeks

Riko noticed and smirked and the two of you began to talk while the team practiced

"So (Y/N)-Chan~ you like Kagami-kun, huh?" She said with a smile

You started to blush "H-How did you know!" You half yelled hoping nobody could here what you guys where talking about

"Well it's obvious! Plus,Mae-chan told me!" She said and you sighed

"I want to tell him but I don't know if he likes me back" you said while playing with your skirt

"He does like you" said a monotone voice beside you

"Kyaaaa!!" Both you and Riko screamed

"Kuroko-kun don't do that!" Yelled Riko "how long where you here?" You asked

"The whole time" he replied "I wanted to ask if I could get a drink"

You and Riko sweat dropped "Kagami-kun does like you but he's too shy to confess" said Kuroko

You started to blush "you should confess~" said Riko

** Le Time Skip**

After practice you waited by the changing room for Kagami because you where finally going to confess to him

You saw Kuroko and he walked over to you "hello (L/N)-san, good luck with your confession" he said and patted your head and walked home

You saw Kagami and started to get nervous "what if he doesn't like me!" "What if he get's annoyed?" He stood in front of you

He was much taller than you, you looked up and blushed "h-hi Kagami-kun.. U-um can I talk to you for a sec- oh but if your busy it's okay! I understand!" You started to panic and he chuckled

"Sure" he said and he looked at you giving you his full attention

You took a deep breath "u-umm.. I really lik- no love! I really l-love you, please go out with me!" You said nervously

He stayed silent "oh no! He doesn't like me! I think I got him mad" you said in your head and looked down

He put his finger under your chin and made you look up at him "I've always loved you" he said while blushing and kissed you on the lips

You blushed and he pulled away "I'm so glad!" You said with tears in your eyes

He started to panic "O-Oi! Don't cry" he said and wiped your tears

"S-So that means your my girlfriend now?" He said with a faint blush on his cheeks

You blushed to "y-yeah" he smiled and hugged you "I'm really happy" you said

"I thought you liked Kuroko because I saw you talking to him" he said and held your hand

"Haha no silly, he told me I should confess to you because he said you like me" you said and squeezed his hand

He blushed and face palmed "I'm such an idiot.. I got jealous over nothing" he said with a sigh

You giggled "Kagami y-" you where cut off by his finger on your lips

"We're dating now call me by my first name" he said with a blush

"T-Taiga" you said while blushing and he turned even more red "(Y/N)" he replied

He kissed your cheek and you heard clapping and you both turned around to see the whole Seirin team

"Congrats guys! It was literally painful just watching you two!" Said Hyuuga

"Yeah and he would always say that he was going to confess but he'd chicken out. In the end (L/N)-Chan confessed" said Kuroko in his monotone voice

"Shut up!" Said Kagami, still holding your hand

You giggled "thanks guys" you said

"Well now that you all know about us dating, stay away from her" he said with a glare

They all laughed at his possessiveness and Kagami began walking you home

When you got to your house you hugged him and breathed in his scent "today is probably the best day of my life" you both said at the same time

"Bye Taiga I love you, text me okay? Let's walk to school together tomorrow" you said and gave him a sheet with your phone number on it

He smiled "got it" he said and kissed your cheek

You went inside your house and leaned against the door with a smile "I gotta tell Mae-chan this"
